Hello, survivors!
In this update, I'm excited to introduce a redesigned model for Jeff! He now looks more human and even creepier.
Additionally, I've made several important improvements based on your feedback:
Improved Audio: The sound is now more spatial, making it much easier to pinpoint where Jeff is approaching from.
Gameplay is More Forgiving: To give you a chance to breathe, Jeff will no longer enter certain rooms.
New Glitch Effect: When Jeff gets close, you'll see and hear a distinct static glitch effect on your camera - that's your cue to run!
Better Chance to Escape: I've slightly increased the player's speed and reduced Jeff's attack range. You now have a real chance to escape his grasp.
More Jumpscares: The frequency of jumpscares has been increased. Stay alert!
Thank you for your support! I hope you enjoy the changes.

Sekai Project is proud to announce that the yuri-themed game, Watamari Part2 - A Fake Marriage? by Japanese developer Kuro Irodoru Yomiji is coming to PC on the Steam platform. This game seeks to break away from traditional visual novel games and is a sequel to Watamari Part1 – A Match Made in Heaven, which was first released on Steam in September 2022.
Yata Hime has infiltrated the academy on a mission to root out its secrets.
Hoshino Hikari is another spy sent to the school, and in order to cover for her careless comments, Hime starts a fake relationship with her. But due to a charm spell that Hikari cast unintentionally, Hime has fallen in love with her.
As she tries to accomplish her mission as a spy and looks for a way to break the spell, the feelings between Hikari and Hime begin to change...
The academy's problem child, Yakumo Nene, secretly uses her "imaginary angels" in order to make some of the women there fall in love with each other. And today, she orders one of her angels (you) to bring Hikari and Hime closer together.

Since the demo release, more than 30,000 players have experienced The End of History.
We have also received countless pieces of feedback and words of encouragement through our official Discord server—now home to over 650 members—as well as through social media and other community channels.
The entire development team would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your incredible support.
While many players enjoyed the demo, it also helped us identify a number of areas for improvement, such as overall usability and control feel.
After carefully evaluating the situation, we concluded that launching the game in Early Access—where we can continue to refine it step by step based on player feedback—would be the best approach.
The main feedback we received included:
Requests to improve combat responsiveness and pacing
Comments on tutorial and UI clarity
Requests for controller support
Suggestions for expanding role-playing options and rebalancing
Development will proceed in two phases: work leading up to the Early Access release, and updates following its launch.
Combat controls and pacing improvements
We’re refining combat feel and enemy AI behavior to make battles smoother and more strategic, reducing sources of frustration.
UI improvements centered on dialogue flow
We’ve revisited the tutorial and eliminated elements that interrupted play, creating a smoother and more intuitive experience.
Game balance adjustments
We’re reworking mechanics that made the early game disproportionately easy and fine-tuning overall balance.
New feature additions
We’re adding several systems that were not available in the demo, including:
Access to Sandbox Mode from the beginning of the game
A new “Found a Nation” path for independent factions
Romance interactions with NPCs
Note: Controller support is planned for implementation after the Early Access launch.
Major UI overhaul
The current interface is designed primarily for mouse input. We plan a large-scale redesign to support controller play and make the UI more intuitive overall.
Controller support implementation
Controller functionality will be added alongside the UI update.
Ongoing improvements based on community feedback
Even after launch, we’ll continue refining the game together with the community.
Please note that while controller support is one of the most requested features, it requires careful testing and rework, so implementation will take some additional time.
Release Date: December 10, 2025 (planned)
Duration: Approximately 6 months to 1 year
Price: $28
A launch discount is also planned.
In The End of History, combat emphasizes tactical formation commands and coordinated maneuvers that allow you to flank enemy armies and gain the upper hand.
While many players shared feedback on control feel and pacing during the demo period, we’ve been addressing these issues for the Early Access version to make battles smoother and more enjoyable.
We’ll continue to refine combat based on player feedback to deliver an even more polished tactical experience.
Throughout the Early Access period, we’ll keep listening closely to feedback shared through Steam, Discord, social media, and other community channels.
While it may not be possible to respond to every comment individually, all suggestions and impressions are shared within the development team and used to guide future improvements.
Your feedback and support are what keep our team motivated.
Thank you once again for being part of The End of History community—we truly appreciate your continued encouragement.
