Greetings Terrarians!

As you may recall, we teased the Terraria Chibichan minifigures in last month's State of the Game... and we said at the time that more information would be coming up in May. Well, we are very pleased to announce that the awesome first series of these minifigures are now available for preorder over on https://terraria.shop/! We have all of the juicy details below, so read on to learn more!



Terraria Chibichans will be released as series of 12 minifigures at a time, with one Rare figure (so, 13 total in each Series). ach figure is up to 3" tall and made of vinyl, with a unique and consistent art style that helps to look great together. These will be sold in blind box format - online for now, and hopefully at retailers in the future. We are also offering the ability to purchase the entire set of 12 at once, to allow fans to ensure that they can get them all if they want to with no repeats. The only exception is the Rare Figure - for this set, that is the Gold Goldfish - though anyone purchasing the set of 12 does have a chance that their Goldfish will be Gold!

All that said, what's the lineup for the first wave of figures?




We expect that these will ship out to customers sometime in September 2023. After that point, they will remain available on https://terraria.shop/ moving forward.

All pre-orders will receive a free Gold Bunny minifigure (one per order) - these will be exclusive to the pre-order period as a thank you to the fans that pre-order any minifigures.

Can we just say that we are always so excited when Spring finally arrives? Everything turning green, the temperature outside finally making it pleasant to get outdoors - new life springing up everywhere. Sort of how it has felt on the Terraria teams as well, with everyone finding their stride again as we push towards the completion of the 1.4.5 update. Even so, it is hard not to look beyond that into the work in front of us to try and make crossplay a reality (no promises!) and whatever else lies ahead. This is a really exciting time for our team, and we hope that all of you are ready to embark on the journey ahead alongside us. However, that's a story for another State of the Game.

For now, let's get rolling on the latest and greatest Terraria news!






The team has started to adjust to the new normal, and we have accomplished a lot over the past month towards getting Terraria 1.4.5 back on track. We are starting to get a more clear sense for what remains to finish and for when we might be able to get this out to everyone. No, that does not mean that we have a date to give you yet - unfortunately, QA and Balancing work is part of what remains to do... and that will be where we are most challenged in the new structure. Still, we hope that we can provide a time frame for 1.4.5 soon.

As for what the team has been working on, we have recently been laying the groundwork to add a few new languages to Terraria for PC - Japanese, Korean, and (potentially) Traditional Chinese. These are large playerbases that have had Terraria on other platforms, but have never had it localized to their native language. This will also be important for Crossplay (should we be successful in those efforts), we feel, to enable Terrarians in those countries to have a shared experience.

That said, is it spoiler time? Why, I believe it is!

A little while back, Redigit teased that a Shimmer Water Gun might be a thing...




Well, how about we show you this beauty in action for this month's spoiler? To be clear, the Shimmer Water Gun only transforms NPCs - for all other uses, you will have to seek out the Aether...

It has been a month since we released/announced the 1.4.4 tModLoader preview was ready for modders to start porting their mods - and what a month it has been! We are so pleased to report that the port to 1.4.4 is well underway for several major mods, and the feedback that modders and other early users have shared with us thus far has been invaluable towards fixing bugs and improving the features of TML 1.4.4. Once again, we encourage all modders to get their mods up to date so we can release tML 1.4.4 to players in a timely fashion, allowing players to dive right back into their favorite mods on day one.




The TML Steam Workshop has over 4500 mods already! Coupled with the in-game mod browser, the TML Steam Workshop is a great way to explore what modded Terraria has to offer - check it out today by clicking the banner above!




More of the same - getting TML 1.4.4 ready for prime time and then waiting to see what Terraria 1.4.5 will have in store and how we will need to adjust/account for any changes to bring TML up-to-date.

Now that the development work on the technical updates is complete, the team at DR has shifted gears towards bringing 1.4.5 over to Console and Mobile platforms! The technical update (1.4.4.9.2) should be rolling out to everyone soon, so keep an eye out for that and let us know if you encounter any issues whatsoever.

