Reboot World Level-Up Support Event for Dutch Maplers

A special event is coming to our Dutch players with helpful items to enhance your leveling experience in Reboot world! As the Netherlands Trade Limitation is implemented in order to comply with Netherlands regulations, Dutch Maplers that choose to create a new character in Reboot world will receive special perks to start afresh and settle down in this familiar but foreign world.

Reboot World Level-Up Support Event Details

Requirements: Must be a Dutch player that had a character Lv. 61 and above in non-Reboot world prior to October 19, 2021 at 4:30 PM PDT.
Create a new character of your choice in Reboot world.
Talk to Maple Administrator located in the Event Hall and select the ‘Talk to a Maple Admin’ option in the dialogue to receive the Reboot World Level-Up Support Event rewards. You can go to the Event Hall through the Dimensional Mirror either by entering the Dimensional Mirror portal in town or by clicking the “Quick Move” button below the Mini-map.
Please note that some rewards have level milestones you must reach to obtain them.
Reboot World Level-Up Support Event rewards can only be received by the eligible players with their new characters in Reboot world.

Reboot World Level-Up Support Event Rewards

The following item can be claimed with any character in Reboot world:
- Tera Character Burninator: 3 per account. Tradeable within account, 7-day duration. Use to receive a Tera Burning effect on an existing character between Lv. 10 and 199 for 30 days. This item cannot be used on Lara and Zero characters.
The following items can only be claimed with up to 3 new Reboot characters with Burninator effect created during the event duration:
- Heroes of Maple Pet Bundle 1: 1 per account. Tradeable within account. Open to receive the following:
  - Lil Evan Pet Coupon: Tradeable within account. Use the coupon to obtain Lil Evan Pet: 90-day duration. Pet can be revived using Water of Life item. Cash item can be transferred to the Cash Shop Inventory.
  - Lil Aran Pet Coupon: Tradeable within account. Use the coupon to obtain Lil Aran Pet: 90-day duration. Pet can be revived using Water of Life item. Cash item can be transferred to the Cash Shop Inventory.
  - Lil Phantom Pet Coupon: Tradeable within account. Use the coupon to obtain Lil Phantom Pet: 90-day duration. Pet can be revived using Water of Life item. Cash item can be transferred to the Cash Shop Inventory.
- Reach Lv. 10: Reach Lv. 10 on the character with Burninator effect to receive the following item:
  - Mysterious Cryptic Chest: 1 per character, maximum of 3 claims per account. Untradeable, 7-day duration. Open to receive the following:
    - Snail Pet: 30-day duration.
- Reach Lv. 30: Reach Lv. 30 on the character with Burninator effect to receive the following item:
  - Lv. 30 Equipment Box: 1 per character, maximum of 3 claims per account. Untradeable, box expires February 15 at 11:59 PM UTC. Open to receive a weapon and armor set suitable for your class.
- Reach Lv. 61: Reach Lv. 61 on the character with Burninator effect to receive the following item:
  - 30,000-Maple-Point Coupon: 1 per account. Tradeable within account, 7-day duration.
  - If you have 10 cumulative daily login records between November 17 at 2:00 PM UTC and December 28 at 11:59 PM UTC, you will receive an additional reward:
    - 30,000-Maple-Point Coupon: 1 per account. Tradeable within account, 7-day duration.
  - If you have 10 cumulative daily login records between December 29 at 12:00 AM UTC and February 8 at 11:59 PM UTC, you will receive an additional reward:

[Updated October 26 at 3:19 PM PDT] We have concluded our investigation and begun internal testing. We expect the testing to end around 5:00 PM PDT.

[Updated October 26 at 1:42 PM PDT] Investigation of the issue is still ongoing. Once addressed we will provide an update and an ETA for the remainder of maintenance. Thank you for your patience!

[Updated October 26 at 9:57 AM PDT] While testing, we discovered a critical issue and are investigating to address it. The maintenance will be extended until further notice and we'll try to update the status periodically. Thank you for your patience.

[Updated October 21] As mentioned on the Netherlands Trade Limitations Update post, the following in-game trade functions will no longer be available for Dutch players in order to comply with Netherlands regulations:
- Give and Receive items and mesos to other players via 1:1 trade.
- Buy and Sell via Auction House/Meso Market.
- Drop items and mesos.
  - Note: Items required for quest, boss, or other content can still be dropped.
[Updated October 26] Fixed the issue where Aerial Relief skill's invincibility duration wasn't properly applied.

Event Details

A mysterious letter arrives and invites you to a definitely-not-ominous party at the Haunted Manor!
Requirement: Lv. 101 and above (Zero characters must have completed up to Chapter 2).
Accept the '[Haunted Manor] Mysterious Letter' quest from the star event notifier on the left side of the screen. Upon accepting the invitation, you will be moved to the Haunted Manor (whether you like it or not).
- You can leave the Haunted Manor by clicking the ‘Exit’ button on the bottom right side of the screen (if you don't like it).
There are a total of 5 missions, and each mission will be unlocked daily at 12:00 AM UTC until October 24.
- Each unlocked mission can be completed once.
Upon completion of each mission, accept the quest within the star event notifier on the left side of the screen to receive your reward.
Haunted Manor mission rewards can be obtained once per character.
Hidden mission alert! Complete a hidden mission to receive the Hallowkitty's Hat Picker Coupon!
- The hidden mission can only be done after all 5 missions have been completed.
- Hidden mission reward can be obtained once per world.
Haunted Manor can be done per character.

Pink Bean Bulletin - Boss Cube and Flame Drop Issue

Hi Maplers,

We hope you are having a great time at the Night Troupe festival, and creating lots of memories with our adorable blue friend who is visiting Maple World. We are definitely having a lot of fun enjoying the festival ride attractions and watching the Magic Show and Fireworks!

Today, we wanted to give you a quick update regarding the issue with boss monster flame and cube drops that you all reported to us. After the v.227 update, you told us that the drop rates of Meister’s Cubes, Master Craftsman’s Cubes, Powerful Rebirth Flames, and Eternal Rebirth Flames appear to have changed.

We took a look, and found that the boss monster drop rates for Meister’s Cubes and Master Craftsman’s Cubes were different from the intended rates in v.227 but could not initially find any issues with the Powerful Rebirth Flame and Eternal Rebirth Flame drop rates. However, after re-examining the situation, we discovered that there indeed was an issue with the boss monster flame drop rates. They were different from their intended drop rates in Reboot world. We apologize for causing confusion with what we shared in the October 14 maintenance post regarding the issue.

We deployed a fix today (October 15, 2021) at 3:10 PM PDT for the boss monster flame drop issue, and will be distributing the following compensation next week:

Accounts with at least one character Lv. 61 and above in Reboot world with records of clearing a boss during October 6, 2021 (after maintenance) ~ October 15, 2021 3:10 PM PDT will receive the following items:
- Powerful Rebirth Flame (x4): 14-day duration.
- Eternal Rebirth Flame (x3): 14-day duration.
