Just a quick note, we realized some of you who received Silkrails 2 Curator Connect keys might not have been able to launch the game. It seems there was a bit of a misunderstanding on our side. We sent out Curator Connect keys for the main game, thinking they would also provide access to the demo version. Unfortunately, Steam doesn’t currently allow sending demo builds through the Curator Connect system.
That’s why some of you are seeing the “game won’t start” message; the main game app doesn’t have a playable build yet. The demo, however, is fully live and available for free on the Steam page!
We wanted to send keys instead of asking you to play directly from the page, just to make it easier and more personal for curators. However, since the full game isn’t live yet, those keys don’t currently link to any playable build.
That also means you already have access to the main game, so when it launches, you’ll be able to download and play it directly without needing another key. If not, please reach out to us via email, and we'll send another curator key for the main game.
We genuinely appreciate your patience and support, and we apologize for the confusion. If you’d like to check out the demo, you can download it directly from the Silktrails 2 Steam page (no key required).

Time flies—“Fakeway” has been in Early Access for two years.
From a small prototype to the increasingly complete pixel world it is today,
we’ve been constantly updating, fixing, and improving, and we sincerely thank every player who has supported us along the way!
Do you remember the early days of “Fakeway”?
Back then, it was just a tiny workshop and a few patches of grass.
Today, it has grown into a vast world full of ecosystems, monsters, and adventures.
That was the beginning of Fakeway—a dream taking shape.
Now, Fakeway is a living, breathing world ready for adventure.
Over the past years, “Fakeway” has made significant progress:

🎮 Full controller support
🧰 374 items in the game
🌳 7 ecosystems, 30 normal monsters, and 4 bosses
⚒️ Core systems include forging, planting, circuitry, and farming
🧩 Smooth 60FPS gameplay
💾 Fully optimized save system
🐞 All known bugs have been fixed
In the coming year, we will continue expanding the world of “Fakeway”
with richer content and more challenges:

🏗️ 100 new building components
👹 5 new bosses and 40 new normal monsters
🌲 3 new ecosystems
🌾 5 new plants and 5 new animals
🧍♂️ 7 new NPCs
⚔️ 6 new equipment sets
These updates will roll out over the next year.