With that said, wish us luck on the Terraria 1.4.5 path... as with Labor of Love, our goal is to launch simultaneously alongside PC - hopefully with a GLOBAL simultaneous launch this time around. We may have some other surprises in store, but it is much too soon to know if those will work out so we will just leave you wondering for now.

So, keep an eye out for 1.4.4.9.2 and look forward to us sharing our progress as we catch up to what the Re-Logic team has already done for 1.4.5!

Oh yeah, and wish us luck as we get prepared to enter the wild world of Crossplay development soon.

This is a product line that the Re-Logic team has been looking forward to for some time. The old Terraria figures from back in the day were good in their way, but we are very excited about the look and style of these! We really feel that they capture the style of Terraria in a way that feels unique and authentic. We hope you agree!

The Book One collection, which will be available later this year via book retailers is drawing ever-closer. More on this when we have details (working on a new cover for this as well!).

We are aware that some folks out there are still having issues with receipt of their Issues 1-4 orders. For everyone that has not yet received your shipment for Issues 1-4, you should be receiving an email from 50 Amp Productions soon. If you do not receive this email and you still have not received your package, please reach out to help@50ampproductions.com immediately so that we can take care of this ASAP. Feel free to let us at Re-Logic know (business@re-logic.com is the best way to be sure it is seen) if you are having any issues as well, but the 50amp email above should be the best way to sort out any stragglers out there!

In addition, the 50amp team is doing a full review of fulfillment processes to ensure that a repeat of this does not occur with any future issues.

Greetings Terrarians!

March already - Spring is nearly here! We will be glad for it and the chance to enjoy some warmer weather and the "greening up" of the outdoors. Fresh air is never a bad thing! It has been quite a challenging month for our entire team since the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Jason "Leinfors" Parker, at the end of February. The team has had a lot to sort through on this - but we are back up and running. It may still take some time to fully figure out the best ways of working moving forward, but we feel like we at least have a handle on things well enough to get 1.4.5 back on the road to completion. Thank you all again for your love and support, it means more than we can say.

Let's get into the latest then, shall we?






It has been quite a challenging month for our entire team since the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Jason "Leinfors" Parker, at the end of February. Beyond the emotional side of things, we have had quite a bit to unravel in terms of ways of working, figuring out how to best carry on what he was working on, etc. We are still in the midst of that process, but the team is up and running again - and we cannot thank you all enough for your outpouring of love and support during this extremely difficult time.

We feel like we have a decent handle on how best to proceed at this point - definitely enough so that we can progress towards the completion of 1.4.5. After a couple of weeks off to mourn and gather ourselves, the team has been hard at work pulling together an update that we hope will make everyone happy. Thus far, we haven't had a chance to show anything off, but let's end that streak with this month's SOTG!

We are very happy to share that 1.4.4 is ready for modders to start porting mods! To set expectations, the preview is in an early access state, there are still several bugs to fix, and mods may break periodically as we make necessary changes in response to modder feedback, but we encourage everyone out there to start the process of porting your mods over to 1.4.4 if you have not already.

In addition, there have been multiple major changes in the tML engine, to support better localization, performance and cross-mod compatibility. These improvements will make for a much better tML experience both now and in the future. We know that everyone is excited to see their favorite mods make it over to 1.4.4, but remember to please be patient with modders as they port, adapting to the new systems will take time and many modders may be busy with school/work/family!

The team at DR is also beyond saddened by the passing of Leinfors. He has been an integral part in the testing and improvements on Console and Mobile for years - since our taking over the project and long before that. His impact is greatly appreciated and will be sorely missed.

While the Re-Logic folks remain hard at work with getting 1.4.5 up to the point where we can begin our porting work in earnest (don't worry, we will catch up quickly!), we have taken the opportunity to conduct some backend technical work in order to prepare for the future (and crossplay). Of course, this is not always the most exciting kind of stuff to talk about - but it is necessary to keep the game's foundations strong, and the timing was perfect given that we needed to wait a bit for 1.4.5 to progress before we could get fully involved.

