Hello everyone! Our first DLC – Visitors of Spirit Realm is finally here!
There are 2 new heroes – [Li] and [Xing Zhe] and 4 new weapons – [Cloud Weaver], [Arc Light], [Lighting Ksana], [Hexagon]. Hope you guys will like it!.

With the release of Visitors of Spirit Realm, there is a 20% release discount for the first week, and a 2-week discount for the base game as well. Thank you for your support! :)

We also bring you other new stuffs – a new game mode [Bizarre Dream]. You could build various Set in Spiritual Link, and face a more severe challenge in Mysterious Jokul. A little heads-up, since the new mode can be quite challenging, it will only be available in Reincarnation. We will keep optimizing and updating this mode. Feel free to share your opinion about it.

Last but not least, we made some adjustments to Ascensions, Spirit Blessings, Occult Scrolls, Weapon Inscriptions and the boss “Golem”, and added some new Enhanced Occult Scrolls as well. [Xing Zhe]
Intro:
    Capable of Shapeshift, persisted in hunting demons.Xing Zhe’s origin remains unknown. He is capable of summoning clone that cudgels his enemy in various ways. Xing Zhe also uses the Essence Chain to extract enemies’ power and turns it into his own strength.
Skills:
  • Primary Skill (E): Soul Strike
    Pull out a hair and blow it to the enemy. When it lands on the enemy, summon a clone that performs [Cudgel] hits up to 4 times to enemies within 10m. Every [Cudgel] hit deals Weapon DMG based on the held weapon. Soul Strike has additional effects based on the Weapon Type. Each enemy can be struck by [Cudgel] once in a single Soul Strike.


  • Secondary Skill (Q): Essence Chain
    Draw out Soul Essence from your bracelet, dealing 400 DMG to up to 4 enemies, reducing their Movement Speed by 90% for 1s, and extracting their souls to enhance your own weapon. +2 temporary Weapon Levels for 6s.
Exclusive Talents:
  1. Heaven Armory: For every 50 enemies killed, a Special Ammo weapon will drop.
  2. Indestructible Spell: +15 Max HP and Max Shield. For every 10% Shield lost, +10% Shield Recovery Speed.
  3. Enhanced Artifact: +200 Essence Chain Base DMG.
  4. Proficient Trick: +50% Soul Strike DMG.
  5. Steady Stance: Upon taking lethal DMG from an enemy, HP is fixed at 1, become immune to DMG for 1s, and perform a [Cudgel] hit, dealing 200% DMG to that enemy. If the enemy is killed by [Cudgel], recover 100% Shield.

Exclusive Spirit Blessings:
  1. [Dimensional Strike]: +1 Soul Strike uses. +40% Weapon DMG for every [Cudgel] hit performed, up to 10 stacks. Reset when taking DMG from an enemy.
  2. [Essence Drainer]: +1 extra temporary Weapon Level for every enemy affected by it. For every Weapon Level of the current weapon, +40% Essence Chain DMG.
  3. [Weapon Mastery]: +200% total bonus from Assaulter, Generalist and Breacher talents. Both weapons equipped share their bonuses.


[Li]
Intro:
    Master the spirit, and blaze the sky with crimson flame.As the descendant of the Qingqiu Gens, Li is capable of consuming her enemies with scorching flame, and summoning the fiery spirit to finish things off. Li also figured to combine her flame techniques with powerful firearms, which allows her to take down enemies efficiently, yet elegantly.
Skill:
  • Primary Skill (E): Spiritual Flame
    Cast a shockwave which deals 350 Fire DMG to enemies along the way. Every 1 energy consumed (Up to 60) during the charge will boost the DMG by 2%. The ability will [Evolve] when consuming 30 energy, increasing the DMG and AoE range by 50%. Initial maximum energy is 60. Restore 2% energy per second automatically, or 2 energy when killing enemies with Fire DMG.


  • Secondary Skill (Q): Blazing Meteor
    Summon a Blazing Meteor, dealing 500 Fire DMG. Recover 2 energy for every enemy hit by Blazing Meteor.
Exclusive Talents:
  1. Practice Makes Perfect: When Spiritual Flame hits an enemy, energy consumed will be accumulated. For every 1200 energy accumulated, +30% charging speed of Spiritual Flame, up to 3 stacks.
  2. Flame Arsenal: Drop an extra Fire DMG weapon after defeating a Boss or an Elite.
  3. Overheating: +100 Blazing Meteor Base DMG.
  4. Flaming Cape: +20 Max Shield. Upon taking DMG, inflict Burning Effect to the enemy.
  5. Hunt of Fire: +50% DMG against enemies in Burning Effect.

