Which ones will dominate games over the course of the weekend remains to be seen, but it’s likely that certain staples such as Rangers and Volibear comps will still have a big place in the meta. The Teamfight Tactics 9.16 patch introduced some rather big changes to items. Hush got a full rework, while others got big adjustments that either increased or decreased their viability in the current meta. They are also all now vulnerable to Hextech shenanigans since their ability can disable items for a few seconds.

As of the TFT 9.16 patch, the meta of Teamfight Tactics has been changed forever. New Hextech champions make stacking items on one carry champion a less viable strategy. Below is the TFT 9.16 tier list, which includes where the new champions fall in the meta, and considerations made for the champions that have been at the top or bottom of the tier list for a long time.

Well, that’s certainly a rather hefty list of changes and a much larger list than we thought would be the case for Teamfight Tactics. The TFT 9.16 patch notes introduce the new Hextech origin, as well as four new champions and a whole host of changes to champions, traits, bugfixes, and little details that most people won’t notice.

The game has changed significantly since its original build, and while it’s yet to be seen whether the new Hush ability will make a big difference or changes to Elise will finally make her a viable pick beyond being a guaranteed Star Rank 3 champion, but we’ll be keeping a close eye on things in the latest update.

As the hours tick until the TFT 9.16 patch notes reveal, there are already some big changes coming to certain items in Teamfight Tactics. This is nothing new as TFT had widespread changes in the 9.15b patch, such as making Runaan’s Hurricane useful.

With the TFT 9.16 update looming, it seems that Teamfight Tactics is up for some massive changes to which champions are going to be the best in the game. Until then, this is the TFT 9.15b tier list, which saw some minor changes to some already decent champions in the roster, but also heavily nerfed Karthus.

We’re just a day away from finding out what’s in Teamfight Tactic’s 9.16 patch notes, but already we’ve seen some changes on the PBE servers.

The game has changed significantly since its original build and as of the current 9.15b patch, there have been alterations that dramatically changed the landscape of which champions and items are viable in the game’s meta. Who would have thought that Runaan’s Hurricane would see just a buff?

Teamfight Tactics has been updated to the latest version – 9.15b and the update to TFT’s items and champions have once again altered which are the best. It’s gotten to the point that comps and champions that won you games in TFT two weeks ago don’t work as well now. On top of that, the introduction of a new origin in patch 9.16 will likely change things once more. Teamfight Tactics had the 9.15b patch drop this week that has tinkered a lot with the items. One of the biggest changes is that Runaan’s Hurricane is now useful. Some all-star items of the past have been knocked off their perch slightly, but others have seen a return to grace.
