The conclusion to the Terran Gambit Story Arc is here! What began with Reflections ends with Refractions as Terran Emperor Crusher has nearly made his way to Earth with “The Other”, the mirror version of our V’ger, to destroy the capitol of the Federation.

Before he gets to Earth, you and your allies must break into a maximum-security prison in the Mirror Universe in a new 5 Captain Ground Task Force Operation “Bird Cage” and break out the mirror version of Beverly Crusher in the hopes that she might help stop her son. Gates McFadden will join our long list of Star Trek cast members in this release.

In our new giant-sized episode “Fujiwhara Effect”, Emperor Crusher and “The Other” have made it to Earth. You and your allies must make a desperate attempt to stop him as the galaxy hangs in the balance. If you want to know more, you’ll have to play it - the less spoilers for this one, the better.

In addition to this, we also have 2 new Patrols based on content from our previous release, Ascension. Both of these patrols fill in more details from Ascension. How did Janeway’s Borg drones get cleared from Jupiter Station? And what happened to the Khonshu while it was trapped in the mirror universe?

As usual this time of the year, we’re celebrating our anniversary and this time it’s our 13th. Play the new content above, along with some previous Terran Gambit content, and the Omega Stabilization Game to earn the brand new V’Ger tech inspired T6 Compiler Science Dreadnought. This gigantic, alien ship can transform itself into electric probes that will chase your enemies.

Work on this storyline kicked off in early 2021, and the team here has done a great job in bringing it to life. Along the way Kate Mulgrew, Wil Wheaton, and Gates McFadden joined our big cast of Star Trek actors. We can’t wait for you to play it. It’s always exciting to create the content but it’s more fun when it finally goes out to all of you.

You've stepped through the Mirror and back, Captains, just barely escaping with your lives. If you venture in again, will it be for the last time? Join one of our most star studded casts in Stormfall, the latest Star Trek Online story update. Kate Mulgrew returns as both Admiral Janeway from the Prime Star Trek Universe, and her dastardly, Borg afflicted Mirror Counterpart. Joining her are Mary Wiseman as Sylvia "Killy" Tilly, the unhinged, murderous version of Tilly from Star Trek Discovery. Chase Masterson joins us to reprise the role she created just for Star Trek Online, Admiral Leeta, the true antithesis of everything her character stood for in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Kipleigh Brown brings us a version of Kuumaarke like we've never seen before. And finally, for the first time, Noah Averbach-Katz (Ryn, from Star Trek: Discovery) will step out from behind the streaming desk and step into the game, playing Rae-yeet, a Mirror Universe inhabitant who rebels against the evil Terran Empire. You'll stand alongside and against all of these forces, including your own dark reflection.

This story plays out in two brand new episodes, "Blue Shift," and "The Calling." In addition, you'll find we've reworked the Task Force Operation "Assault on Terek Nor" into the completely redone "Forged in Fire." Finally, you can oppose the Terran Empire in the updated, screen accurate map of Deep Space Nine, with brand new cutscenes, enemies, and boss mechanics. You can play all of that, and more, in the Heart of the Storm event, to unlock a powerful new ground set based around Mirror Kuumaarke. And if you're brand new or just want to see it all again, the 2409-era Federation Tutorial has received a long needed update, adding more depth, better environments and cutscenes, more streamlined content and interactions with Admiral Janeway herself, as well as Aron Eisenberg as Captain Nog.

Lower Decks has been one of our favorite new additions to the Star Trek canon, and we're adding the California Class, the flagship of that show, into the Infinity Lock Box starting today. In addition, several awesome items from the show like the Mandatory Medical Treatment rifle and the Scorpion Cube have been added to the Lobi store. It's an exciting time to be a Star Trek Online fan, and we're so pleased to have you with us, Captains. Stormfall will be live after maintenance today. We'll see you in the Final Frontier.
Star Trek Online - michael.clark

In the world of video games, especially massively multiplayer online games, lasting a decade is unheard of. Star Trek Online has explored the final frontier twelve years. It’s an incredible number that could never have happened without you, the Captains who play our game, bringing the Star Trek Universe to life in a way no other piece of Trek media can. We’re so grateful that you have and continue to take this ride with us, whether you’ve been here since Beta or your first day playing was today.

