Chernobylite Complete Edition - Pablo
In this patch we are introducing AMD FSR 2.0 - new temporal upscaling technology to help improve framerates and overall quality.

Also, we were working hard to fix the known issue with the “Ghost of the Past" mission in Pripyat Residential Area and after thorough testing - we are submitting it with this patch. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

The complete changelog for this update can be found below:

Technology:
  • Added AMD FSR 2.0 feature (please make sure to run the game in DX12 to use it!) with the following settings available: “Quality”, “Balanced”, “Performance”, “Ultra Performance”
  • Improved overall stability - amount of crashes you were experiencing (especially in VR mode) should be reduced now
  • Improved Ray Tracing effects in some areas
Major bugs fixes:
  • The issue blocking progress in “Ghost of the Past in Pripyat Residential Area” is gone. If you have a save file where the quest is already broken - don’t worry, because going through the timeline is a solution for such a case.
  • The issue with some of the items (and extended slots) disappearing from inventory after leaving VR is fixed. Note: Loading broken save from outside VR won’t restore items, but if you load the game saved inside VR - both items and slots will be back
  • The event where Semyon asks you to mine the building sometimes was not progressing even if 3+ mines were set up. We extended the trigger area, so the problem won’t occur anymore
Localization updates:
  • “Select” and “Exit” text lines on the board with Tanya’s photos were always displayed in English regardless of currently set language - now all languages have their corresponding translations
  • We have corrected spelling mistakes visible in some of the dialogues/menus. Most of them were spotted by you and reported on the Steam forum, so thanks for that!
Other:
  • Amount of available ammo now always differ between VR and non-VR mode
  • Sometimes the game was crashing when Igor was killed by chernohost from specific events - it’s fixed now
  • We fixed some random crashes encountered when entering/leaving portals in VR mode

赤日炎炎,酷暑已至。感谢各位大侠长期以来的等待与支持,我们将进行新一轮版本更新。目前战斗系统的各块面重做正在有条不紊的进行中,除此以外,外域版本地图也已经优化至十之七八,相对应的关卡玩法和剧情正在加班加点的进行铺设,新的新手剧情也将在不久的将来与大家见面。而本次版本更新,我们要向大家开放的内容则如下:

【新增经脉系统】
在本次版本更新中,我们新增了经脉系统,经脉系统包含任督二脉、十二正经、奇经八脉与构成它们的各个穴位,消耗在任务、战斗、修行中获得的真气便可以沿经脉顺序打通穴位,提升实力。



任督二脉决定了人物的基础属性及武学境界,当任督二脉打通后,玩家可以服用丹药运行新周天,对各个穴位进行升级凝练;打通属于十二正经的穴位则可以带来单方面的提升,奇经八脉则为特殊的穴位打通方法,带来意想不到的提升。此外,穴位的打通也是玩家修炼内功心法的基础,只有打通特定的穴位,才能将身上的内功修炼到更高一层。




在打通穴位后,将穴位连点成线,即为运气路线。在特定经脉上的运气路线可以提供额外属性如阴、阳属性的加成。如果运气路线经过的穴位与装备的内功指定的穴位匹配,将再额外提供属性加成。




【新增若干新玩法】
我们在本次更新中加入了若干新玩法解谜、机关、按图索骥等。解谜包含一系列环环相扣的线索;机关需要解开沈家堡顶龙头机关来获取龙口中之画;捡起地图的模型后将接取按图索骥任务,根据龙头机关获得的画找寻画中场景。

Hello - this patch contains a lot of things - mainly Penances & Steam Achievements - let's get straight into it!

PENANCE - THE COOLER CHALLENGE
Penances have been added to the game - take on additional run-modifying effects in exchange for permanent increases to your transcendence currency income!

There's some pretty cool game-changing ones - removing deliveries, removing kiwis altogether, artificially making people play alchemy, and more than a couple more!

STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS - THEY HAVE ARRIVED

SOME CHANGES
  • Reset Save Button: Doesn't exist > Exists in the menu (tuckered way on the right)
  • King Summon Button: Always takes up a lot of space > takes up less space after hovering
  • Carpentry ratio-upgrade: Buys from left to right > buys most affordable under the ratio
BALANCE
General balance changes:
  • New sounds: considerably imbalanced > considerably more balanced
  • TIer up visuals: Every tier > for the first tier, and then every second tier
  • Transcendence tree costs: increased last patch > branch krowns & tier 2 increased this patch too
Archery has been nice and quiet lately - so it can have a little buff, as a treat.
  • King of Undeath Min Koin Multiplier: What it was > Double that
  • Profession Tree Node Costs: Unfairly High > Back to being more fair
Alchemy, the long-forgotten art... because no one has been playing it. More adjustments might come, but for now this is the change it's getting. there's also a potion-only challenge - woOooOooOoOOo
  • Max Recursive Tier Up Chance: 40% > 64%
Carpentry found itself the metagaming god of the lategame - which is fine, if it hadn't become the the best at really short runs! C'mon carpentry, that's the opposite of your job.

As such, the way that the consecutive kingling bonus works has been reworked.
  • Consecutive Kingling Bonus: A constant value > Your Fortify multiplier, up to a maximum of the previous constant value
