Thank you for participating in ArcheAge: Unchained's Fresh Start server.


We would like to inform you of the details related to the Server Transfer Tickets purchased with Honor Points obtained from gameplay. First, you cannot use the ticket to transfer to a server of a different region. The "Server Transfer Ticket - Fresh Start Server Only," which can be purchased with Honor Points from the Mirage Isle NPC, will only be available for purchase until the maintenance on December 8th. Once this item is removed during the December 8th maintenance, a new free server transfer ticket will be redistributed. Log in to the official ArcheAge website to check the redistributed free server transfer ticket. Information on its use will be announced through a separate notice once the server transfer services have been officially launched. Also, the free server transfer ticket can be used from December 8th until December 21st 23:59 UTC. Any unused server transfer tickets will not be available for use starting December 22nd 00:00 UTC, and will all be retrieved and refunded for 50,000 Honor Points each. Below is the possible server transfer table.

Based on the Survey you've participated in, the current new server will be maintained after December 8th. If you wish to transfer to a different server, please do so within the transfer window stated above.

 

Lastly, because of the change to maintain the current new server, there was a change to the condition to receive the graduation rewards. Graduation rewards will now be distributed to all players who've received the Server Transfer Ticket.

We have discovered an issue relating to the Character Selection/Server Selection options which cause the game to freeze.

This is done by:

1: Entering a Server in game

2: Exiting to Character Selection

3: Going to Server Selection

4: Attempting to re-enter a server

5: The game will subsequently freeze

We are working with XL to resolve this as soon as possible, but please be aware that if you follow the steps above there may be issues and you will have to restart your game.

• Reinforced the penalty for blocked characters to combat issues that interrupt game progression.
  • We have added below penalties for blocked characters to combat issues that interrupt players' game progression, such as repeatedly entering/exiting parties/raids or creating portals.
    • You can't teleport using portals created by a blocked target.
    • A blocked target can't participate in parties or raids you created.
    • Your raid recruit/search list is invisible to the blocked target.
    • A blocked target can't receive personal/radius invite messages.
    • For co-raids, controlling invitations is only available for your own raid.
• Added a share button to Folio.

 

• The Broom Race on Mirage Isle event has started.

 

• Added a caution message stating that "Bound Superior Red Regrade Charm" can't be used as a crafting material when converting Duun's Blessing to Silver Regrade Charm.
• Fixed the issue where Memory Hearth couldn't be turned off for an extended period of time. 
• Improved Ember items' cooldown sharing tooltip.
• Fixed the issue where your ranking points were not successfully reflected on the ranking list when updated to 4,000 points or lower.
• Fixed the issue where you could purchase the discontinued Rainbow Chum item.

Broom Race on Mirage Isle

• The Broom Race on Mirage Isle event takes place on Mirage Isle.
• Daily Quests reset at CEST 23:00 (PDT 21:00).

• Hallowtide Broom Race
  • Talk to the Little Witch on Mirage Isle.
  • Accept the daily quest [Hallowtide Broom Race] and get the Mirage Broom.
  • Ride the broom and fly through the first–fourth gate.
  • Complete the quest from the Little Witch.
  • Quest Reward: Broom Race Coin x8
• Broom Pro! (when finishing the race in 3 min)
  • Use Witch Token Rank 4 to accept the quest.
  • Talk to the Little Witch to complete the quest.
  • Quest Reward: Broom Race Coin x12
• Amazing Skill (when finishing the race in 3 min 30 sec)
  • Use Witch Token Rank 3 to accept the quest.
  • Talk to the Little Witch to complete the quest.

• You won't be able to fly the broom if you fold up your glider or are attacked by a Mirage Ghost and returned to the starting point.
  • Abandon the Hallowtide Broom Race quest and restart it to enable Broom Flight.

 


 

• You can obtain rank rewards based on finishing time only when you fly through the first–fourth gates in order.
• Fly through the gates to gain 1 stack of 8% flight speed increase buff for 600 sec. (Can stack up to 3 times)
• If you fall during the flight, abandon the quest and restart it so that you can obtain the rank rewards based on finishing time.
• Ride the Mirage Broom and fly through the Flaming Pumpkin to gain a 2% flight speed increase buff for 3 sec. (Can stack up to 30 times)
• A warning message will be displayed when a ghost appears, and your glider's flying direction may change or you may be returned to the starting point due to debuff.

 

• You can exchange the event reward for the below items (bound on pickup) at the Gift Exchanger on Mirage Isle.

 

• You must be Lv30+ to participate in the event quests.
• All event quests are daily quests and reset daily at CEST 23:00 (PDT 21:00).
• If you fail to fly through all 4 gates in one flight, you won't be able to obtain Witch Token Rank 1–4.
• You can only accept and complete one of the quests that can be started using Witch Token Rank 1–4. Please make sure to use the token on the day you receive it.
• Event NPCs and event quest items including Witch Token Rank 1–4 will disappear after the maintenance when the event ends.
• Broom Race Coins and Hallowtide Gift Exchanger will disappear a week after the event ends.
• The Mirage Broom can only be used on Mirage Isle.
• Summoning pets or mounts in some areas of the event region will destroy them.
• All event items can't be restored.

  • Caution: Ceremony Guide Verdi appears at CEST 13:00, 18:00, 23:00 (PDT 11:00, 16:00, 21:00) and disappears after an hour.

