Ethel the Billionaire is here to support your growth needs again! Ethel will be providing support to all Milletians by covering 90% of your repair cost fees and selling Elite Shadow Mission passes. Along with Ethel, you can also obtain the maximum amount of keys, regardless of how many players are in the dungeon! Check out the details below.

Event Details
  • During the event, you will receive the quest, [Guide] Investing in the Future.
  • Find Ethel near the Bank in Dunbarton.
  • Register a main character with Ethel.
  • You can only register one character per account.
  • You will receive the following items after completing [Guide] Investing in the Future.
    • 10,000 EXP
Dungeon Key Drop
  • During the event period, upon completing Tech Duinn Missions, your party will receive the maximum amount of keys available, regardless of how many party members are in the mission.
    • Tech Duinn Missions
      • 4 keys
  • If the number of keys available cannot be divided equally between party members, leftover keys will be given to party members at random.
    • Example: If 3 players clear a Tech Duinn Mission, each party member will get 1 key and one party member will receive an extra key.
  • Tech Duinn Missions may have more end chests than the max available keys given to the party.
    • Example: Depending on the number of party members who cleared Awakened Abyssal Lord Tech Duinn Mission, there may be 6-8 chests. However, the party will still only receive a maximum of 4 keys.
Repair Fee Support
  • During the event period, Ethel will help support your growth by paying for 90% of your repair fees.
    • Talk to Ethel and select "Repair Fee Support".
Elite Mission Pass Support
  • During the event period, Ethel will sell Ethel's Elite Mission Selection Box.
    • Talk to Ethel and select "Purchase Pass". 
      • The selection box costs 200,000 Gold.
      • The selection box has a 7 day expiration.
      • You can choose either an Elite Pass for Tara or for Taillteann.
        • The selected pass has a 24 hour expiration.
      • You can only purchase 20 selection boxes per week.
        • The purchase limit is reset at midnight every Sunday.
Level Growth Support
  • If you are between cumulative level 5,000 and 15,000, you can participate in the Level Growth Support event.
  • Talk to Ethel and select "Level Growth Support".
  • You will receive two quests, the daily quest, [Daily] A Stepping Stone for Growth - Level, and the achievement quest, [Challenge] Billionaire's Level Growth Support.
  • For the daily quest, clear the Advanced Uladh Dungeon that is specified in the quest details.
    • This quest can be received once a day.
    • This quest resets at 7:00 AM PDT.
    • Reminder: You can now purchase Advanced Dungeon Passes from the Researcher near Poulnabrone Rock in Dunbarton.
  • You will receive the following items after completing [Daily] A Stepping Stone for Growth - Level:
    • 8,000,000 EXP
    • Rebirth Potion x1
      • Does not expire
      • Cannot be traded
  • For the achievement quest, your objective is to reach cumulative level 15,000.
  • Once you complete the objective, talk to Ethel for the following rewards:
    • 10,000 EXP
    • Ethel's Celebratory Gift Box x1
Skill Growth Support
  • If you are under Total Combat Skill level 1,700, you can participate in the Skill Growth Support event.
  • Talk to Ethel and select "Skill Growth Support".
  • You will receive two quests, the daily quest, [Daily] A Stepping Stone for Growth - Skill, and the achievement quest, [Challenge] Billionaire's Skill Growth Support.
  • For the daily quest, clear the daily Shadow Mission in Tara or Taillteann.
    • This quest can be received twice a day.
    • The quest resets at 7:00 AM PDT.
  • You will receive the following items after completing [Daily] A Stepping Stone for Growth - Skill:
    • Combat Skill Training Seal (10) Selection Box x10
  • For the achievement quest, your objective is to reach Total Combat Skill Level 1,700.
  • Once you complete the objective, talk to Ethel for the following rewards:
    • 10,000 EXP
    • Ethel's Celebratory Gift Box x1
Erinn Spirit Additional Drop Event 
  • When clearing Tara and Taillteann Shadow Missions on Elite difficulty, there is an additional chance to obtain Erinn Spirit.
    • This is in addition to the normal end chest rewards.
Tech Duinn Mission Pass Box
  • When clearing Tech Duinn Missions on Normal or Advanced difficulty, there is a chance to obtain an Elite Tech Duinn Mission Pass Box:
    • Feth Fiada (Elite) Pass Box
    • Seven Nightmares (Elite) Pass Box
    • Revived Illusion (Elite) Pass Box
    • Awakened Abyssal Lord (Elite) Pass Box
  • The Pass Box expires after 3 days.

