Season 3 has been on a roll since the appearance of Muir and the encounter with the Elves of Ben Chenner, and it's time for the next chapter to the story: The Name of Erinn. With this latest chapter comes a new Raid boss, new armor, new items, a renewal of things past and much more. Take a look at what's come in Season 3 - Chapter 3 and all the battles in store.




Do you remember, deep below the ruins of Ainle, when a simple investigation unveiled an ancient, shackled monster? Tall as houses, four arms with two massive blades, magic and more? Glas Ghaibhleann was the name of the creature slain that day, but what once was has come again, and he is no longer weakened by eons of captivity.



Lord Glas Ghaibhleann stands in your way again, and the speed of his swords and his diving assaults will devastate any too slow to escape him. His magic is formidable as well, sending out bursts of energy to pummel those unable to get out of the way. But his new tricks are what you will truly need to watch for.



As you wear Lord Glas down, dark voids will appear around the room, pulling any warriors near it to the core... where a very grisly fate awaits. Gravity itself is under Lord Glas' command, as he will cast his Reverse Gravity spell to lift all of his foes into the air and slamming them back to the ground... unless you can find a safe place to stand.



Lord Glas Ghaibhleann can be fought through the "Temple of the Fallen Moon" raid battle, available to characters between 80 and 90. While you can face him alone if you really want, you'd be best suited to bring a full group of eight along with you, to make sure there's someone around to pick you up off the ground. And as with all Raids, you normally only get one shot at him per day, unless you're a VIP (2) or take him on in the next few weeks, thanks to the Lord Glas Ghaibhleann Raid Event.




As with Regina and Braha, defeating Lord Glas will unlock the ability to craft a new Armor Set, the Terminus Sentinel Set. The Keystones for this Light Armor Set can be claimed after defeating Lord Glas, letting you construct this gorgeous leather coat over metal breastplate armor, a pinnacle of style and function.




The best gear needs some good Enchants to kick it up to the next level, and what would we be if we did not oblige? Four Rank 7 Enchant Scrolls, formerly only available during limited time events, can now be acquired by defeating Season 2 Raid Bosses! While these rare scrolls will give your armor a wealth of bonuses, they can only enchant Light or Cloth armor. Those enchanting their Cloth Armor will even get a bonus of ATT and M.ATT when doing so.




As we approach Vindictus' 5^th anniversary, it's long since time to take a look back at the vast amounts of equipment warriors stumble across as they advance through the story. Most armor was separated by gender, excluding a few of our newer characters, or only for a specific characters as well.

No more. We've gone through just about every piece of armor and reduced the restrictions across the board. Just about anyone will be able to put on the armor they find and take it into battle, although Hurk and Karok's massive frame will still prevent some equipment from being used. Several hundred items have been adjusted, making it far easier for those still leveling up to remain well equipped for the battles to come.


With all the powerful gear requiring high ranks of skills, AP's never been so valuable. To make it easier for everyone to get their Equipment Mastery skills up, we've dramatically reduced the AP costs for Rank 9 through Rank 5 for all Weapon and Armor skills (Excluding Large Shield Mastery, Vella's Twin Sword Mastery and Focus Mastery).


Those of you still working on getting through the stories of Season 1 and 2 will find a new reason to get through that last mission. Completing a Chapter from Season 1 or Season 2 will reward you with a bonus AP Capsule to help you keep above the difficulty curve. This AP amount varies based on the Chapter completed, starting at 100 AP for Chapter 1, to 500 AP for most higher level chapters, and up to 1000 AP for completing the final chapter of a Season.




Have friends interested in Vindictus, or just want to try out a new character? We've improved the Tutorials in the first few missions of Vindictus, to help explain the use of certain items, what aspects of the UI do, introduce the basic combos for your current class and more.

The corrupted Elves still stand in your way, but if you're to learn more about what has sundered the memories of so many fallen heroes, there's only one place to go: Back to Ben Chenner. Chapter 2 of Season 3 has arrived with new items, new quests and a brand new Raid as you face down the massive creature, Braha. Both of him.




The story of Season 3 continues on into Chapter 2, sending you back to Ben Chenner to find out more about the Corrupted Elves and the plague of lost memories. Have care as you enter deeper into the mountain-top forest, because the Corrupted Elves will fight for every scrap of ground, led by Akadus, a fallen hero with a pair of nasty, bayonetted hand-crossbows.



Characters that have completed Chapter 1 can start Chapter 2 with Brynn in Colhen. The Free Battle for the zone is also available, taking your party through the new areas in case you want to revisit the new fights, or want to pound on Akadus for some more loot.




Chapter 2 will lead you to the newest Raid, Braha and Ancient Braha. While this massive bruiser is unable to climb out of his hole for the fight, you'll still have to contend with his massive reach as he swings, slams and grabs at any of those tiny creatures hitting him with their tiny weapons.



