It is a pleasure to share more with you in my second Producer’s Letter. Thanks to your support, the Great Era of Commerce update has been completed throughout the Summer. The Mabinogi Team is now focusing on the updates for the second half of the year to bring various and exciting content to you in Autumn and Winter.
To provide you with useful rewards and items, we have prepared a new version of the Portrait Attendance event called the “My Own Attendance” event. You can start the event anytime during the registration period to begin receiving daily rewards. As you may have noticed, this will reward the Mysterious Blue Bag (10x17 inventory slot bag) that we know you’ve been asking for! I hope this will give you a bit more space in your inventory~
I’d like to share more information about the upcoming contents that we expect within the rest of 2022. Here is a preview of what’s to come:
Quality of Life Updates
Many quality of life updates are being prepared to improve features and options in the game. Some of the notable changes are:
Inventory Bag re-order function
Exclusive Enchant Scrolls can be traded once
Full Recovery Potions and Phoenix Feathers can be added to the hotbar
You can sell Fynni Pet Whistles all at once to Fionnait

Field Raid Revamp
Field Raid Bosses will be rebalanced to become stronger and more resilient.
Participating in raids will become more convenient (announcement for all channels, fast travel, etc.)
Rewards improvements - A voucher shop will be added for guaranteed prizes. - You will be more likely to get rewards if you have a higher contribution.
Masterpiece C1
The Chapter Info UI will be revamped.
Replay feature for Chapter 1 Generations (G1, G2, and G3) will be added.
Graphic overhauls for major NPCs from C1.
Korean voiceover will be added for NPCs in C1.
Progression Improvements
To help Milletians adapt to Erinn life more easily and improve the beginner’s experience, we will bring multiple updates to Mabinogi.
The level standard for “Beginner” characters will be increased to 10,000, and you will be able to receive various benefits based on revamped level standards.
Blaanid’s Memoir will be revamped with better rewards. - Significantly, a lesser version of the Divine Link skill, which could only be obtained through playing G19, will be available through the Memoir. - We will also add new rewards that will be useful to beginners, such as pets and doll bags.
Skill training, Renown, Grandmaster, and leveling for Crusader skills will become a lot easier. - The amount of skill training required will be reduced greatly, especially notable for the skills that required extremely huge amounts of training. - Skill training requirements centered around character and monster CP, which has been a hurdle for many Milletians, will be removed. - There will also be many other changes including increased Renown EXP, unlocking Crusader sub-skills at once, and more.
Arcana Update
The Arcana Talent is a new talent that has the characteristics of two combined talents, and it will bring a new charm to your combat experience, different from the other talents.
This Winter, we will introduce the Elemental Knight – a damage-dealing talent with Close Combat and Magic talents combined – and the Saint Bard – a supporting talent with Holy Arts and Music talents combined, which will both be added as new Arcana Talents.
Of course, new skills and bonus stats for these talents will be added as well.
We are also hoping to introduce more and more new Arcana Talents in the future.
We will be reviewing and testing these contents and the plan could change, but I am excited to bring all of these listed contents to you soon!

During the two week Registration Period, you will receive the Attendance Book Summons item upon logging in.
Use the Attendance Book Summons to register a main character.
You can only register one character per account.
You can onlyuse the Attendance Book Summons to register your character during the Registration Period.

Once registered, the event will begin for your registered character and you will receive the Attendance Scroll which has a usage period of 15 days.
The Attendance Check has a total of 10 rewards.
Stay logged in for 36 minutes each day to receive a reward.
Use the Attendance Scroll to claim your reward every day.
The next day will start at 7:00 AM PDT.
When the usage period of the Attendance Scroll is over, the scroll will automatically disappear. Please claim any rewards from the scroll before it expires.
After the event ends, you will be unable to claim any rewards and the Attendance Scroll will be removed from the inventory.

With the v.235 update, currently scheduled for late August, we will be updating the Minimum System Requirements for MapleStory. This change is to reflect the past several years of updates and improvements, and the increased requirements, as well as some previously supported systems no longer being supported by their parent companies. Changes to the requirements are listed below in bolded text.
If you’re playing MapleStory with system requirements that are lower than the minimum specifications listed above, the game may still run, but will be more susceptible to technical issues. Starlight Symphony is coming to an end and Stella prepared a special encore!
Requirements: Lv. 101 and above (Zero characters must have completed up to Chapter 2). Your character must have completed the "[Starlight Symphony] Starlight Chariot" quest.
Accept the "[Starlight Symphony] An Encore Performance" quest within the star event notifier on the left side of the screen, or talk to Stella located at the Starlight Landing map.
Once you’ve reached the Melody Coin capacity for the day, you can click "Claim Reward" button in the Starlight Symphony Encore UI to receive additional Melody Coins.
You can access the Starlight Symphony Encore UI via the "[Starlight Symphony] An Encore Performance" quest within the star event notifier.
You can participate and receive additional Melody Coins up to 10 times during the event duration. You will receive even more coins on the 5th and 10th days.
Starlight Symphony Encore rewards can be claimed once a day per world.
The event will reset every day at 12:00 AM UTC.
You can only claim the rewards with a character that reached the Melody Coin capacity for the day.
The character that clicks the "Claim Reward" button will receive the reward so make sure you claim it on the character you wish to receive the Melody Coins with.
The Melody Coins obtained from the Starlight Symphony Encore event will not count towards the daily Melody Coin capacity.

MapleStory M has been available on Android and iOS mobile devices for over four years, allowing you to create characters and hunt monsters on the go. We're teaming up with them to give you a power boost in MapleStory M by playing your MapleStory characters, with daily missions to complete and the ability to assign your highest level MapleStory character to MapleStory M's Legion Synergy Grid!

Daily Missions
You can now earn rewards in MapleStory M by completing daily missions in MapleStory!
Requirements: Lv. 60 and above (Zero characters must have completed up to Chapter 2).
Accept the "[MapleStory M] Mobile MapleStory!" quest within the star event notifier on the left side of the screen. You will then have access to the MapleStory M Link UI.
You can now link your MapleStory account to your MapleStory M account using the MapleStory M Link UI, instead of talking to Maple Administrator!
Click the button on the bottom of the UI to proceed with linking your accounts.
Linking accounts via Maple Administrator will only be available until July 28 at 12:59 AM UTC.
Please make sure your MapleStory account is linked to your MapleStory M account prior to completing the missions.
You must have a character Lv. 60 and above to link your MapleStory account to your MapleStory M account.
You will be given the following daily MapleStory missions to complete:
Defeat 500 enemies near your level
Reach 300 Combo Kills
Defeat 2 Elite Monsters or Elite Champions
Activate Runes 2 times
Clear Monster Park 1 time
Once you complete the daily missions in MapleStory, you must click the "Claim" button on the MapleStory M Link UI. Afterward, you can receive rewards on the MapleStory M account linked to the MapleStory account based on the number of missions you’ve completed.
You can claim the rewards in MapleStory M via the Mail.
Daily mission completion is shared between your characters once a mission has been completed by a character.
Daily missions can be completed once per MapleStory account and will reset every day at 12:00 AM UTC.
Daily mission rewards can be claimed once per MapleStory account.
Legion Block
You can assign your highest level MapleStory character to MapleStory M’s Legion Synergy Grid.
The MapleStory character Legion Block can be placed without being limited by the number of characters placed on the MapleStory M Legion Synergy Grid.
The quality of the Legion Block will increase based on the level of your highest level MapleStory character. The rank will be the same level as that of MapleStory M.