New Changes
  • The Dungeon Notebook has been added to the game.
    • The Dungeon Notebook can be obtained by speaking to the Researcher near Poulnabrone Rock using the "Dungeon Notebook" option.
    • The Main Rewards that can be obtained from dungeon end chests and dungeon boss kill drops are now listed in the Dungeon Notebook for the following dungeons and their corresponding difficulties: 
      • Uladh Dungeons
      • Shadow Missions
      • Baltane Missions
      • Tech Duinn Missions
    • You can reference the Recommended Dungeon based on your Total Skill Level in the Dungeon Notebook.
    • The Dungeon Notebook can be stored in the Me tab.
      • If you destroy the item, talk to the Researcher again to obtain a new one.
  • Four new Refined Armor sets, their respective Blacksmith Manuals, and Blacksmith crafting recipes have been added.

  • A reward acquisition condition system has been added when playing Uladh Dungeons and Shadow Missions.
    • In Uladh Dungeons and Tara and Taillteann Shadow Missions, you must meet a certain level of participation time in battle to fully obtain all rewards.
      • 60 seconds of battle is required for Uladh Dungeons
      • 30 seconds of battle is required for Shadow Missions
    • These conditions apply to individual characters within the dungeon or mission.
    • These conditions apply to the following:
      • Uladh Dungeons: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Hard Mode Advanced
      • Shadow Missions: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, Hard, and Elite
    • Some dungeons are excluded from this reward acquisition system, such as Normal Dungeons, Siren Dungeons, Veteran Dungeons, Rabbie Phantasm Dungeon, Abyss Peaca Advanced Dungeon, Abyss Coill Advanced Dungeon, Musical Math Dungeon, Lord Missions, Sinead’s Secret Missions, and special dungeons and missions exclusively for Tutorial or Generation quests.
    • A dedicated icon has been added to the top left of the screen next to the list of party members when entering Uladh Dungeons and Shadow Missions.
    • If you meet the conditions for obtaining rewards, the icon will be highlighted with a check mark, indicating that the condition has been fulfilled and rewards can be obtained.
    • If you do not meet the conditions for obtaining rewards, the following penalties will be applied:
      • Uladh Dungeons: The dungeon itself is cleared, but the key to the reward box is not obtained after the boss is defeated.
      • Shadow Missions: The mission itself is cleared, but the key of the reward box is not obtained and only half of the completion experience and completion gold is rewarded.
  • Avon Theater Mission passes of the Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced difficulty can now be purchased from Marlowe in Avon.
  • Crafting recipes for the Play Pages that can be collected from Avon Paper Sheep have been added so that it is now possible to create Play Pages of a higher difficulty when using the Magic Spinning Wheel.

  • Color values ​​have been applied to Avon Theater Mission passes to make it easier to distinguish passes by difficulty.

Uladh Dungeon Changes
  • There have been several changes made to Uladh Dungeons.
    • These changes apply to Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Hard Mode Advanced Uladh Dungeons.
    • These changes do not apply to Normal Dungeons, Siren Dungeons, Veteran Dungeons, Rabbie Phantasm Dungeon, Abyss Peaca Advanced Dungeon, Abyss Coill Advanced Dungeon, Musical Math Dungeon, and special dungeons exclusively for Tutorial or Generation quests.
  • The length of the entire dungeon and the number of rooms have been reduced.
    • Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Dungeons = 1 floor
    • Peaca Intermediate Dungeon, Hard Mode Advanced Dungeons = 2 floors
  • When entering dungeons from Basic to Advanced difficulty, the mini-map inside the dungeon will be displayed from the beginning.
    • When entering dungeons above Advanced difficulty, including Hard Mode and Advanced Hard Mode, the mini map is hidden as before.
  • The Dungeon Key has been changed so that it no longer drops on the ground for pickup.


    • Now, if the party meets the conditions for the key to drop, the key will be acquired and displayed as a separate icon in a new special Dungeon Key menu.
    • Any party member can use the Dungeon Key to open dungeon doors.
    • Once the key is used, it will disappear from the menu until a new key is acquired.
    • This change does not apply to Uladh Dungeons that do not use a key such as Rabbie Phantasm Dungeon, Abyss Coill Advanced Dungeon, and Abyss Peaca Advanced Dungeon.