What is in this technical update?
Changes and additions

• Improved the way backgrounds zoom in and out
  
• Massive internal systems upgrade in preparation for crossplay, bringing the latest APIs and a huge rework of the Xbox backend... Hold on to your butts!

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the game would crash after creating two small worlds consecutively
  
• Fixed an issue where the Aether Monolith was not giving off light
  
• Fixed an issue where the seaweed in ocean caverns would not be visible
  
• Fixed an issue where some iOS users were unable to host Multiplayer sessions
  
• Fixed an issue where vanity accessories would disappear from the player selection screen when exiting a world immediately after death

Our Console & Mobile friends will be seeing this update soon, as it is almost ready for submission to first parties. We are at work now on a similar technical-side update for Mobile, which we expect to wrap up in the next few weeks. At that point, we will turn our full attention towards getting 1.4.5 on to Console and Mobile with our goal as before being a simultaneous launch with PC.

...and then, we prepare to work on entering the crossplay dimension. We are so excited to see what this work will hold!

We came so close to having some pretty cool things to show off... but we feel it is best to wait one more month. So, we should have some new stuff to showcase to everyone next month, if all goes to plan. We think you are going to be really excited about some of what is in store.




The team is hard at work on putting together the full Book One package for retailers (Issues 1-4 in one book plus some bonus goodies). We expect that to be available in the second half of 2023.

Work continues on Book Two's script and character development. Here's a quick sneak peek into that process - the concept/character sketch for a couple of Goblin Thieves. We will leave you to speculate about what that may mean for at least part of what is to come in Book Two.






We saw so many amazing tributes to Jason over the past month, we felt like we would be remiss if we did not share a few of them with everyone. The Leinfors memorial server was a community initiative hosted by Nescre, from DR Studios, from February 23 until March 26. The primary goal of the server was to provide users an opportunity to commemorate Leinfors, whose tireless commitment to this game and love for its community touched the lives of millions. On the server there were well over 40 builds made, each honoring Leinfors in their own unique way. In addition to this, many heartfelt messages were left by players, paying respects to or sharing memories of their interactions with Leinfors. The final product of this world serves as a celebration of the irreplaceable player-developer rapport Leinfors formed with our community, both through his friendliness and tireless dedication to his craft.

Leinfors family played an active role in the memorial server and all Terraria staff can’t express enough how appreciative we are of everyone that contributed. Whether you built something, or simply left a message, your willingness to help commemorate him has meant a lot.

Below are screenshots of a few builds people made on the server.


This is the snow pylon cabin, built by Stardust#8145. It was created after finding out that Leinfors really liked the snowstorm aesthetic of the snow biome.


This is the cavern pylon, built by Chronostasis#9117. Featuring a purple crystalline aesthetic, and including references to the Empress of Light and Leinfors’ shampoo, this build serves as an expansive and touching tribute.


This is the message board. The cloud and pillars were made by Nescre#0001, while the beautiful pixel art above it was made by Hallow Ice#2713. It served as the primary space for players to leave messages for Leinfors.


This is the Shimmer Sky Lake, built by Leinfors’ brother Aurailen#3333. Featuring shimmer instead of water, a crystalline aesthetic, and a heartfelt message at its center, it is a memorial which effectively encapsulates & celebrates his legacy.


This is the Temple of Leinfors, made by Lunautical#8819. A very clever combination of blocks, actuators, and walls were used to achieve the 3D effect in this build!


This is the “Palm of Lein’s Hand”, made by Hallow Ice#2713. A great deal of consideration was put into the specific blocks chosen, leading to an incredibly detailed shading job!


