During the week of November 10th to 15th, 2025, we worked on the following elements of the game:

We've begun overhauling our jumping system. While the previous version worked reliably and served its purpose, it couldn’t fully support the vision we have for the project.

As part of this update, we also started reworking the jump animations. In the new system, these animations will dynamically adapt to the horse’s speed and the exact height of each obstacle, accurate down to the centimeter. Additionally, the approach angle will play an important role: approaching an obstacle too diagonally will affect the jump outcome, making a correct, straight approach more important than ever.

The percentage breakdown of each horse's breed is now clearly visible, and the horse's size automatically adjusts to whichever breed is dominant. To achieve this, we based the scaling on the average real-life heights of each breed.

The GIF showcases several hybrid horses, meaning combinations of multiple breeds, resulting in a wide range of varied appearances:


With new breeds there is different hair, and we're already working on implementing them. These features will be breed-dependent and will make your horses look even fluffier.



A Warmblood was highly requested from our community. To decide which one to add, we launched a poll on our Discord Server, and the Dutch Warmblood won!

We have received a large amount of feedback through Community Discussions, Discord, and Steam comments.

We fully understand and agree with most of the issues you’ve reported, and we are working to resolve these inconveniences as quickly as possible.

In this update, we prioritized improvements that could be applied immediately.

Below are the items addressed in today’s update.

• The module preset feature has been added.

• You can equip desired modules to each preset page.

• Use the number buttons on the left side of the module window to activate presets.

• Switching pages instantly changes your module setup.

• A new sorting option, “Default (Name Order),” has been added.

• This makes it easier to identify modules of the same type.

• Supports character movement only.

• Cannot be used simultaneously with mouse control.

• The character moves based on the last input direction.

• Added an option to reduce the intensity of strong visual effects such as bullets, explosions, and electricity.

• You can adjust this in the Options menu under EFFECT CLARITY.

• Available in High / Medium / Low, with Low being the most transparent.

• Fixed an issue where Bed Sector contamination was incorrectly applied in certain areas.

Hi everyone.

Global changes today:
Your settings and controller bindings will no longer be cloud-synced. This so you can play the falconeer with different controller settings and quality settings on different devices.. This is live for all users now.

Beta changes

The game is undergoing new certification for steamdeck to fix it not detecting proton automatically, I had to increase the text size of many ingame items as a new requirement.. So that is live on beta for testing.

If you had any sort of superscaling or downscaling the mouse cursor would not point to the right spot on the worldmap,, this is fixed on beta
