Q: I already have a VALOFE account. Do I still need to register for a new one to play Combat Arms the Classic on Steam?

A: The Steam version of Combat Arms the Classic can only be played by logging into the Steam account. If you are not a Steam user, please sign up for a new Steam account.

Q: Can I play my VALOFE account on Steam version?

A: No, VALOFE account can only be played by installing the client from VALOFE website and play it from there. The VALOFE account and the Steam account do not work together. However, VALOFE version and Steam version are working on the same server and each user will play together on the same client.


Q: Can I transfer my VALOFE account to steam?

A: It is impossible to transfer existing data between the VALOFE account and Steam account. If you have an existing VALOFE account and want to play with the steam version, you will have to create a new game account/character on Steam.

Q: Will there be a country restriction when playing on Steam?

A: The following regions will be blocked as they have their own server of Combat Arms the Classic.