This is the heaven monument. It was contributed to by a variety of builders, including Nescre#0001, “Moon Lord”, and DuneX22#5256. It takes a regular sky island and completely repurposes it, containing mannequins of Leinfors’ coworkers as well as a cloud where he resides.


This is LeinTower, built by Adrian Delta Supdog#4063. Included within this massive build is a vault, a hot springs pool, as well as a room containing Leinfors’ favorite foods.

Happy 2023 to you all - we hope it will be an amazing year for you and for Terraria! The team is back in action after a well-needed break over the month of December (which is why we had no State of the Game to provide for that month) - and work on Terraria 1.4.5 is in full swing. As you can imagine, most of the new stuff we have planned for this update is not quite ready to be shown. However, we have been able to provide a tidbit or two that we hope you will enjoy and that will increase your anticipation for this latest update. 2023 is going to be quite the year for Terraria, based on what is in our plans. Hopefully, it will go down as the year of Terraria Crossplay, amongst other things. As always, we enter this new year energized and empowered by your amazing support. We cannot wait until you can see what is in store.

As you may have heard, the team finished off the needed hotfixes for the Labor of Love update in November, and it seemed like a great time for the team to take a little break to spend time with friends and family in order to recharge our collective batteries. Mission accomplished on that front, and we are already hard at work with the next Terraria update that we teased just before we left for the year in 2022. (If you missed it, check that out HERE)

Most of the first few weeks of 2023 have been spent in planning out the scope of the 1.4.5 update and getting a few things rolling. As a result, we do not have a ton to showcase at this stage... but rest assured that when we have spoilers to share, we will do so. You know we won't be able to help ourselves!

We hope that at least gives you a little glimpse into what we have in store for 1.4.5. To be sure, there will be plenty more to share as development carries on. For now, here's to 2023 starting off with a bang!

Hello everyone!

We've completed our localization rework for 1.4.4 and we are very excited to have modders using this new system soon. As always, we strive to improve the modloader with large amounts of bugfixes and features. This month saw some notable changes such as family share usability, speed improvements when publishing mods, tooltip fixes, and a whole host of changes to allow mods to function better.

With the localization overhaul completed, we are getting close to having a testing build ready. Our rough plans with the test build will be to put it on our Preview beta and give modders up to 2 months to play with it, update their mods, and provide feedback on bugs. If all goes perfectly, we hope to have this test build available before the end of February.

The team at DR Studios was also able to enjoy a relaxing break over the holidays, after bringing everyone up to content parity once again by the end of 2022! It is so exciting to be able to do a sync launch and then push through all of the needed fixes by year-end and to have all Terrarians together.

Of course, we cannot begin work on 1.4.5 until there is actually content in 1.4.5 to move over... so we have started off the new year by working to upgrade the core engine and software library versions in preparation for the release of cross play. This ensures that we have a stable foundation for the years ahead. In addition to that, we are fixing as many bugs as possible along the way - so please continue posting them in the forums for us to look into and fix!

Our plan is to get all of this Console/Mobile specific work done in parallel to 1.4.5 and then dive right into 1.4.5 and once again launch alongside PC. After that, we will be fully focused on solving the technical and other challenges of Crossplay! Wish us luck!

After some hiccups late in 2022 - which caused the shipments of Issues 3&4 (as well as Issues 1-4 bundles as a result) to be delayed into the distribution centers for 50 Amp - we are happy to share that all of these shipments are on their way. Be on the lookout for your package - some may arrive even before the tracking numbers do for you (long story short, they have to enter tracking numbers to send to you by hand, and they wanted to get the boxes out first and then worry about that after). Anyone with an active order should have received an email with this information over the past week or so.



