Hello! This week we are a little late but now we are ready to show you a portion of hot updates and fixes (some fixes were prompted by users, so special thanks to them). Let's pass to the point:
New battle interface: - Added tips for potions, intents and buffs; - Changed the display of mana and its location on the screen; - Changed buff's window; - Changed the "end of turn" button and its location; - Updated panel with items; - Updated intent icons; - Added information about the current round; - Added unit names on hover;
Bugs and technical fixes: - The discounted starting bonus will no longer be offered to the player if there is a discount on purchases in the store; - Fixed displaying background in the perk selection window; - Fixed some "troubles" with characters' emotions in travel notes; - Fixed a bug with the summoning animation of the Mite Queen; - Fixed aura Fire Weapon. Now the burning effect was applied only when dealing damage (not applied when the enemy dodges); - Fixed card Risky Stroke. The cost of the card now increases when the hero take some permeate damage; - Fixed Ghost ability Mark for Death. Now the counter is working correctly - Fixed inability to open 5th Nightmare; - Fixed the work of the Veteran perk and Muddled debuff in the battle with Keeper of Illusions. The formula for calculating cards cost has been changed; - Fixed Assault Shield, now it can't drop Barricade bonus; - Fixed Sadist Boots now they apply 1 Weakness as in the description; - Fixed greeting Sigismund when he changes form to Greed; - Fixed damage from card Wallet Strike; - Fixed Orc's Boots. Now the hero does not gain health when damaging an enemy with dodge; -Fixed texts of some events, including the Keeper of the cult; - Fixed bug of Keeper of Greed. If the player had Resistance at the beginning of the battle, the Keeper of Greed could not heal himself; - Added the ability to see high HP in the store; Balance: - Millennis' Tenacious Creep mixes Shattered, Embrittle and Miss into the player's deck; - The balance of rewards for battles has been changed. When you defeat a boss, legendary and improved cards will be given as a reward, for elite battles the drop rate of legendary cards has been reduced, for simple battles legendary cards are no longer issued; - Changed the AI of the Shield Master in the orc arena and the parameters of the Armor Plate. Now the boss can attack and apply less armor when the skill is triggered; - Fixed Purification Armor. Now the effect is triggered not only when playing burned cards, but also when any cards are burned;

Friends, in April we showed Knock on the coffin lid in the early access. During this time, a lot of content has appeared in the game, the existing mechanics have improved and new ones have been added. KOTСL has grown and become prettier. But this result is only the first step for our team.
In the near future, a huge patch will appear, it'll bring the game closer to the version that we want to present to users for the official release.

How was your week? As for us, we have devoted this week to correcting. Earlier, we added dialogues and started telling you the story. Now, a week later, the Travel Notes have become more stable and more pleasant. Sounds and animations have been added. There’s more news – balance of the Armor of Invincibility has been slightly changed.

Today is a day for entertaining stories around the campfire, and indeed, Mortis has a few things to tell you. Our team has prepared a new build. Summer is ongoing, and we are forced to sit under conditioners and continue working on numerous improvements, bug fixes, and new content. This time our developers has done the most part of work. Here is the list of changes below:

A huge content update was released last Friday. Unfortunately, after the release, some of our users had trouble launching the game. The problem was tracked and promptly fixed by the development team.
We have delayed the update a bit this week, but it doesn’t mean that amount of fixes suffered from it. In this addon we have added a levels system, fixed a lot of bugs, and also added some artistic flaws.
Before introducing the detailed description of the levels system, we would like to briefly describe the basics it:
- Added character levels system: earn experience and farm new levels; - Each of the 20 levels gives you a new card, character enhancement or new items; - Updated difficulty levels: Normal, Difficult and five Nightmare levels. Passing them you get more ingame experience;
About what was added and what to expect from the recent update read below:
New items: Knight set Knight’s amulet: Energy +1. If health is >80%, energy +2; Knight’s sabaton: Health +15. If the health is >80%, it gives 3 cards at the beginning of the turn; Knight's armor: Health +30. If your health is >80%, Armor +10; Knight's helmet: Health +15. If health is >80%, Strength +3 and Agility +3; Knight Shield: If health >80%, Agility +3; Knight Sword: If health >80%, Power +3;
-Normal (current) -Difficult: Enemy health is increased, enemies do more damage; -Nightmares: The effects of each new nightmare level are added to the previous ones; -Nightmare 1: Enemies get random buff; -Nightmare 2: Random events are less likely to have chests; -Nightmare 3: Traders are less likely to be caught in random events; -Nightmare 4: Random events are more likely to have battles; -Nightmare 5: Elite battles are encountered in questions marks;

Another week of active work has passed, which means that it's time to share the list of new changes, additions, and corrections. This time the patch note was much more extensive than the last one. So we have a lot to talk about.
The main changes of this patch were referred to the visual. New illustrations and icons were added, and some existing interface elements were updated. Also, Russian and English localization has been improved.
General Fixes: -Fixed “Greedy Demon”. Now the amount of heal depends on the amount of used gold; -Fixed a problem with displaying some two-handed weapons; -Fixed problem with music level muffling; -Fixed HP on Mortis' ally; -After sustaining 0 damage appropriate animation will not be used; -Now Full description of items will be shown when the cursor is over an item in the inventory or trade window; -Added Russian localization to the start window, gold, and a transition window; -Updated English localization;

We are working on improvements and modifications to existing mechanics for the second week in a row. Over the past five days we have managed to correct some critical errors and improve the text representation.
