The Warhorn - Lubasz
For the past few days we have managed to fix some stuff and add new ones:

ADDED:

- New model of the flower king.
- Mystery box that you can find in rare chests and from night hunters.
- Seeing totem with Q.
- Potions now are stackable up to 3.
- Admins will have red nicknames in the chat.
- Creatures won't respawn in the villages.
- Marker system for the map.
- New window to show stats of the character: damage, resistance, speed etc.
- Additional information about coins that player have when buying and selling items to vendors.

Wooden spikes to protect your village





FIXED:

- Dropping runes reset their charge.
- Saving coins in the chests.
- When crafting runes, resources weren't used.
- Description of the items will show a lot faster when hovering an item in the inventory.

Those items will be available in the next update, so stay tuned!

What are some other new things we are working on?

- Rune that will enable you to tame creatures, so they will follow you and will attack anyone who will get close to you.
- Ring that will enable you not to lose items from the inventory when you will die from falling, drowning or when you will be killed by a creature.
- Falling stones from the sky that will enable you to get crystals.
- System for buying a map of tresures and finding it.
- System for planting your own flowers and mushrooms in your village.

- ADDED: Mouse Y Inversion in the gameplay settings.
- ADDED: Keys Rebinding.
- ADDED: When dropping coins from the inventory, player can pick them up into an inventory and put it into a chest. In order to get coins from the bag, click RMB on the bag and select opening action.
- ADDED: 2 New hairstyles, 2 New Beards
- ADDED: 3 New Swords: Katana, Knight Sword, Twin Sword
- ADDED: First version of the French language in the game (Work in progress).
- ADDED: Ladders in the ice puzzle for players to return when they fall down.
- ADDED: Added informations about buttons in the crafting windows: Alchemist, Blacksmith, Sawmill, Armorer, Stonecutter etc.
- FIXED: System of replicating informations to clients about: Maps, Notes, Quests, Skills, Perks, Level, Level Progress, Free Points.
- FIXED: Collisions that were blocking a player inside the alchemist house.
- FIXED: Hunter's quests were duplicating in the quest log.
- FIXED: Flower King's quests were duplicating in the quest log.
- FIXED: Puzzle in the burned village didn't reset when player left.
- FIXED: Brightness/Gamma didn't work on mounts.
- FIXED: Sitting on mounts underwater caused weird animations glitch.
- FIXED: Color of the skin glitched when putting a helmet on.
- FIXED: In the burned village puzzle sometimes trapdoor didn't open.
- FIXED: Levitating foliages near the thief vendor, near the old city.
- FIXED: Players couldn't open last puzzle at the end.
- FIXED: Players couldn't destroy a haystack.
- FIXED: Replication and networking of a inventory.
- FIXED: One type of a chest was always locked, even after opening it by a lockpick.
- FIXED: Closed chests weren't locked after respawning items in them.
- FIXED: When rejoining the server, player didn't see armor in inventory even though it was on him in the game.
- FIXED: When hitting our NPC the crosshair didn't change the color to red.
- FIXED: Players could build may things in the old town: torch holders, shield holder, etc.
- FIXED: Players could place any decorations outside of their village.
- FIXED: When reloading the game, rings and weapons had random values of powers and damages.
- FIXED: Players couldn't fix some buildings by using a hammer.
- FIXED: Player could walk when controlling a ballista.
- FIXED: When player died and had a townhall window opened, it glitched so after the death he had it still opened.
- FIXED: When loading the game or the server on 4:3 monitors, the keyboard was stretched.
- FIXED: When doing the mine quest, everyone who attacked the spider which was killed, will be able to finish that quest.
- FIXED: When refilling bottle and immediately drinking it, animations glitched - when holding tools in hand, the hand was down.
- FIXED: When rune was destroyed in the charging machine it didn't disappear and player couldn't charge another rune.
- FIXED: When entering water on crouch, animations didn't change to swimming animations.
- FIXED: All the buildings in the townhall's list were on level 1.
- FIXED: When cancelling talking to other player by clicking 'Cancel' button and then talking to NPC and closing it with ESC button, caused window to stuck on the screen.
- FIXED: Floating candles in the underground dungeon.
- FIXED: Disappearing ocean when walking on the desert.
- FIXED: Shield didn't disappear when player left the server.
- FIXED: When player was too far, distance from him changed to some other values.
- FIXED: Client couldn't read a map in the inventory on a dedicated server.
- FIXED: Magic shield rune glitched when using it and then sitting on a mount.
- FIXED: The horse is able to walk up steeper terrain.
- FIXED: When adding perk (HP 85, HP 100) when having a health ring caused max hp to be very big (around 500).
- FIXED: Falling ring didn't work.
- FIXED: Upgrading doors in the village.
- FIXED: When placing torch holder and moving the blue ghost, it disappeared when looking up in the sky.
- FIXED: When relogging from the server, player didn't see yellow ghost when editing buildings in the village.
- FIXED: When reentering the server, all the shields that were put on a holder, fell.
- FIXED: Problem with flying a beetle on the ocean.
- FIXED: Red Crown Shoes didn't have durability.
- FIXED: When entering the old city, enemies will stop following the player.
- FIXED: After upgrading the townhall, all the books didn't have "Manage" text.
- FIXED: When using fast travel it took money but didn't teleport the player.
- FIXED: Terrain problem above the alchemist's house.
- FIXED: Crystal Landmine showed that it needed wooden planks to create.
- FIXED: Abusing /unstuck to get inside the puzzles and the ending of the game. Additionally you can use /unstuck every 60s.
- FIXED: When placing walls in the village, other player could block the wall by standing close, but not in it.
- FIXED: Healing rune didn't heal the player to max hp when it was over 100 poins.
- FIXED: Speed potion didn't change of the player when being in fight mode.