Exclusive Spirit Blessings:
  1. [Flame Dance]: +30% Weapon DMG and +5% enemy DMG taken when inflicting the Burning Effect on the enemy. (up to 10 stacks)
  2. [Cataclysm]: +1% DMG of Blazing Meteor for every 1 energy stored. When casting Blazing Meteor at a target, cast Blazing Meteor on all enemies within 8m (CD 3s). (Every remaining Blazing Meteor use will reduce the cooldown by 0.1s, up to 2s)
  3. [Raging Inferno]: +15% base DMG of Spiritual Flame for every enemy hit by it (-10 stacks when missed, up to 30 stacks). Recover 1 energy for every 2m moved.

[Cloud Weaver]
    Type: PistolDual-Wield: SupportIntro: Launches 5 controllable spiritual spikes. DMG of the next attack increases with flight distance.Exclusive inscriptions:
    1. The upcoming attack to an enemy hit by Cloud Weaver causes an extra attack that deals 30% DMG.
    2. Increases the DMG to the same target by 20% for every attack (Up to 100%).
[Arc Light]
    Type: PistolDual-Wield: SupportIntro: Inflict lightning that automatically attacks nearby enemies. Every 4 hits with lightning grants 1 use of Dagger Fan.Weapon Skill: Cast a fan of daggers, marking hit enemies. Inflict 2 extra lightings when a dagger or lightning hits the marked enemy.Exclusive inscriptions:
    1. Inflict 1 extra lightning when hitting the enemy.
[Hexagon]
    Type: RifleDual-Wield: SupportIntro: After 18 shots, you can deploy a shield.Weapon Skill: Deploys a shield that blocks attacks. Recast to retract the shield early. When the shield is retracted, it fires a powerful seeking shot. DMG is based on the number of blocked attacks.Exclusive inscriptions:

[Lighting Ksana]

    In this update, a new game mode is added into the game – Bizarre Dream. In Bizarre Dream, you can have various game experiences by enabling different game options. There are 2 options for now:
    1. Spiritual Link: Affected by the Spiritual Aura, Occult Scrolls, Weapons and Ascensions will offer additional buffs in a specific combination.
    2. Mysterious Jokul: In this mode, the Hyperborean Jokul is more dangerous. To confront the rigorous challenge ahead, all Peddlers and Phantom Peddlers are well-stocked, and you can refresh once for free. Spiritual Remnant in Jokul is awake as well. You can exchange the Spirit Blessing once.

    New: Each time [Fatal Bloom] marks an unmarked enemy, increase weapon DMG and skill DMG by 10%/20%/30% for 8/8/10s (up to 40%/80%/150%).
  • [Flower Chain]
    Old: When hitting an enemy that's marked by [Fatal Bloom] with a weapon, deal 100% weapon DMG to up to 2/4/5 other marked enemies. (Lv3) If the initial hit is a Crit Hit, then so are the following hits, but their CritX will not exceed 3.0x
    New: Hitting the enemy marked with Fatal Blossom will deal 100% Weapon DMG to up to 2/3/4 enemies within 15m, and mark them with Fatal Blossom. There is a 0%/30%/100% chance to deal DMG twice.

    Old: -5%/10%/15% DMG taken for every enemy within 10 meters. (Lv3) Reset the cooldown of Tidal Aspis when the Shield is broken.

    New: (Gemini) Plant spores on hit. The amount of spores is equivalent to on-hit Projectiles and Projectiles of the other weapon. When the amount reaches 30, deals additional Weapon DMG to the target.

Spirit Blessings Adjustments
  • Painkiller
    Old: Obtain a random elemental effect upon taking DMG, and convert all negative elemental effects applied to the hero to bonus with opposite effects.
    New: Obtain a random elemental effect upon dealing DMG, and convert all negative Elemental Effects applied to the hero to bonus with opposite effects.

  • Fake Death
    Old: Instead of falling immediately upon taking lethal DMG, you can enter a state of "Fake Death" for 10s, and you won't fall during this state. Killing any enemy will end the state early. (Cooldown 120s)
    New: Upon taking lethal DMG, you will not be downed immediately, but enter the "Fake Death". Killing an enemy will end the "Fake Death" and be invincible for 3s (CD 45s).