So, if you ordered Issues of the Terraria Graphic Novel, keep an eye on your mailbox (unless you bundled Issues 1-4 together... in which case, you have to wait a bit longer)! Thanksgiving is here, and this is always a great time for our team to reflect on the earlier parts of the year as a reminder of just how blessed we are to have such amazing fans and for the opportunity to do what we do each and every day. This feeling is perhaps stronger this year than in the past, owing to the Labor of Love update - how it came about, how we built it, and your reactions since it was released. Starting 2022 with a Steam Award that you all voted to give us, being inspired by that to make a truly fan-focused update, and then interacting so much with the community to share ideas... what a year it has been! We know we say it all the time, but we are truly thankful for all of you out there. You make this fun and worthwhile, even after all this time. Heading into 2023, we are already looking forward to what Terraria 1.4.5 will have in store for everyone - and we hope you are as well. Another month, another set of hotfixes for Labor of Love! You all have been really on the ball in getting us detailed and useful reports since launch. So much so that we have already released nine hotfixes since release! At this point, we feel like things are in a good place based on current reporting and our own observations. Thus, it is our plan to call 1.4.4.9 the "final" fixed version of Terraria 1.4.4 - meaning that the team can now turn its attention towards 1.4.5 and beyond.

Prior to that, however, the team will be taking a bit of time to spend time with friends, family, and probably a new game or three. Expect the news to be a bit light in the meantime... but we will be back at it soon enough with glimpses and spoilers into the latest and greatest in the world of Terraria!

Of course, feel free to keep those bug reports coming in. Be sure to use the Bug Report section on Terraria Community Forums for the best chance to be certain that your specific issue is not missed!

Hello everyone!

We've just about caught up to vanilla Terraria, version-wise, and have tML running well in the 1.4.4 era. We are actively discussing with the modding community on when to make the swap over to this latest version as the default/live version of tML. In addition to the "coming soon" 1.4.4 compatibility, several contributors are actively working on ways to bring new features to modders, which we will delve into at a later date. As always, we are more than happy to have more hands on deck getting these features accessible - so don't be shy if you feel like you could contribute!

As we look towards closing out our initial porting efforts for tML 1.4.4, our eyes are turning back to improving tML with some long overdue localization upgrades on the horizon. Stay tuned for more information on upcoming overhauls!




The TML Steam Workshop has over 3200 mods already! Coupled with the in-game mod browser, the TML Steam Workshop is a great way to explore what modded Terraria has to offer - check it out today by clicking the banner above!




As we shared above, once we have successfully moved tML 1.4.4 over into the default/live space (along with any needed fixes), we will be turning our attention towards needed localization as well as some new potential features for modders. More to come on that once we get past the release of 1.4.4!

As always, you can keep track the current progress and much more in real time at tModLoader/tModLoader (But note that the completion percentage doesn't mean anything, because issues and PRs don't have weights.)

The team at DR Studios was able to get Terraria 1.4.4.5 (along with some bonus fixes) out to everyone over the past month. We are also excited to reveal that we have submitted the second "wave" of Terraria fixes to first parties this morning. We expect this to roll out to players starting later today, as the various companies (Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, etc.) approve and release the update.

This will bring Console and Mobile back in line with the PC version at v1.4.4.9! What a great way to end the year!

Crossplay planning is also in full swing, and we feel pretty good and confident with where we have netted out in those discussions. Of course, having a great plan is only one part of a much larger and longer effort to try and make Terraria Crossplay happen. Once we are able to get a better sense for if our plan will be acceptable on the Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo/Apple/Google side of things, we will try to share as much about our approach as possible - and maybe even tease you with a spoiler or two.

Oh, and a lot depends on what goes into 1.4.5 and when it arrives as well - we can't have Crossplay without everyone being on the same version, after all!

2022 has been a heck of a year in the world of Terraria. We started off the year with the fantastic news that you all had voted us the winners of the 2021 Labor of Love Steam Award, later to be recognized in amazing fashion with the Labor of Love update release on all platforms at once - a first for Terrarians! We also saw the release of the first four issues/Book One of the Terraria Graphic Novel series alongside a ton of other cool merch. Topping it off, we shared the news a bit ago that Terraria 1.4.5 is coming your way in 2023... hopefully with Crossplay to come sometime after that. As always, we are beyond thankful for the loyalty and support that you all have shown us over the years. We do not take it lightly, and we can only hope that you feel that we have and will continue to do that support justice.