We are fixing all the reported bugs and we are adding new machanics that were suggested by all of you. We are very happy that more and more people are creating the community. - ADDED: '/unstuck' command
- ADDED: Dedicated Servers can edit PvP setting in the config file.
- ADDED: Gamma and Saturation settings in the Gameplay Settings.
- ADDED: Setting for turning off camera shakes when hitting objects.
- ADDED: Sleeping in a bed. (If everyone on the server will go to bed, then time will change).

- FIXED: Problem with duplication items from the dead body by fast clicking with CTRL.
- FIXED: Problem with duplication items in the chest by using CTRL+SPACEBAR.
- FIXED: Problem with disappearing items from a chest when fast mouse clicking with CTRL.
- FIXED: When coming back the the game, player saw trees that were cut.
- FIXED: Problem when filling bottle with clean water from the barrel gave dirty water.
- FIXED: When RMB on the bow in the INV it had some icon to do some action.
- FIXED: You couldn't edit and upgrade your castle walls when reloading the game.
- FIXED: Eating food by RMB in INV sometimes gave 2 times more food.
- FIXED: You couldn't scroll list of quests in the window.
- FIXED: You couldn't destroy placed bear traps.
- FIXED: Blink rune was removed from the vendor in Stone City
- FIXED: After finishing Snaffs quest, Rojkos will give 1 LVL building plans, instead of LVL 2.
- FIXED: Items were falling through a floor in the shelter.
- FIXED: Simons quest. Spelling errors.
- FIXED: Smaller ammount of EXP for spider in the cave.
- FIXED: Maximum distance that giant spider can go from spawn location.
- FIXED: In order to learn building plans (plank, stone, brickstone), you have to know how to build previus types of buildings (need previus plans learned).
- FIXED: UVs of the ceiling in the blacksmiths building.
- FIXED: After dying, when map was opened it didn't disappear from the screen.
- FIXED: Disappearing chests in the townhall.
- FIXED: After typing password for the server and hitting accept button it didn't connect to the server.
- FIXED: After talking to a player and closing that window by ESC, you couldn't talk to a NPC

Hello everyone! I'm Bale, your Community Manager! Only three more days until The Warhorn releases and oh boy are we excited! I’ve grabbed the developers for a small Q&A to share some background information about the team and the game. Enjoy!

Who is Pigeons Interactive?
We are Jakub and Łukasz, two sleep-deprived computer science students from Poland.

Do you like pigeons or is there any other reason for the name?
The polish word for pigeon is also a colloquial expression for a drowsy, kind of distracted person, like a daydreamer. That describes us very precisely, so we just had to name the studio like that.

When did development on The Warhorn start?
We started developing the game in October 2015.

Was there a specific reason to create The Warhorn?
We initially wanted to create a survival game with a unique, cartoonish, colourful look. Back then, there weren’t much of those games around. During development, more specifically during the implementation of the first puzzle, we grew fond of the mechanic and decided to implement more. And more. And more. With a bunch of them implemented and tons of ideas still, we agreed that it’s about the puzzles and exploration now. It was so much fun creating the world and we can’t wait until the players start to explore it.

Are you excited about the Early Access launch?
Yeah! Excited and a bit terrified. There are plenty of good games being released every month and we’ve been working incredibly hard to make it this far. It’s like excitement in a weird way. You want to show the world what you've been working on for so long, but you are also a bit intimidated by it: Will the players like it? Will they feel that you’ve put your lifeblood into the game?

Will there be official servers?
Yeah, there will be a few official servers.

Can players create their own servers?
Absolutely! You can start your own world on your computer, which you can open up to your friends and/or random adventurers or play all by yourself. Dedicated servers can be created on Windows machines with Linux version coming at a later date.

You wanted to create a survival game and ended up with a lot of puzzles. What is the dominating genre of the game?
If you really have to rank it, we would say Exploration. Closely followed by fighting, puzzle solving and survival. But it’s a really unique mix that we find hard to be measured like that.

What about PvP?
We aim for a PvP system like in Rust, Ark or games along those lines. Including: Raid protection mechanisms and very granular control over the PvP aspect in general. PvP is not mandatory to experience the game like we want you to. It just spiced things up.

How many hours of gameplay will be in the game on the Early Access release day?
Depending on your playstyle 20-80 hours.

Does the community have a say in future development decisions?
Yes! And more than in most Early Access titles (we think – although there hasn’t been a scientific study on it)! We will soon launch a platform where users can suggest features and where they can vote on those suggestions. The community is in full control about what we do next. The only thing that will never change is the general setting.