  • Copycat
    Old: Upon killing (or having a kill assist on) an enhanced monster, you obtain their enhanced effects, which lasts for some time. Different enhanced effects will be applied at the same time while the same effect will have the duration refreshed.
    New: Upon killing or assisting in killing an enhanced monster, you obtain their enhanced effects, which lasts for some time. Different enhanced effects will be applied at the same time while the same effect will be stacked (up to 3 stacks) and refreshed.

  • Supreme Craftsman
    Old: You can [reroll] all inscriptions of a weapon at the craftsman. Craftsman can [reroll] each weapon up to 3 times.
    New: You can [reroll] all inscriptions of a weapon at the craftsman. Craftsman can [reroll] each weapon up to 3 times. [Reroll] costs no copper.

  • A Good Man
    Old: Reviving a teammate or being revived grants you +2%/s HP recovery, +5% Movement speed and +30% Weapon and Skill DMG for 180s. (Up to 10 stacks)
    New: Reviving or being revived grants you +2%/s HP recovery, +5% Movement Speed and +30% Weapon and Skill DMG (Up to 10 stacks). Reset at every starting stage.

  • Overconsumption
    Old: +150% Weapon and Skill DMG, -30% Cooldown, +30% Movement Speed, +30 Max HP and Max Shield/Armor. For every Occult Scroll you carry, -3.3% total bonus mentioned above.
    New: +300% Weapon and Skill DMG, -50% Cooldown, +50% Movement Speed, +50 Max HP and Max Shield/Armor. For every Legend/Rare/Normal Occult Scroll you have, -3%/2%/1% total bonus mentioned above.

  • Endless Assault
    Old: Gain a secondary skill use every 3s
    New: Gain a secondary skill use every 3s. +100% Secondary Skill uses.

  • Ultimate Firearm
    There's a 40% -> 75% chance to drop an [enhanced] weapon

  • Steady Profit
    Old: You can purchase 2 Enhanced Occult Scrolls from Phantom Peddler.
    New: You can purchase 2 Enhanced Occult Scrolls from Phantom Peddler. Merch in Phantom Peddler can be refreshed once.

  • Skill Freak
    Old: The secondary skill deals double DMG
    New: There is a 75%/25% chance for a Secondary Skill to deal 200%/300% DMG.

  • Battle Scarred
    Old: -1% DMG taken for every 2% HP you have. Also, if HP is less than 75%, recover 5% HP per second.
    New: +5%/s HP. -1% DMG taken for every 2% HP you have.

  • Thorny Bloom
    Upon picking up Fatal Blossom while the uses are full, gain stacks for [Thorny Bloom].

  • Blossom Enthusiast
    Old: -8 hits required to trigger [Fatal Bloom] additional DMG
    New: Hit unmarked enemy will mark them with Fatal Blossom. -8 hits required to trigger [Fatal Bloom] additional DMG.

  • High-powered Arc
    Old: +150% Chain Lightning Base DMG for each increase to the maximum bounces of Chain Lightning.
    New: +3 bounces for Chain Lighting, +100% bouncing rang. +150% Chain Lightning Base DMG for each increase to the maximum bounces of Chain Lightning.

  • Double Tap
    Upon hitting an enemy with a weapon, deal DMG based on the weapon’s Base DMG and Projectile count, including all bonuses applied to the triggering hit. (CD: 1 -> 0.5s)

  • Elemental Orb
    Old: Dealing Weapon DMG will create an Elemental Orb (CD: 3s). The type of Elemental Orb changes when reloading. +5% Elemental DMG for 10s (up to 25 stacks) and -0.1s CD for Elemental Orb when defeating an enemy affected by an Elemental Effect.
    New: Dealing Weapon DMG will create an Elemental Orb (CD: 3s). The type of elemental orb changes when reloading. -0.1s CD for Elemental Orb and +5% Elemental DMG for 10s when defeating a normal enemy affected by an Elemental Effect, or inflicting an Elemental Effect on an Elite/Boss monster. (up to 25 stacks).