There are two Braha's that must be defeated, and you'll need to hit both of them to win. As you fight either one, you'll slowly become attuned to him in the form of a stacking buff. This will gradually reduce the damage that you deal to Braha, down to 50% at full power. But as the attuned Braha shrugs off your blows, the other Braha will find your attacks even more powerful, boosted up to +150% damage at its full effect. Of course, you'll have to find a way to get over to the other one...



Characters that manage to defeat Braha 10 times, each Braha counting as one, will earn the "Braha Exterminator" title, giving you +2 STR, +2 AGI, +3 INT and +2 WIL, as well as unlocking the most powerful part of Braha's rewards...




Players that defeat Braha have a chance to loot Braha's Essence, a Keystone item that can be taken to Dianann to be turned into new weapons and armor with a few Legendary Shards and a lot of gold. As with the Regina's Feather set before it, each individual component in the composite gear can be replaced, however Regina's Feather Keystones cannot replace a Braha's Essence Keystone, or vice versa.




With the release of Braha comes the final reward of the Season 3 Preparedness Package, the Braha T-Shirt! Players can redeem their "Season 3 Episode 2 Vouchers" in the Exchange Shop for this fashionable item, featuring the face of Braha on the front and the back. You have until November 16th to claim your shirt, so grab it while you can!




There's more new outfits than just the Braha's Essence set. This month brings us a new pair of classy Outfitters, perfect for  a night on the town! We also have new Hairstyles and Inner Armors, an update to the Season 3 Battle Box and new item that will let you convert Healing Potions into AP!

Players that defeat Braha have a chance to loot Braha's Essence, a Keystone item that can be taken to Dianann to be turned into new weapons and armor with a few Legendary Shards and a lot of gold. As with the Regina's Feather set before it, each individual component in the composite gear can be replaced, however Regina's Feather Keystones cannot replace a Braha's Essence Keystone, or vice versa.




With the release of Braha comes the final reward of the Season 3 Preparedness Package, the Braha T-Shirt! Players can redeem their "Season 3 Episode 2 Vouchers" in the Exchange Shop for this fashionable item, featuring the face of Braha on the front and the back. You have until November 16th to claim your shirt, so grab it while you can!




There's more new outfits than just the Braha's Essence set. This month brings us a new pair of classy Outfitters, perfect for  a night on the town! We also have new Hairstyles and Inner Armors, an update to the Season 3 Battle Box and new item that will let you convert Healing Potions into AP!

• Direct Launch has been disabled. Vindictus can now only be launched through the Nexon Launcher and Steam. When downloaded, the Nexon Launcher should automatically transfer the installed version, allowing for easier updating and launching of the game.

Feel the fury of the Red Dragon with this new Lv. 80 dungeon! Pether, once thought to have lost the source of his power, has returned stronger than ever. By ripping a hole in the fabric of space-time, he has re-created the nest of Rajuul on the island of Ravea. You must venture to the far side of the continent, enter the nest, and destroy Pether once and for all!

In the first stage, you take on Flame Lord Barbatos – the King of Dragons. He delivers a Sky Drop attack that absorbs your energy! He also summons multiple dragons to his defense. Jump quickly to stay on your feet! At certain percentages, he sets the floor aflame, and you must be quick to escape the flames.



Then you must face down Monarch of Pain Crudelis, who attacks with a mix of fire and ice. Beware his Fire Tornadoes and deadly Flame Rush! Heat is not the only danger as he also possesses fearsome Ice Spikes and an Ice Field. At certain percentages, you must destroy his spawns to escape certain death!



In the second stage, you face Guardian of Flames Nouvelle. He has a deadly Rush Attack, and attacks with spears in addition to fire. He is also not alone, as he summons three flame statues to fight beside him!



In the third stage, you enter the Hyper Dynamo Core. Controlled by Jasmine, it can release a devastating Laser Attack, as well as fire missiles! At certain percentages, you must also prevent the core from exploding!



In the fourth stage, you encounter Immortal Knight Tacitus. He delivers powerful Flame Sword Attacks, and also has the ability to teleport in order to attack you quickly! At certain percentages, you must prevent him from absorbing lava into his blade. As he nears his demise, you will have to work hard to dodge his attacks.



In the final stage, you face the Black Dragon’s Phantom, who is armed with Fire Tornadoes and deadly Black Dragon Breaths. His Claw Stomps can take you down, and he also possesses the ability to confuse you.



Once you defeat the Black Dragon’s Phantom, you must face the Red Dragon himself, Red Dragon King Pether. The Red Dragon can curse one member of your party, while burning the other members with his fiery breath! He can also create deadly Fire Tornadoes, or cause damage with Claw Attacks. As the fight progresses, he gains additional skills and will also summon monsters to fight by his side!
