BREAKOUT REWARDS

We’re celebrating 5 years of Apex Legends with a series of rewards releasing throughout Breakout. Every two weeks we’ll be unlocking a Legend as free-to-play for the rest of the season. Each Legend will have a set of challenges to permanently unlock that Legend and earn Battle Pass Stars, with even more Legend themed rewards to collect. The 5th Anniversary has a lot to unwrap.

Note: those that already have these Legends in their collection will still need to complete the challenges and other requirements in order to earn the cosmetic and chase rewards.


CHASE REWARDS

Conquer every Breakout Rewards challenge, hit Battle Pass Level 60, or gift six unique freebies before the season ends to unlock even more rewards like a Legendary Wraith skin.

There are three chase items for completing three chase challenges:

Complete all six sets of Legend Challenges → earn Legendary “Runaway Renegade” Wraith
Collect all six Legend Banners in the free Battle Pass track → earn Wraith’s “Royal Stage” Banner
Gift limited-time gifts at least six times → earn a Legendary Sticker and Rare Wraith Tracker set
Each gifted Breakout Battle Pass also counts as a gift
Complete all the Breakout Reward challenges to automatically earn the ultimate completion reward: the Reactive “Top Tier” Flatline.




As each featured Legend unlocks as free-to-play, so will their respective challenges—such as playing matches with the Legend, dealing damage, and more. You’ll have until the end of the Season to complete the challenges, earn the corresponding rewards, and permanently unlock the Legends themselves for your collection.

Worlds collide in our new BR Takeover featuring content that will be all too familiar to FINAL FANTASY™ VII fans. Wield the power of a Buster Sword R2R5, which will have gameplay abilities and can be picked up and used as a weapon as a part of the Takeover. Get access to light and heavy attacks, blocking to reduce damage taken and dash to close the gap, and fill your meter to use the quintessential Limit Break. The more you deal, take, and block damage, the faster your meter will fill. If you don’t find a Buster Sword R2R5 hot off your drop, keep an eye out for them in Care Packages and around the map.

While you’re on the hunt for the ultimate weapon, look for Materia Hop-Ups for increased effects and/or bonuses. Each Materia Hop-Up has its own impact and will only attach with select weapons, and can spawn in the world and event-limited Cactuar Ticks!



FINAL FANTASY™ VII REBIRTH COSMETICS

You can also use Gil to earn additional Battle Pass Stars to continue your seasonal progress. Challenges refresh daily and you'll want to complete as many as possible to earn the full amount of Gil.

The uprising is coming, Legends. Kicking off the week of Dec 5, 2023, you’ll fight in the new 30v30 Revenant Uprising LTM as a Legend or as Revenant's army. And those who join the first hour of the event will get a unique cinematic experience. After the initial week, Revenant Uprising will be exclusive to weekends, where you’ll get an Account Level XP boost while playing the LTM! Plus, get a 1.5X damage boost towards your Prestige Skin challenge when you play any mode with one equipped, during the entire Uprising Event!

That’s right, Loba’s Prestige Skin, Apex Lycanthrope is here. Collect all 24 Uprising cosmetics before the end of the Uprising event to get Loba’s new Prestige Skin “Apex Lycanthrope”–and prove that wolves are deadliest when cornered. Revenant Uprising brings an all-out 30v30 war as Legends must reach the Evac point, while the Revenant Army does everything they can to stop their escape–swarming the ground like something straight out of your nightmares.