  • Atomic Bomb
    Old: When using a secondary skill, there is a 30% chance to toss all remaining grenades without consuming uses. +50% Explosive Grenade DMG for 1s (stackable) every time any grenade deals DMG.
    New: When using a secondary skill, there is a 40% chance to toss all remaining grenades without consuming uses. +50% Explosive Grenade DMG for 1s, every time any grenade deals DMG (up to 1000%).

  • Field Proficiency
    Old: Gain +5% Lucky Shot Chance and -5% Dash/Primary Skill cooldown every time you kill, or assisted in killing an elite monster/boss (including the ones you killed before acquiring this spiritual blessing).
    New: +10% Lucky Shot Chance and -6% Dash/Primary Skill cooldown, for every elite/boss killed or assisted on kill in the entire run.

  • Fixed an issue that the motion of [Bandit Retainer] is improper after firing.
  • Fixed an issue that some monsters’ death effects are improper.
  • Fixed an issue that the visual effect of [Immortal] enhancement is invisible when the monster is downed.

  • Fixed an issue that when starting the game from the lobby while the feedback panel is open, the panel cannot be closed properly.
  • Fixed an issue that the icon of Ancient Timer is not properly displayed in the Unsheathed Blade set.
  • Fixed an issue that the achievement Arms Dealer cannot be unlocked properly.

We really appreciate your patience. The development of our first paid DLC Visitors of Spirit Realm is about to finish, and will be available at August 29. Visitors of Spirit Realm contains 2 new heroes - Xing Zhe (a monkey who is capable of casting celestial spells) and Li (a fox who can set her enemies ablaze with powerful flames). On the other hand, 4 new weapons are also included in the new content.

In addition to the DLC, we prepared a free update for the game, which contains new Game Mode, Spirit Blessing and Scroll adjustments and new Enhanced Scrolls, etc. Please stay tuned for it! Currently we are still optimizing our new content and trying our best to deliver a satisfying work!

5 New Exclusive Spiritual Blessings

  • Life Power (Ao Bai)

    +2%/-2% Weapon DMG for every 1% HP recover/missing. The bonus is effected by Max HP, and will not lower than 0%.

  • Elemental Orb (Crown Prince)

    Elemental Orb (CD: 3s) can be triggered after dealing DMG to enemies. Reload weapons to change the types of Elemental Orb. +5% Elemental DMG, -0.1s CD for 10s when defeating one enemy affected by Elemental Effect (up to 25 stacks) 

  • Double Tap (Qing Yan)

    Deal Weapon DMG to the enemies to cause 1 extra damage based on the weapon's basic DMG. (CD: 1s)

  • Gradual Improvement (Lei Luo)

    Gain 1 stack of Gradual Improvement for Crit Hit, while reduce 1 stack for Non-Crit Hit. Each stack adds up 0.3x CritX (up to 30 stacks).

  • Tsunami Punch (Qian Sui)

    +2 Tidal Aspis charges. Retract the Aspis to cause Weapon DMG once. +300% DMG from Aspis retraction.

New Exclusive Inscriptions:
  • Justice: A lava area that continuously deals DMG to enemies in it will be generated upon the bomb hitting ground.
  • Strike Wing: %A split arrow leaves a mark upon hitting an enemy. +100% Lucky Shot Chance of the split arrow if it is generated through hitting an marked enemy.
  • Talisman: Grants consecutively fired talismans different elemental properties.
  • Argus: Generate a spirit upon your first hit on an enemy.The spirit will deal DMG to the enemies in a line when you hit a random enemy.
  • Woodpecker: A mark will be generated upon Crit Hit on a normal enemy. Hitting the mark will directly defeat the enemy.

  • Allows adjusting the magnification through mouse-wheel when scope is on.

Reincarnation:

New Challenge Events in Reincarnation 8:
  • All enemies will transform into Mountain Guard or Arctic Walrus after being defeated!
  • 60% of the DMG an enemy takes will take effect in the next 6s instead of immediately. The enemy will be exempted from remaining DMG that hasn't taken effect, once it deals DMG to a player.
  • Increase hero's movement speed, but take DMG equivalent to 10% of your total HP upon using Dash.
  • +50% DMG to enemies within 12m (including 12m), and deal only 1 DMG to enemies beyond 12m.
  • Enemies will be instantly defeated by a Crit Hit with Foundry. -80% DMG dealt with any other weapon.
  • Enemies gain a large movement speed bonus upon taking DMG, but the bonus will decay quickly.
  • The more types of Elemental Effects on one enemy, the less DMG it will take.
  • When keep dealing Weapon DMG or Skill DMG, the DMG dealt will decrease gradually. This effect will disappear if the other kind of DMG is dealt.