Wait a second, we hear you saying... shouldn't a crossover have content on both sides? Why indeed it should! That's why we are revealing today that Terraria 1.4.5 - at least part of which will include Terraria x Dead Cells content - will be coming your way in 2023!

Work on this update will begin in earnest when the team starts work in the new year - and after all of the needed hotfixes for 1.4.4 are completed. What all will Terraria 1.4.5 contain? Well, you will just have to wait and see when the time comes.

We hope this will help to get everyone hyped for the end of the year and what is to come in 2023 (which will also hopefully be the year of Crossplay... cross your fingers)!

After a month off - I mean what would the "State of the Game" have been, "Labor of Love is out, go play it instead of reading this"? - we are back once again with the latest and greatest news from the world of Terraria. It has been a month of bug fixing for all of our teams and that work should continue for at least a bit longer. What's next after that? Well, we have already had a few meetings about Crossplay strategy... so that's a thing. Beyond that, you will have to wait and see what we might have in mind in regards to what direction our team decides to head. For now, let's head out for some spooktacular treats - and maybe only a few tricks. Happy Halloween!






On the Re-Logic side of development, we have been solely focused on hotfixes for the Labor of Love update. In less than a month, we have managed to get seven hotfixes out to everyone, and we are already underway with number eight. As always, we greatly appreciate your detailed reports and your patience as we sort out the inevitable bugs that crawl out of the woodwork with any update release.

While we certainly are keeping an eye out for bugs everywhere we can, be sure to use the Bug Report section on Terraria Community Forums for the best chance to be certain that your specific issue is not missed!

Hello everyone!

Bug fixing continues unabated, with a focus on some resolution issues as well as making some improvements on game starting as well as server hosting. We expect this work to continue for some time as we work to make the TML experience as fantastic as possible.

Other members of the team have been able to take a good amount of time to focus on bringing TML up to the 1.4.4/Labor of Love era. This work is going very well, though we really cannot give any sort of solid timeline for this release - in large part because Re-Logic is still putting out hotfixes! We have been doing all that we can to work closely with Modders as well in order to ensure a reasonable and smooth transition to 1.4.4, and not just breaking every mod day one.

More on timing when we can provide an accurate estimate!




The TML Steam Workshop is closing in on 3000 mods already! Coupled with the in-game mod browser, the TML Steam Workshop is a great way to explore what modded Terraria has to offer - check it out today by clicking the banner above!




Getting TML to 1.4.4 and making that launch as smooth as we can is the core focus of the team for the next little while. The team has some ideas beyond that, but we really want to focus on the short term needs for now.

Beyond that update, we will be looking to continue with fixes until we reach the same final version as PC (whatever that turns out to be haha), and we feel like we are in a good place with fixes on Console and Mobile. On top of this, we are already in the planning stages for our attempts at Crossplay. The team has a good sense for where we currently stand as well as the potential issues that lie ahead. We will share more details of our plan once we have it a bit more fleshed out.

Here we go - the conclusion to Book One of the Terraria Graphic Novel Series! All of the preparations have been made and it is time for our heroes to do battle with the dreaded Eye of Cthulhu. How will they fare? What will happen in the aftermath? Read on to find out!


In case you missed our earlier announcement about the series as a whole, you can check out those details HERE, and you can still get your orders in for the initial shipment of Issue Three for a little bit longer. We have been really impressed with the array of packages and options 50 Amp has put together for this release... and we hope you agree!



As a reminder, we are planning to roll out Issues 1-4 (Book One) over the next few months, followed by a full Book One release to book sellers/retailers in Q1 2023. We also plan to make physical copies of the complete Book One available for direct purchase. Book One will contain all of the first four issues along with a few other goodies (still TBD, but think concept art and other "making of" work, stuff like that). Trick or Terraria!? It is that time of year again! Happy Halloween fellow Terrarians!

