We've been under cash charge issue.
Sorry for urgent maintenance.

Our policy about this issue is as below

1. We deleted cash, as amount as that user can't buy with the same amount by Local currency
1-1) we left the cash as same as what user pay by local currnecy

2. If the user spent their cash we deleted the item as same as he get from abnormal cash
2-1. If user used the item, we didn't touch it
2-2. If user buy R.Cash Certificate and use it, we delete the R.Cash
2-2-1. If user use the R.Cash by R.cash certificate gain from abnormal cash, we delete the item
2-2-2 If user already use the Item that bought from R.Cash we didn't touch it


By the Urgent, and long term maintenance, we've decide to compensate as like below

1) We will extend enchant event, connecting time, Boost event by 1 more day
2) The user who already join the game right before the maintenance, the user will get 1,000 R.Cash
3) These items or benefit below will extend 6 hours of period
> One day bonus pack
> Stage unlimit
> no level limit
> Periodical Items
