As the Steam Next Fest in June approaches, Neon Abyss 2 will once again be open to agents soon. On June 8, the first free public demo of Neon Abyss 2 will launch on Steam ahead of the Steam Next Fest, which starts on June 10. This time, the revamped "Abyss 2.0" will support up to four-player co-op, and the familiar Saya will return to the battlefield with her beloved blade, "Sakura." Additionally, 32 uniquely designed weapons will be available for you to try.

Character creation: attributes can now be both increased and decreased
Character creation: skills can now be both increased and decreased
Character creation: skills can be incremented by 5 with shift-click
Character creation: skills tooltip informs players that most skill checks are 5 or more
Character creation: changing personality resets character
Datapads now sort by order of time they were found (only for newly acquired datapads, ones found before this update will not do so)
Toggled off narcotics withdrawals for now
Toggled off Hush injectors in containers for now (these remove withdrawals)
Corrected narcotics bonuses from perks and origins

Update Fixes: 1. Replaced the graphics API, now choosing a more stable graphics API that significantly reduces crashes, rendering errors, and inability to enter the game. 2. The new graphics API brings substantial performance improvements, increasing frame rates by 40%-70%. 3. Added range restrictions to elite bears. 4. Added distance control to the fish basket UI. 5. Added automatic stand-up for downed NPCs, with relatively slow stand-up speed. 6. Prevented companion creatures waiting in position from being knocked away.
