Umbra: Veins of Vengeance - FH_MPTest

I'm very proud to announce the release of Umbra: Veins of Vengeance (Some people might call it Umbra 2).

With this game, I went further into interaction with the enemies, making each enemy unique, and a terrifying experience from the first minute.

☢️ KNOWN ISSUES

  • Customization: And we finally got to add Hairstyles. You have been asking for that for a long time, and the first Batch is ready and implemented. 25 to be precise💪
    Please note: it might need more tweaking, but that´s for the polishing phase.

  • Scanning Ability: You need to press the Middle Mouse Button for it. That will help everyone a great deal finding things. Like in Investigation Quests, locating Traps & Enemies, and so on. A very nice Quality of Life improvement.

  • We brought back the nice lighting we had a couple of Versions before! Overall brightness at Daytime is not so aggressive, and during Nighttime, we have this nice blueish Tint again. I love that look. We also increased the Contrast and Sharpness, so everything is more "crisp"

  • Rachelle, the Fortune Teller has arrived as well. She, and all other NPCs, will get another Outfit also for the final Release of Chapter 2

  • Pose: We added 1 active Male pose (Reverse Cowgirl) in Studio Mode

Chapter 2:

Progress on Chapter 2 is really great. We are positive that the Release date for December will hold, judging from the current pace of things.

And we got some nice updates on the Levels. Just that you know: we need to still do the Polishing-Pass on those, which means:

  • Lighting Pass: right now it´s still a bit "boring", that will change a lot with proper Lighting

  • Debris/Stuff: Everything is still too "clean", that will also change a lot once we start adding more stuff

  • Gameplay Fine-Tuning: And the actual gameplay also needs to play well of course, so that´s another thing

Here we go - one of those fun updates that bring some new things to the game!

Rebinding
  • Rebinding is now fully operational and not the "I guess it's sort of working" like it was before

  • Fixed an issue not allowing rebinding arrow keys

Better navigation
  • Now you can switch between tabs using keyboard/gameboard shortcuts which makes viewing the leaderboards that tiny bit faster - it won't help your run though...

  • Core action buttons are now shared for level details and leaderboards so you can jump into your next game quicker

Avatars
  • Now you can change up your profile with a fresh avatar - there's 14 in the game right now and many more to come

Death is no more
  • Ok, well it still is - but your deaths are now displayed as a Clear Rate % so that you don't feel bad looking at X999 deaths and instead see 5% clear rate ;)

New Sawblades
  • Added a small sawblade and 2 rotating saw blades (fast/slow) which orbit around taking out unexpecting victims

Requesting immediate support! Some sort of rift has opened up here on Saon and what can only be described as a giant monster has stepped out of it! It’s massive and is just shrugging off any attacks against it. We Need Help!

What’s worse is that zombies are also pouring out of the rift. We need reinforcements here, and we need everyone we have to be putting down as many zombies as they can to keep numbers under control while we figure out what the hell is going on!

If you all rally together to keep the hordes at bay, you will be handsomely rewarded!

DriftBorne - Fluffy Bunny

After a long time in development, I’m really happy to finally share the Steam page for the new project, DriftBorne! This one has been in the works for quite a while and is something completely different from what I’ve done before. More grounded, more personal, and hopefully a lot more immersive.

Some of you might remember the previous game, which was completed after four years of hard work and became one of the largest AVNs out there. This new project is a completely different experience, something fresh, more focused, and built on everything learned from that journey.

The Steam release is currently planned for Q1 2026, and I’ll be sharing more updates as we get closer. You can now wishlist the game to stay up to date with new posts, previews, and upcoming reveals. It helps a lot and means more than you might think.

I’ll be sharing more details, animations, and previews over the next few months, but I want to keep things as spoiler-free as possible for now.

Thank you all so much for the support, patience, and interest. It feels great to be back and to finally start showing what’s next.

FISHERY - Undercover Cheese

Hello everyone!

Build 85 is uploaded. It is another small update. It fixes a bug where some male tetras and male guppies never get become fertile enough to breed. This update also enables specific species of fish to give birth to live young instead of laying eggs. All mollies, platies, and guppies in the game have this ability.

More updates are coming soon. I'll be back on the forums to answer all the comments soon too.