Challenge Events Adjustments in Reincarnation 8:
  • Old: Weapons won't trigger Fire/Lightning/Corrosion DMG in this area. The limited effect will be changed upon reloading.
  • New: Weapons won't trigger Fire/Lightning/Corrosion DMG in this area. The limited effect will be changed upon Dashing.

[Fake Death] Adjustments:
  • Cannot teleport during Fake Death.

In this update, we have added an “Adjustable Magnification” function for snipers, some exclusive inscriptions for weapons and some new special monster affixes. Meanwhile, we also tweaked some of the Spiritual Blessings, Ascensions and Occult Scrolls.
Our first DLC is currently under development, the content will include the long-awaited new hero, new weapons and so on. We are planning to release DLC in the third quarter of this year, and we’ll also keep on optimizing all the existing content.

Enhanced Occult Scrolls:
[Enhanced·Magic Watch]
  • Old: There's a 33% chance to reset the cooldown when you use Primary Skill or Dash, and a 15% chance to reset primary skill's cooldown upon using a Secondary Skill.
  • New: There is a 33% chance to reset the cooldown of both Dash and Primary Skill when you use either of them.
[Enhanced·Explosive Bullets]
  • Old: Weapons have a 20% chance of causing an additional explosion, dealing DMG equivalent to 100% base Weapon DMG.
  • New: Weapons will cause an additional explosion, dealing DMG equivalent to 100% weapon Base DMG (Cooldown 2s).

Spiritual Blessing
[Eye of Providence]
  • Old: Vaults and Peculiar Chests are visible on the minimap.
  • New: Vaults and Peculiar Chests are visible on the minimap, and you will be able to acquire one extra Peculiar Chest every Act.
[Fake Death]
  • Old: Grants you another chance of reviving yourself using soul essence.
  • New: Instead of falling immediately upon taking lethal DMG, you can enter a state of "Fake Death" for 10s, and you won't fall during this state. Killing any enemy will end the state early. (Cooldown 120s)
[Steady Profit]
  • Old: Upon gaining or consuming soul essence, obtain double the amount as copper.
  • New: You can purchase 2 Enhanced Occult Scrolls from Phantom Peddler.
[Painkiller]
  • Old: Convert all elemental effects applied to the hero to buffs with opposite effects.
  • New: Obtain a random elemental effect upon taking DMG, and convert all negative elemental effects applied to the hero to bonus with opposite effects.
[Royal Guard]
  • Old: Guarantees an elite monster at the end of a pre-BOSS stage.
  • New: Guarantees elite monster at the end of a pre-BOSS stage.

    Note: The new effect may cause a large number of elite monsters to appear in [Anxi Desert], [Duo Fjord] and [Hyperborean Jokul].
[Overconsumption]
  • Old: +300% weapon and skill DMG. -5% weapon and skill DMG for every owned scroll; -20% weapon and skill DMG for every activated ascension. (DMG penalty won't exceed -300%)
  • New: +150% Weapon and Skill DMG, -30% Cooldown, +30% Movement Speed, +30 Max HP and Max Shield/Armor. For every Occult Scroll you carry, -3.3% total bonus mentioned above.
[Thorny Bloom]
  • Old:Deal Skill DMG to the enemy when the mark of [Fatal Bloom] vanishes. (DMG = Number of times extra DMG triggered within the mark duration * base [Fatal Bloom] DMG)
  • New: For every [Fatal Bloom] you gained, +40% [Fatal Bloom] Base DMG for 10s, up to 30 stacks. Deal one more Skill DMG to the enemy when the mark of [Fatal Bloom] vanishes.

Challenge Event
  • Added a Challenge Event “Innumerable elite monsters are coming!” in Reincarnation 8.

Hero
Ascension Adjustments:

Crown Prince:
[Acidic Explosion]: Explosion Radius changes from 5m→7m
[Energy Bolt]: The chance of multiple explosion increases.
  • Level 1: Increases chance of exploding twice from 30%→50%
  • Level 2: Increases chance of exploding twice from 30%→50%, exploding three times from 10%→20%
  • Level 3: Increases chance of exploding twice from 30%→50%, exploding three times from 20%→35%, exploding four times from 10%→15%.
Qing Yan:
  • [No Retreat]: Grants additional “immune to slows” effects.