Terraria has just received the highly anticipated Labor of Love update across all platforms. Whether you play on PC, Console, or Mobile, the new update is now available for everyone! With Halloween coming up and a new update filled with love for all to enjor, we thought the timing was perfect to host a brand new contest: The Labor of Hallow's Eve!

For this contest, we are looking for participants from across the Terraria Community - Terraria Community Forums, Twitter, Discord, Steam, and more! We want this contest to be a celebration of the entire Terraria Community as a whole, so wherever you call home as a member of the community, you'll have the opportunity to submit a spooky Halloween themed creation for this contest!

You will have your choice of 5 categories to submit to. No matter what category, remember that this is a Terraria Halloween contest, so your entry should reflect both Terraria and Halloween.

• Pumpkin Carving
  - Create a Pumpkin Carving that is Terraria themed. Once you have a carving, take a picture and submit it as an image.
  
• Costumes
  - Create a real life Terraria themed costume.
  
• Artwork
  - Includes traditional drawing, painting, digital, and pixel artwork.
  
• In-game creations
  - Buildings created within Terraria itself. Can be captured with the in-game screenshot tool or your device's own screenshot capturing options.
  
• Other
  - Anything not specified in the other 4 categories. This can include writing, music, music remixes, videos*, and potentially anything else not mentioned in this category or the other 4.

*Writing entries submitted in the "Other" category should not exceed 2,000 words while Music and video entries should not exceed 5 minutes in length.

• The Rules & Guidelines for this contest are as follows and apply regardless of what platform you submit your entry from.
  
• The Contest runs from October 1st to October 31st, 2022. All entries are to be submitted no later than October 31st, 2022 at 11:59 ET
  
• All entries must be PG-13, nothing inappropriate, sexual, profane, or offensive
  
• Your entry must be submitted through Google Forms. You may choose to share your entry on TCF or on other platforms if you desire, but entries posted on the thread will not count. All entries must be submitted through Google Forms to count.
  
• We reserve the right to share entries publicly during or after the contest - this will not impact anyone's entry negatively in any way.
  
• No plagiarism. Anyone found to be stealing another person's work will be instantly disqualified.
  
• You may resubmit your entry and/or change categories to make any changes as many times as you wish as long as it is before October 31st, 2022. After this day, your most recent submission will be the one counted as an entry.
  
• You may enter only one category regardless of where you are posting from (TCF, Steam, Twitter, etc.) The category you choose is your decision and you may change your category or entry before the final deadline.
  
• Winners and Runners Up will be shown at a later time in a future announcement.

Here is how you get your entry into our hands. (A Google Account is required for submitting on this form)

• Visit our Google Forms submission link here: Google Forms: Sign-in
  
• Select which platform you are from (Terraria Community Forums, Steam, Discord, Twitter etc.)
  
• Provide your username based on the platform you are from (Ensure you follow the instructions written in the form)
  
• Select the category you are entering
  
• Upload an image or images of your creation (You may submit up to 5 images)
  
• Click "Submit"

After that, your entry will be in our hands! Judging will begin when the contest period concludes on October 31st. The Winners and Runners-Up will be announced through a new announcement, while the Ultimate winner will be decided by community vote. A link to a poll will be included in the first winners announcement and the Ultimate Winner will be decided from that after a period of 3 weeks.

Optionally, you may share your entry with everyone by posting on this thread or elsewhere. Your entry must first be submitted through our Google Form submission for it to count for the contest.. Entries posted only on this thread or anywhere else other than the Google Form entry link will not count.



For this contest, there will be 1 winner from each category, 2 runners-up from each category, along with one Ultimate Winner picked from one of the 5 category winners by Community vote. The prizes that can be won are listed below. Also, all participants that are a member of TCF (Terraria Community Forums) will receive the special Headless Horseman Participation title.
