We have been deliberating over the additions to the Rosen Crystal store in compensation for the issues that arose regarding compensated Credits and would like to present the iteration of the Rosen Crystal store that will be included in the 3/3 update.
 

Future Changes

More items may be added in the future and will be announced once confirmed.

A 30-Day Patron (Archelife Ticket), an Advanced ArchePass Upgrade Ticket and a Grand ArchePass Upgrade Ticket will be added to the ArcheAge Rosen Crystal store on the 10th of March.

A Saving Pendant is also planned to be added to the ArcheAge: Unchained Rosen Crystal store on the 10th of March.

Dear Inheritors,

Whilst it was our intention to provide a smooth service transition, during the data transfer process in early December there were a number of errors that occurred. Unfortunately, this led to a distribution of credit compensation for items that could not be transferred during the switch to the global build that was far above the intended amount.

In order to limit the damage we initially blocked the cash bags and closed the Marketplace in both ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained. During the maintenance period of 24th Feb, we will remove all of the cash bags and any remaining credits that could have potentially originated from them. After the conclusion of the maintenance, the Marketplace will be reactivated.

In order to compensate for the Marketplace downtime, we will distribute the following compensation to players that logged in between Thursday 17th Feb 14:00 UTC ~ Thursday 24th Feb 09:00 UTC : 

AAU:  3 days additional subscription
AA:     3 days Patron
Both:  Honorable Victory Rank 5  
            Honorable Vocation Potion Rank 5

*Compensation can be claimed until 3rd March, 2022 22:59 UTC and must be used by 31st March 22:59 UTC

Furthermore, in ArcheAge: Unchained, the daily Manastorm Crystal reward that was due to end today will be extended for a further 2 weeks.

Next week, we aim to distribute the new currency, Rosen Crystals, to all players that have had credits removed but have not spent credits above the correct amount that should have been received initially. (Please note that though it’s our intention to deliver this next week, delays are possible) This will be an additional in-game currency and the amount you receive will be based on the amount of credits that you should have received. Rosen Crystals will be usable only in the dedicated shop which you will find as a tab in the normal Marketplace. They will not be tradable or exchangeable.





Below you will find a tentative list of items that may be available in the new shop. (Please note that the below list is not finalised and some changes to the available items and prices may occur. Some items may be subject to a purchase limit)

We find ourselves in the situation that a number of players have received and spent credits that they should not have had and it’s possible that we need to take measures to restore balance. We wish to be clear that we acknowledge the blame for this falls firmly with us and account sanctions are not being considered.

We would like to express our sincerest regret and offer our apologies for allowing this error to happen during the data transfer process. We will strive to improve the level of service that we are currently providing and deliver on the promises that we have made.

● Territory Claim, Sieges and Faction Alliances are now available in the Fresh Start servers (Nehliya, Kyrios, Kyprosa, Erenor).

● Some of the Collection Achievements which used to give out Large Credit Box rewards will now give out Manastorm Crystal (x100) rewards.

    ○ Changed for: Hereafter Herald, Little Friend, Hellish Blood, Urban Chameleon, Strength in Numbers

 

● Fixed the issue where attacking enemies with the Blight Bolt skill after stacking 4 to 5 Corrosion stacks from using Corrosive Barrage or Corrosive Barrage: Stone would not apply the Blight debuff to hit enemies.

● Improved the issue where the Dwarven Smoke Bomb quest item for the Hit and Run quest would accumulate. The Dwarven Smoke Bomb will now maintain as it should, and will be installed normally.

● Fixed the issue where subtitles for certain quest cutscenes would not display properly.