Monsters
Added new affix to enhanced monsters:
  • [Bleed]: When a monster is dealing DMG to a player, it will also add a Bleeding debuff to the player.
  • [Armored]: The monster’s HP is converted to Shield/Armor.
Optimized the tracking projectile of [Longbowman] and [Bandit Retainer]. Now the turning speed of their projectiles will be lowed when they are close to players.

Tweaked [Elite Lobster] settings:
  • Added a new skill when entering battlefield: Bombard players who entered the battle scene randomly within a certain range.
  • Lowered the frequency of firing: 7->4, after firing right and lift, increase the artillery DMG: 100%-170%.
  • [Elite Lobster] will attack immediately for one time upon appearance.

Levels
  • Added a new random route in [Hyperborean Jokul - Stage 2].
  • Added a new [Snowy Fairyland] in [Hyperborean Jokul - Stage 2].
  • Optimized a new [Snowy Fairyland] in [Hyperborean Jokul - Stage 1].

Weapons
  • Added “Adjustable Magnification” for snipers.
  • Optimized Controller vibration for some weapons.

New Inscriptions
  • [Rainbow Arch] Exclusive: “Weapon Skill consumes all magazine ammo and deals higher DMG”.
  • [Dragonchaser] Exclusive: ”Launch 3 marks and all shots home in on the marks in sequence”.
  • [Icy Spear] Exclusive: “Increase total AoE over time”.
  • [Deafening Mortar] Exclusive: “Weapon skill consumes all magazine ammo and fires more mortar shells”.

UI

  • The color of Primary Skill countdown is set to be the same as the hero theme color。

BUG Fixes
  1. Fixed an issue where purchasing Buns from Peddler will not increase max Shield/Armor bonus while carrying [Enhanced·Gourmet].
  2. Fixed an issue where Qiansui [Hurtle] Base DMG is incorrectly calculated.
  3. Fixed an issue where the reduction of DMG bonus stacks is greater than magazine capacity regarding to the Exclusive Inscription of [Demonlore] “+50% magazine capacity and gain Weapon Base DMG bonus stacks that equal to magazine capacity after reloading. Lose one stack on one shot.”

In this update, we fixed some bugs, added some Enhanced Occult Scrolls and exclusive inscriptions. In addition, we also adjusted and optimized some content related to Weapons, Occult Scrolls, Levels and Monsters.