      • Intermediate difficulty = Acquire 50% ~ 100% EXP. This acquisition effect is similar to the Golden Experience Fruit.
      • Advanced difficulty = Acquire 50% ~ 200% EXP
      • Hard Mode Advanced difficulty = Acquire 100% ~ 300% EXP or 1 ~ 3 durability of one equipped item will be repaired
        • If there is no item to repair, the 100~300% EXP effect is acquired.

    • Characters who are already level 200 will receive the Holy Water blessing effect for all equipped items instead of the EXP acquisition effect.
Dungeon Rewards
  • Several dungeon reward changes have been implemented.
    • A change has been made so that the reward level of the dungeon end chest is the same regardless of the number of party members.
    • The probability of obtaining each reward level of the dungeon end chest has been increased.
    • The Shop Sales Bonus EXP attribute has been added to some equipment items obtained from the dungeon end chest. When sold to an NPC, the EXP bonus effect is gained by the character.
    • The pool of dropped items when defeating the dungeon boss has been improved.
      • Items with few uses in existing drop rewards have been removed.
  • Blacksmith Manual Fragments can now be obtained from the Uladh Dungeon boss of different difficulties with different probabilities.
    • If you combine two of the same Blacksmith Manual Fragment items together, you can obtain one Blacksmith Manual for each category with the same probability from the list.
    • Blacksmith Manual Fragments cannot be traded.
    • Blacksmith Manual items obtained from combining the Fragments can be traded.

  • There have been several changes made to Shadow Missions.
    • These changes apply to Intermediate, Advanced, Hard, and Elite Taillteann and Tara Shadow Missions.
    • These changes do not apply to Lord Missions, Sinead’s Secret Missions, Order Missions (Protect Corrib Valley and The Smell of Wine), and special missions exclusively for Tutorial or Generation quests.
  • Several Shadow Mission reward changes have been implemented.
    • Items with few uses have been removed or now appear less frequently.
    • The drop rate of Combo Cards has been increased overall in all missions of Advanced, Hard, and Elite difficulty.
    • The drop rate of the Lord Mission Pass and Sinead’s Secret Mission Passes in all missions has been improved.
    • Improvements have been made so that the Baltane Mission Pass, Alban Knights Training Stone, and Combo Card items appear in all missions.
      • Baltane Mission Passes and Combo Cards now can be obtained from Advanced Shadow Missions.
      • Alban Knights Training Stones can now be obtained from Elite Shadow Missions.
    • A Spirit EXP attribute has been added to some equipment items that are dropped from the Mission Reward Box. When fed to the Spirit Weapon, the EXP bonus effect is gained by the Spirit.
    • Regular Gems and Regular Gem Powder can now be obtained from Shadow Missions.
    • Erinn Spirit can now be obtained from Elite Shadow Missions.
      • This item can be obtained from the Mission Reward Box in Elite Shadow Missions.
      • Collect 10 of Erinn Spirit items, right-click on the stack, and select "Use" to combine them together. You will obtain one 2nd Title Coupon of the various NPCs in Erinn, according to each one's drop rate.
        • Note: 2nd Title Coupons obtained via the Erinn Spirit item are not tradeable.

      • If the 2nd Title Coupon obtained is used, and you already have the title, you will receive 1 Erinn Spirit.

      • This item can be obtained from the Mission Reward Box in Intermediate, Advanced, Hard, and Elite Shadow Missions.
      • This item provides 100 Spirit EXP when fed to a Spirit Weapon.
      • The same EXP is provided regardless of the weapon type of the Spirit.
      • This item cannot be given to Classic Spirit Weapons.
  • The progress and entry conditions for some Shadow Missions have been improved.
    • If all enemies appearing in one wave are defeated, the next wave will proceed faster for the following Shadow Missions:

      • Taillteann Defensive Battle
      • Offering
      • Ghost of Partholon
      • Fomor Attack
    • The party size has been modified to allow entry with 1 player for the following Shadow Missions:
      • Rescue the Scout

      • Conflict! An Unexpected Battle
      • Provocation
    • The Taillteann Defensive Battle Shadow Mission has been changed as follows:
      • The mission is cleared by defeating all monster waves at the East, West, and South gates 9 times each.
      • Each time you defeat a monster wave, a warp zone appears so that you can move to a different gate.
        • The location of the warp zone that appears depends on the location of the current defense line.
        • The warp zone is destroyed when used once.
      • Monsters will no longer appear at a gate if all monster waves are defeated.
      • Whenever there are too many remaining monsters or an NPC ally dies, the defense line moves inward towards Taillteann Square, and if the final defense line collapses, the mission will fail.