• Moonswept Homes Jack o' Lantern/Cheer Up the Ezna Spirits (can be completed 3 times daily / Time limit: 1 hour)
  • Start Quest: Ceremony Guide Verdi
  • Objective
    • Obtain Moonswept Homes Spirit and then throw the Moonswept Spirit Candy into the Moonswept Homes Jack o' Lantern's mouth.
    • Obtain Ezna Spirit and then throw Ezna Spirit Candy into the Ezna Jack o' Lantern's mouth.
    • Compete against someone who obtained another type of spirit and then open either a Treasure Chest or Shabby Treasure Chest.

• All festival NPCs and Festival quest items disappear after the maintenance on the last day of the festival.
• Festival items cannot be restored once they have been destroyed.
• If you installed a furniture you received as a reward from the festival, it will disappear if you demolish the building on which you installed the furniture at.
• The Festival Gift Exchanger will disappear after the festival ends, but will remain at Mirage Isle.
• Only character Lv10 or higher can participate in festival quests.

• Added a "Manual Mode" to the Camera Mode settings. 
  • After receiving feedback about wanting to be able to customize settings in Camera Mode, we added a "Manual Mode" to the Camera Mode settings.
  • Unlike the previous Camera Mode where you could only adjust the maximum camera distance, the newly added Manual Mode allows you to adjust the viewing angle and zoom in speed. When you select Manual Mode, you can adjust values by using a slide bar.
  • The existing modes can be used just like before, but please note the settings for Wide View as adjusted back to the previous settings prior to the May 26 (Thurs), 2022 update. If you want a wider view, please utilize the new Manual Mode.
• There is now a Peace Zone at the respawn point for faction respawns at the Great Prairie of the West.
  • This Peace Zone is narrower compared to other respawn points, and the Guard will not attack you even if you are from another faction.
• The "Auto-Loot Powerstone: 30-Day Marvelous Mab only" used to bind when unwrapped, but will now bind on pickup.

 

• The October Hallowtide Festival has begun. 
  • "Two Crowns" and "Solis Headlands" become peace zones during the festival period.
• The Lulu's Gift Box event has begun.
• Double the Gain Event has begun. (until October 27, 2022 before maintenance)
  • Double XP, Loot Drop Rate, Conflict/War/Siege/Quest Honor Points, and Vocation Badges.

 

• The Sunglow Lunagem: Revitalizing Cheer effect will now also apply to Ancestral skills. 
• Fixed the issue where Labor would be consumed without obtaining the Community Boost effect when you had the War Time effect at the Community Center.
• Fixed the issue where the Blue Salt Request: Preserves quest could not be accepted with the Blueberry Seed Bundle.

Autumn Has Come, Share the Harvest!

• NPC Sammy will appear at Austera, Marianople, and Diamond Shores during the event.
• The Order Machine will appear at Austera, Marianople, and Diamond Shores during the event period.
• You can get the daily quest "Grain Bundle Delivery" from Sammy.
• Accept the quest to automatically complete it and obtain the "Grain Order Receipt."
• Use the "Grain Order Receipt" on the "Order Machine" to obtain a "Grain Delivery Order."
• Use the "Grain Delivery Order" to accept the daily quest "Sharing the Harvest!" and interact with the "Stacked Grain" to pick up the "Grain Bundle."
• Deliver the Grain Bundle to the NPC at the destination to complete the daily delivery and obtain a "Grain Delivery Reward."

• If you put down the Trade Pack you get from the quest, it will immediately disappear. It will also disappear if you complete the quest, forfeit the quest, or upon death.
• If you lose the Trade Pack you got from the quest, you can get it again from the place where you obtained it.
• All event items cannot be restored.

• Increased the Gold attachment limit for Group Mails. 
  • Based on the feedback that the current Gold attachment limit of 3,000 Gold for Group Mails inconvenienced players in several ways, for instance, to send several mails when the funds distributed for Raids exceeded 3,000 Gold, we have increase this limit from 3,000 Gold to 6,000 Gold.
• Improved the duration of the "Memory Ember."
  • Based on the players' feedback that the current 22 hours of duration of the "Memory Ember" is too short, we have newly added this item which can used for 3 days.
  • It can be obtained by consuming 50 Labor through a "Memory Hearth." You can reobtain it through a Memory Hearth if it disappears after 3 days.
• The "Auto-Loot Powerstone: 30-Day Marvelous Mab only" obtained after the maintenance on October 6 will be "Bound on Pickup."
• In order to apply the trade type changes for the "Auto-Loot Powerstone: 30-Day Marvelous Mab only," listing items on the Auction House will be restricted for 48 hours before the maintenance on October 13.
• Added an October ArchePass to ArcheAge: Unchained.

 

• The "Autumn Has Come, Share the Harvest!" event has started.

 

• Fixed the issue where having two or more players use the "Strength of the Faction" at the same time and fail would only consume the item. 
• Fixed the issue where the neck of a male Firran or Warborn character looked awkward in certain situations when equipped with the Rabbit Queen Suit. 
• Fixed the issue where some of the minimap info previously set was not saved when teleporting through a Worldgate. 
• Fixed the issue where you would be trapped inside the residence when leveling up to Ancestral level while at a residence terrace. 
• Fixed the issue where the purchased item names in the purchase pop-up were not displayed when purchasing items using Gilda Stars on Mirage Isle. 
• Fixed the issue where the icons inside the map were abnormally displayed when viewing public farm/stablehand locations.