And speaking of today, we’re marking our anniversary with a drop of brand new content, starting with one of the most exciting guest stars we’ve ever had. Kate Mulgrew returns to the role she defined, Kathryn Janeway, the first woman to Captain a starship as the lead of her own show. For seven years, Janeway guided the crew of Voyager on their desperate search for a way home, but what has she been doing in the year 2411? You’ll find her in our brand new episode, “Red Shift,” alongside Star Trek favorites Mary Wiseman and Chase Masterson. The Terran Empire has attacked Jupiter Station, but why? What do they want?

Janeway has also been retroactively added to the Delta Quadrant missions that feature most of the rest of the cast of Star Trek: Voyager. You'll find the Admiral directing you on missions throughout that entire storyarc.

You’ll be able to explore Jupiter Station yourself in “Red Shift,” or defend it in space in our brand new Task Force Operation, “Iuppiter Iratus.” Completing the mission, the TFO, or the Omega Particle stabilization game will earn you progress towards the Jarrok Alliance Carrier, a brand new T6 ship that combines Romulan and Federation designs. And you can open the Emerald Chain Lock Box to claim items used by the villainous syndicate during Star Trek: Discovery Season 3.

One more thing: The last two years were banner years for STO, and we want to celebrate with you. Log in to the game during the Anniversary Event to claim a free 100% off T6 Ship Coupon for the Zen Store!

We can’t wait to share these stories with you, Captains. Don’t wait, Star Trek Online: Shadow’s Advance is live on PC right now!

Neverwinter: Jewel of the North introduces an all-new class, the Bard, inspired by the popular Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition class archetype. Neverwinter adventurers who choose the Bard become daring heroes who possess the ability to weave magic into their swords, inspire allies with music, manipulate minds, and heal wounds. Adventurers will find that the Bard stands out due to its Perform Mode that lets them play a variety of songs that can enhance, heal, or hurt their targets, and its Free Perform Mode in which Bards can use their equipped instrument to freely create and play their own songs for other adventurers to enjoy.

Along with the new class, Neverwinter: Jewel of the North brings major game-changing improvements that make it easier for all adventurers to access and enjoy all of the content available in Neverwinter. With the new streamlined leveling system which follows the beloved system found in Dungeons & Dragons, the max level cap in Neverwinter has transitioned from level 80 to level 20. This allows new and returning adventurers to reach epic-level content much faster (in approximately 10-12 hours) and gives veteran adventurers the option to quickly level up their alternate characters. Additional notable improvements geared towards providing a greater experience for all adventurers include the new Adventures feature, two new locations (the Adventurer’s Guild and Training Room) and revamped tutorials and early game performance improvements.

Below is a detailed list of key features:

New Bard Class – Inspired by the iconic and multi-skilled Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition class, the new class for Neverwinter weaves together quick, deadly swordplay and powerful magical ballads into an orchestra of destruction for enemies and boons for themselves and allies. The class offers two unique Paragon Paths for players to choose from:
  • Minstrel - Master musicians who support allies from afar with songs of bardic inspiration. These healers can also use music to create psychic attacks and illusions.
  • Songblade - Charming swashbucklers who dispatch their foes in style with swordplay, magic, and music. This path is for those who want to be close and mid-range damage dealers, and who want to make use of dramatic spells and supporting songs to enhance their natural combat ability.
New Streamlined Leveling System - Following the beloved system found in Dungeons & Dragons, the max level cap has transitioned from level 80 to level 20, making it easier for all adventurers to experience the many adventures available within the Forgotten Realms in Neverwinter.

New Adventures Feature - A new and intuitive way to play through content, track progress, and get some great rewards. The Adventures feature allows adventurers to know what to explore and experience next as they continue their epic journey.

Major Quality of Life Improvements - All adventurers can prepare and be ready for their many adventures thanks to the following new improvements:

Two New Locations:
  • The Adventurer’s Guild - Located in Protector’s Enclave, the guild serves as place for all the greatest adventurers to meet, train, and claim their hard-earned rewards.
  • The Training Room - A special demiplane created by the wizards of the Adventurer’s Guild where adventurers can hone their skills and explore combat systems using a variety of modifiers.
Revamped Tutorialization - New tutorials, messaging and visuals have been added for new and returning adventurers to better understand what it takes to be a true adventurer in Neverwinter.

Neverember Recruitment Event - During Neverember’s Recruitment event, any new characters who log in during this event will earn extra rewards, such as rare mounts and companions, while leveling as well as Neverember Incentives, which can be exchanged for account-wide rewards.