Reflections Update
  • September is a month of reflection, and we have several updates to renew your fantasy life in Erinn. Check out each of the individual posts below to learn more about each of the updates:
    • Refresh your Homestead!
      • The Homestead can be expanded to be even bigger than before.
      • New Sales items and returning favorites are here, including Partner pets! Check out the Shopkeeper’s Sale: Homestead Refreshments and Hotdays post for more details.
      • Changes have been made to the Homestead Options menu, and you can now view your Homestead visitor count.
      • You can now place your Partners on your Homestead.
    • Renovation Season 2: Combat Talent Changes
      • Several new changes and improvements have been made to the Close Combat, Archery, Magic, Puppetry, and Alchemy talents.
    • Renewed Adventures - Quality of Life Changes
      • Over 40 game changes and updates are here to improve your Quality of Life in Erinn, such as no durability decrease outside of combat, visual skill cooldown timers and music buff duration, a hotkey to pick up items off of the ground, and more!
The following change has been made to the game:
  • Changed the title for "a Soul Streamer" to "the Soul Streamer".
The following bug fixes have been made to the game:
  • Fixed an issue where the crafting materials for Energy Amplifiers were switched.
  • Fixed an issue where Weapon Magic Attack was incorrectly labeled as Weapon Magic Damage while Erging.
The following are known bugs:
  • There is an issue where you cannot Friend Summon using Fynn Pets. It will show the error, "Unavailable because the owner has opened a Personal Shop".
  • Some players' hotkeys and pet menu settings reset after logging out.
  • During the Kraken Rex boss fight, Kraken Rex will use an attack that will cause players to lose protection, semi-permanently, until they change channels or relog.
  • There is a typo in the Finishing Materials list when crafting the Dustin Silver Knight Greaves.
  • There is a known issue where some players are unable to obtain the G1 quest "Find Goro's Ring".
  • There is an issue where certain G3 cutscenes will not play, but still charges gold.
  • There is an issue where Homestead item information is overlapping.
  • There is a text issue where the quantity of Glyph Recovery Scrolls used appears abnormally in the sentence after using the Max Recovery option.
  • There is an issue where the Today Visitor Count does not reset to 0. When a visiting character visits the Homestead, the Today and Total Count accumulates normally.
  • The available upgrades in the Item Upgrade may overlap in the UI if the window is increased.
  • Homestead Anvils and Furnaces have settings to allow visitors to use them, but do not actually restrict the use of the items.
  • There is a slight graphical error where part of the hose is missing when a William or Butler Partner uses the Water Hose gesture.
  • Some Partner gestures that have them holding a weapon will appear as though the weapon is disconnected and floating.
  • There are Partner gestures that do not activate when a partner has something equipped in their left hand.

Event Details
  • Upon logging in, you will receive the following quest, [Guide] Family Fish Fiasco.
  • Talk to Camping Papa near the Emain Macha West Moon Gate, and register a main character.
    • Camping Papa, his family, and the other anglers will only appear on Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays. They will not appear Monday through Thursdays.
  • After hearing Camping Papa's story, and registering a main character, he will give you 500 Custom-Crafted Bait Tins and the weekly quest, Delivery Commission Quest.
    • Custom-Crafted Bait Tins can be used in Emain Macha to fish up a Gilded Glubber, a Dead Gilded Glubber, or the Boy's Lost Box.
  • Bring Camping Papa 35 Dead Gilded Glubbers 4 times (for a total of 140), every week to complete the quest "Delivery Commission Quest".
    • Deliver 35 Dead Gilded Glubber - Golden Experience Fruit (300%) x2
    • Deliver 35 Dead Gilded Glubber - Tabula Ocular (Tradeable) x3
    • Deliver 35 Dead Gilded Glubber - Perfect Free Repair Kit x1
    • Deliver 35 Dead Gilded Glubber - Platinum Hammer of Durability x1
  • You must finish the previous week's quest before Camping Papa will give you the next week's quest!