Occult Scrolls
New Enhanced Occult Scrolls:
  • [Enhanced·Advanced Joggers]: -50% Dash cooldown, and has a 33% chance to reset Dash cooldown while using it.
  • [Enhanced·Ammo Recoverer]: Get 1 ammo of each weapon type for every 1m traveled.
  • [Enhanced·Thunder Screen]: Deal lightning DMG to surrounding enemies within 12m when being hit or damaged. The lightning DMG is affected by your max shield/armor, max HP, and skill DMG (trigger up to once per second).
  • [Enhanced·Hidden Treasure]: Breakable objects may drop coppers together with a higher chance of dropping buns and soul essences when destroyed.
  • [Enhanced·Wait for Good]: First shot after each 10s will deal Crit DMG (up to 10 stacks).
  • [Enhanced·Extra Surprise]: Killing an enemy grants extra coppers, and grants extra supply of Secondary Skill uses.
  • [Enhanced·Dormant Bullet]: The fewer bullets remaining in the magazine, the higher the Weapon DMG (up to +75%). When remaining magazine ammo is no higher than 10%(or just 2), recover 10% magazine ammo(at least 1) every second.
  • [Enhanced·Thunder Step]: After using Dash, cast a lighting bolt on 3 closest enemies within 25m, deal DMG and temporarily imprison them.
  • [Enhanced·Effective Split]: Randomly get 2 non-discardable Occult Scrolls, and have a 50% chance to obtain Enhanced Occult Scroll.
  • [Enhanced·Good and Evil]: +30% Lucky Shot Chance and -30% Dash/Primary Skill cooldown if you don't own any cursed scrolls; +15 max HP and max Shield/Armor for each cursed scroll you own.
  • [Enhanced·Stone Skin]: -30% total DMG taken for 3 times upon taking DMG. (Un-stackable)
  • [Enhanced·Premium Membership]: Whenever you spend copper, there is a 25% chance to gain 100% copper consumed back, and a 75% chance to gain 30% copper consumed back.
  • [Enhanced·Spirit Bible]: +120% Skill DMG, and for every Occult Scroll you own, +3% Skill DMG.
  • [Enhanced·Elemental Magazine]: Deals an additional 50% DMG when Weapon DMG causes an elemental effect/Crit Hit/Lucky Shot.
  • [Enhanced·Reasonable Luck]: +80% Lucky Shot Chance.
  • [Enhanced·Rich's Privileges]: Every time your skill deals DMG, it will inflict additional skill DMG based on how much copper you currently own. (For each enemy, the additional skill DMG occurs up to 1 time every 2s.)
  • [Enhanced·Overwhelming Shield]: +50% Shield recovery speed, and Shield recovery won’t be interrupted when Shield is below 50%..
  • [Enhanced·Fight for Immortality]: Upon taking DMG, gain additional max Shield/Armor for 25s, equivalent to the DMG received. (CD: 25s)
  • [Enhanced·Hidden Transaction]: Total enhancements +1 at the Craftsman. There’s a 33% chance to enhance a weapon by +1 extra level when enhancing your weapons at a craftsman.
  • [Enhanced·Terrific Crossfire]: -1s Primary Skill cooldown upon casting a Secondary Skill. Every use of Primary Skill recovers 3 uses of Secondary Skill.
  • [Enhanced·Surprise Bonus]: When deal Skill DMG, there is a 15% chance to +100% DMG dealt, and a 5% chance to +200% DMG dealt.
  • [Enhanced·Sucker Punch]: For every 1% total HP of an enemy, +0.5% Skill DMG dealt to it.
  • [Enhanced·Enduring Caster]: +2% Skill DMG for every 5 total HP you currently have.
  • [Enhanced·Vindictive Nature]: +40% Weapon and Skill DMG for 10s upon being hit or taking DMG, +100% DMG dealt to the enemy who hit you for 10s.

Adjusted some Enhanced Occult Scrolls effects:
  • [Enhanced·Lifesaver]
    Old: HP is fixed at 1 for 5s when taking lethal DMG, then recovers 100% Max HP and 100% Max Shield/Armor. This occult scroll will be destroyed once the effect is triggered.
    New: HP is fixed at 1 for 5s when taking lethal DMG, and recovers 50% Max HP and 50% Max Shield/Armor if any enemy is killed during this period (CD 120s).
  • [Enhanced·Tactical Reload]
    Old: When reloading, -100% DMG taken and +30% movement speed.
    New: When reloading and for 4s after reloading, -20% DMG taken and +30% movement speed.
  • [Enhanced·Explosive Bullets]
    Old: Non-elemental weapons have a 20% chance of causing an additional explosion, dealing DMG equivalent to 100% base Weapon DMG.
    New: Weapons have a 20% chance of causing an additional explosion, and dealing DMG equivalent to 100% base Weapon DMG.

Monsters
[Elite Kappa] Adjustments
  • Optimized [Elite Kappa]’s teleport mechanism, now it won’t flash to positions that are close to one's back/front.
  • Modified [Elite Kappa]’s combat distance, now it will keep a medium distance from players in battlefield.
  • Enhanced [Elite Kappa]'s orbs summoning skill, increased the number of its orbs, and now it can release orbs faster.
[Elite Corrupt Monk] Adjustments
  • Optimized its movement behavior, now the [Elite Corrupt Monk] and its mirror images will quickly distance themselves from players.
  • Added mechanism: The [Elite Corrupt Monk] itself will take lower DMG if its mirror image exists.

Levels
  • Optimized some entrances to the Vault.
  • Added a new Vault in [Hyperborean Jokul - Stage 1].

Special Effects & Models
  • Optimized armor breaking effects of [Spearman] and [Foot Soldier].
  • Fixed [Mandrill Cavalry]’s model where its outline may not display normally.

Weapons
Weapon Adjustments

[Frenzied Shark]
  • Changed it to automatic firing
  • Increased RoF: 156->220
  • Increased Projectile Speed: 25-> 35
  • Optimized its flying and bouncing projectile
  • Reduced Base DMG: 325->235
[Lightning Blast]
Weapon Skill Effect Adjustment
  • Old: Launches a forcefield sphere. Any projectile going through the sphere gains an additional 50% DMG.
  • New: Launches a forcefield sphere. Any projectile going through the sphere grants +50% Weapon DMG, +50% projectile speed, and +100% Effective Range of the firing weapon.
[Justice]
  • Optimized the drop curve of its projectiles.
[Argus]
  • Increased the distance at which the knockback effect can be triggered from 7m to 10 m.

