Essentially, Game Character Hub: Portfolio Edition is a complete new product, and not just an upgrade to the original Game Character Hub. It's been rebuilt from the ground up to support RPG Maker MV and has a lot of improvements and tweaks.
The developer is also committed to updating it for free for at least the next 2 years. Just like he did with Game Character Hub, he'll take feature requests from users and implement them.
We realize that some users may be upset as the MV update was originally going to be released last winter as part of Game Character Hub. We apologize for the lack of communication on our part and any confusion it may have caused.
Here's how we're going to fix this:
1. Loyalty Discount We are looking into setting up a 50% loyalty discount for any GCH owners who purchase GCH:PE. Any GCH owner that has already purchased GCH:PE will receive equivalent RPG maker store credit or a DLC pack. We will have more details on this shortly.
2. Free Trial Version We'll be releasing a free trial version of Game Character Hub: Portfolio Edition in the next 1-2 weeks. It will be a fully featured 15 day trial so you will be able to see for yourself what the new Game Character Hub is like.
3. Future Updates Sebastien plans on continuing to update Game Character Hub: Portfolio Edition. He's focusing on Steam Workshop support as well as improvements to the drawing tools. He's also welcoming user feedback and suggestions for improvements.

Price will increase to $14.99USD (and equivalent for other territories)
For the first week out of Early Access, we'll look to doing a 10% Off Full-Launch sale (so $13.49USD price) - which will still give a wallet benefit to those of you who have supported the game during Early Access.
Our current thoughts are that we will not put the game on sale for greater than a 20% discount, for the first 3 months of full release, to ensure that anybody who supported us during Early Access is not out of pocket.

Fixed some objects that were not correctly shadowing
Added collision test against SNOW to keep camera out of the snow.
Tweaks to the ssao on snow level
Fix for bad window position when window got tabified.
Made the SSAO a little more subtle/blended
