Hey! We continue to move towards the release of the game and are ready to present to you what you have been asking for a long time - the roadmap. Now our development is transparent for you and it will be more interesting for you to follow the project. We do not relax for a minute!

We divided all further work into 8 stages:



Now a little more detail about each of them:

  • We are planning a new game mode "Millennis Nightmares" will be available after the first play for any hero.
  • Finally, a leaderboard will appear in the game so that the community knows their heroes by sight!
  • For those who are tired of the game and require mire action, we are going to present a completely new game mechanic - quests. It will include unique trophies, cards, enemies, and even (drum roll) dungeons!
  • Those who actively follow the plot will see the full story of BjΓΆrn with videos and travel notes.
  • Suddenly and unexpectedly, it turned out that we can add a Chinese translation. This is a serious and important step for us, we hope the Chinese localization will attract more players!
  • We offer to shout and stomp ― very soon (well, relatively), we will delight you with a new hero! We have plans to develop game mechanics and open Vanadis on test brunch. It seems like it's time to learn how to go to the test branch :)
  • Mechanics are certainly good, but where without history? After we deal with the technical part, it's time to share the Vanadis story as well.

Here we are! Returned with a great and beautiful update. In the latest patches, we have revisited the entire game, from maps to enemies. We are now close to leveling the game. We hope to end the war on balance soon and finally move on to implementing other ideas.

mistakes!

Bugs and technical fixes:
― Changed the work of Block and Dodge. Evasion is now only triggered if the hit deals more damage than the character's block.
― "Lightning Strike" card. Cost increased by 1.
― Fixed a special event in the swamps. The asterisk will no longer disappear from the map.
― When using the "Feint" card, now everything is considered correct.
― In starting rewards from Mortis, now only rare or common items are found;
― The "Payback" card now works correctly;
― Card "Luck for the Strong" - now works correctly;
― Map "Bandage" now works correctly;
― Map "Blood thinning" now works correctly;
― The "Thorns" card no longer has the erroneous "Beast" feature;
― Map "Pressure" now works correctly;
― The game no longer freezes in the last battle;

So who's missing the updates here? And who demanded radical changes? - Your requests have been heard! We have prepared a lot of new content for you and reworked some old! It's time to check out the long list of updates

Important changes that will affect the gameplay:
― If the deck is empty after using the Draw card, the release will not automatically mix into the Draw. Instead, the player will receive a "Carousel" card in his hand, which can be used to mix Rebound into Draw, but will add a "Weakness" card to Rebound.

*We know what you're thinking: this will nerf endless decks! Yes, but it's not as scary as it might seem. We strive to make the move long, but still finite (using the "Carousel" card, the player will score a hand with "bad" cards after 6-8 deck spins), nevertheless, an endless deck is still real! True, it is now much more difficult to make it, moreover, certain things and maps will be required.

― There are no more neutral cards in the game, most of them are distributed between Bjorn and Percival. Also added several completely new maps for heroes.

*With the advent of BjΓΆrn, neutral cards lost their original meaning, since he does not need a block and energy. We decided to remove universal cards, but add new ones to each of the characters to make the gameplay even more interesting.

― Reworked over 100 cards for Bjorn and Percival: adjusted damage, cost and various effects.

*Not all the changes will be outstanding and noticeable at first glance, but we are sure that some of them will surprise you :)

― Reworked all sets in the game. A bonus for a set of 2 and 4 items has been added, and some old set bonuses have also been changed. The maximum level of sets is now x5.

*Believe me, it is worth the effort spent on its extraction! :))

― Reworked the drop rate of rare and legendary cards. Normal and rare cards now drop from regular battles, and rare or legendary cards will always drop from events with elite battles. Bosses now always drop legendary cards.

― Percival's starting health increased to 80!
― Adjusted the price of items at a rare merchant. Prices in the 1st and 2nd biomes have become lower.
― The number of items available for purchase from merchants has been increased.
(Collecting sets has become easier)
― Potions are no longer tied to the biome. Any potion can drop in any battle. Evasion potion is now easier to find ;)
― Difficult events such as "Patrol" no longer appear in the first half of the biome.

― Fixed spelling and punctuation errors;
― The world map no longer scrolls when scrolling the glossary;
― The counter on the "Veteran" buff when you miss is now calculated correctly;
― The message "Balance changed" is now correctly displayed at all events;
― The "Replace item" suggestion window now works correctly with Bjorn's claws;
― The tooltip about the amount of mana for the next turn now works correctly with the Veteran perk;
― Cards with a choice of effect now correctly display damage;
― Fight with the Berserker warchief now works correctly;