Added new Exclusive Inscriptions

[Demonlore]
  • +50% magazine capacity, and reloading grants stacks of Weapon Base DMG bonus. The number of stacks is equal to the magazine capacity. Lose one bonus stack for every shot you fire.
[Frenzied Shark]
  • Grenade does not detonate over time, but detonates when there is an enemy within the blast radius.
[Prism]
  • Split 3 darts after the first ricochet.
[Rainbow]
  • The farther the mark is, the higher the ray DMG toward the locked mark.

UI
  • Adjusted the text format of Ascension descriptions in the Ascension interface.
  • Added a new buff icon of Occult Scroll [Evil-Devouring Sword].
  • Added a new 3D warning which displays grenades from enemies.

Controllers
  • Added two new Response Curves: “Fine Aim” and “High Velocity”.
  • Added vibration effect when Shield/Armor is broken.

Descriptions
  • Optimized some Ascension descriptions.
  • Optimized some descriptions of Heroes, Heroes Talents and Skills.
  • Amended the Inscription “Reload two ammo at a time, and +30% chance to gain one more projectile.” to “Reload two ammo at a time, and +30% projectile.”

Audio
  • Adjusted the sound effect when enemies appear in [Hyperborean Jokul].

Bug Fixes
  1. Fixed an issue where the countdown prompt for changing stages may remain after reconnecting.
  2. Fixed an issue where max HP may display abnormally when carrying Occult Scroll [Enhanced·Paranormality] and [Flesh and Bones].
  3. Fixed an issue where reload may not function as planned under some circumstance.
  4. Fixed an issue where “Blade Heart” and [Arms Dealer] may not be stacked when using [Foundry] if owning the Occult Scroll [Advanced Depot].

Weapon
Adjusted two Gemini inscriptions:
  • Old: (Gemini) Killing an enemy with the held weapon increases the base DMG of the next shot from the off-hand weapon by +50%. (Up to 10 shots will be affected.)
  • New: (Gemini) Killing an enemy with the held weapon increases base DMG of the next shot from the off-hand weapon by +50%. (Up to 6 shots, stack-able)
  • Old: (Gemini) Plant a spore on the target when hitting enemy and deal AoE damage when the spore from different weapons meet together.
  • New: (Gemini) Plant a spore on the target when hitting enemy and deal extra damage when the spore from different weapons meet together. (Stacks will not be reset after encounter)
Special Effects:
  • Optimized [Foundry]’s projectile effects and hitting effects on ice & snow.

Occult Scrolls
Added a new Enhanced Occult Scroll:
  • [Enhanced·Evil-Banishing Talisman]: Gain immunity to all Cursed Scrolls, and your Cursed Scrolls become discard-able.

Monsters
Optimized the resistance pattern of monsters to the freezing effect of [Energy Orb]
  • Old: The more times the freezing effect is triggered, the higher the monster’s resistance ability.
  • New: The longer the freezing effect lasts, the higher the monster’s resistance ability.
[Elite Coyote] Adjustments
  • Added skills such as quick swoop, setting quicksand traps, and deleted its skill of throwing corrosive balls.
  • Adjusted AI, reduced the chance of missing player’s hits, and enhanced its tendency to attack.
If the artillery shells in [Dinghai Bay-Final Stage] are not picked up within 15 seconds, they will automatically blast and deal damage to players.


Levels
  • Added a new route in [Hyperborean Jokul - Stage 2].
  • Optimized some scenes in [Hyperborean Jokul] and lowered power consumption.

Descriptions
  • Optimized Occult Scroll descriptions of [Elite Assassin] and [Enhanced·Elite Assassin].
  • Optimized Occult Scroll descriptions of [Enhanced·Fire Enthusiast], [Enhanced·Lightning Enthusiast] and [Enhanced·Corrosion Enthusiast].
  • Optimized the descriptions of Ascension [Survival Instinct]’s status icon and some related Talents.
  • Optimized the box text of skipping a dialog.
  • Optimized some translations.

  • Optimized the performance of [Foot Soldier] in Beginner's guide.
