Another week of active work has passed, which means that it's time to share the list of new changes, additions, and corrections. This time the patch note was much more extensive than the last one. So we have a lot to talk about.
The main changes of this patch were referred to the visual. New illustrations and icons were added, and some existing interface elements were updated. Also, Russian and English localization has been improved.
General Fixes: -Fixed “Greedy Demon”. Now the amount of heal depends on the amount of used gold; -Fixed a problem with displaying some two-handed weapons; -Fixed problem with music level muffling; -Fixed HP on Mortis' ally; -After sustaining 0 damage appropriate animation will not be used; -Now Full description of items will be shown when the cursor is over an item in the inventory or trade window; -Added Russian localization to the start window, gold, and a transition window; -Updated English localization;
Art and animation: -Added sound for the visual part of "Batu-smart" event; -Added an environment sound for the location of the "Cult Guardian" boss; -Added an illustration of the "Huge Fang" trophy; -Added "Firebrand Label" trophy icon; -Added an illustration of the "Worm's Egg" potion; -Added visual and illustrations for items: Firebrand Boots, Rigid Boots. -Added trophy icons: Skin, Leather Gloves, Ribbed Mittens, Ghoulfinger Finger, Mosquito Tunic, Fiver, Rotten Mite; -Added visual and icons for the following armor: Goblin armor, Heavy armor, Resurrection armor, Light armor; -Added the sounds of an elite “Anthony Cannibal” battle; -Updated visual and animations of "Anthony the Cannibal" character; -Improved visual of an elite battle with “Anthony the Cannibal”; -Set up animations on maps of the character "Anthony the Cannibal";
We will continue to work on updates and inform you about upcoming changes. In the nearest future we will introduce major content additions.
We are working on improvements and modifications to existing mechanics for the second week in a row. Over the past five days we have managed to correct some critical errors and improve the text representation.
List of changes is presented below:

Also, at the moment, we are actively working on the plot component and in the nearest future, will be added new levels system and travelogues, which will be an initial part of a complete storyline.
We're sorry that next update took so long. Our team managed to take a breath during the first half of May and are ready to share information about changes that we’re introducing in the current patch.

Hello, everybody! RedBoon team is actively working on updates to our first game Knock on the Coffin Lid, but everyone sometimes needs a rest. That's why we'd like to announce that during the holidays, until 15 May, the release of updates is delayed.
Our team wants to focus on improving the existing mechanics, fixing technical problems and introducing new animations. This is what our specialists will be doing next week.
In addition, we recently released a test build, which introduced new functionality: hero levels and talents, as well as gradation of difficulty. During the holidays we will collect statistics and feedback from players to port new mechanics to the main version of the game as soon as possible.

Hello everybody! We have actively worked the whole last week and are finally ready to present some new in-game changes. Thank you for your support and constructive criticism, it helps us to become better. We hope that you’ll like our changes, especially since some of them were offered by you! (we marked them with lightning)
The major change of this patch lies in the addition of two large mechanics.
Now we are testing new skills and improvements system as well as difficulty levels. In this patch we have tried to add the completed version of the above-mentioned innovations along with updated interface. This version is not final. We will refine it and make necessary corrections based on your feedback.

Changed “slot check” mechanics. It works when you try to wear some item;
Spiky Helmet value was increased to 240 gold;
“Dash” application mechanic was changed. Now it fits the description;

Keep in mind that the new leveling system is now only available on a test game build. It's necessary to change it manually. To do this, go to the Steam library, right-click on Knock on the Coffin Lid → Properties → Beta → select "level_test".
Saves made on the test version will not work correctly on the main build, and may cause critical errors. It is recommended to start a new game after switching to the main version of the game.
At the moment, we are working on introducing character progression and difficulty levels to the game as soon as possible. In the near future, we will open a public testing branch where everyone can try the updates and express their opinion.
The rarest
In this update Transformation will be redesigned, as currently it is a very rarely used card.

The deadliest fight of the week:
Berserk leader: This boss killed 170 players and only lost to them 56 times. In this update, he's getting a well-deserved nerf. Archdruid takes the second place with 130 kills and and 125 deaths.

Unfortunately, Redboon is a small indie studio with a limited budget. At the moment we can't afford to be accompanied by a quality studio-localization.
