Hello Module Makers,
We’ve got some big news to share. Initially, we planned to launch Modulus into Early Access on October 22nd. But after much reflection (and a lot of help from you, our amazing community), we’ve decided to shift gears. Instead of heading into Early Access, we’re going to take the time to go all the way to a full 1.0 release in 2026.

Why the change?

Simply put: we want to make Modulus the best game it can be. Your feedback in the playtest has been incredible; you’ve helped us identify what’s working, what needs polishing, and which features matter most. This extra time means we can:

  •   Add more of the community-requested features.

  •   Polish every system until it shines.

  •   Deliver a better Modulus experience right from day one.

To our playtesters: thank you. Your contributions have been invaluable in shaping our priority list. You’ve helped us steer the game in ways we couldn’t have done alone.

What’s next?

We’ll be sharing a roadmap soon, once we’ve finalised a few more things, so you can see exactly what we’re working on between now and launch. Plus, we will be committing to monthly dev logs that tie in to that roadmap, to give you a clear picture of how things are going.

We know this is a significant shift, but we’re more excited than ever for the launch of Modulus, and we’re so grateful to this community for helping us along the way.

  • Fixed issue with floating text when deconstructing drill bot.

Revolvermen - Wetter92

Are you ready to jump on a train to the bayou? This free content update for Revolvermen includes a plethera of changes and improvements to the game.

New maps

The BayouThis map is set in swampy waters that slows you down, and dangerous crocodiles that will eat you unless you're careful.

On A Rail

Set on a moving train, be sure not to leave the carts as the ground is deadly!

Character passive traits

In order to spice up the gameplay all characters have recieved passive traits that make them deadly in combat. The traits are as follows:

Outlaw - This gunslinger has two extra bullets up his sleeve.

Sheriff - Always spawn with dash, so you can be first on the scene.

Vaquero - Get height advantage upon respawn.

Detective - Regular bullets carry you further.

And two new characters!

Hermit - Faster run speed.

Scout - Slightly faster run speed, and spawns with invisibility power up.

UI improvements

The main menu has gotten plenty of improvements on UI navigation. The character select screen is easier to read and clearly presents the new passive traits. And the maps menu has a better overview of the currently selected map, as well as a presentation of what you can expect to encounter on said map and a recommendation of how many players are meant to battle on it.

Hello everyone! It's me again!

First of all I would like to thank everyone once again for the trust and patience on this project, I know I've been going silent for long periods of time but rest assured the game is alive and well. My wife has been helping a ton with the game, taking over various roles, which was essential to keep the game's development moving.

So without further ado, here's the Jungle Update!

This update contains 3 new quests, continuing the story after "The Battle Of Nine Lives":

  • Let's Hit The Gas (Main Quest)

  • The Reptiles Strike Back (Side Quest)

  • Tropical Danger (Side Quest)

Alongside those you will also find new items, frogs and a hidden note in the jungle!

New Jungle related achievements have also been created:

  • Stardust

  • Do It Yourself

  • Tropical Danger

  • Garden Warfare

The Jungle Update also comes with lots of general improvements to the game:

  • Improvements to Single-Player mode: General quality of life improvements that help going solo.

  • Shader preload: The game now attempts to cache some of the shaders to avoid stuttering on first play-through.

  • Camera system refactored: The camera should feel a lot smoother now throughout the game.

  • NPC Improvements: They can now jump, use path shortcuts, swim, among other interactions. (eg. Snails may now go drink some water then find a spot to take a nap)

  • Soundscape improvements: All areas of the game now have designated ambient sounds. (including the ocean)

  • Achievements menu: You can now see your list of achievements directly from the game's main menu.

  • Game engine upgrade: Provides greater stability to the game.

  • And honestly much more!

A fresh update for the Cecil Hollow demo is now live! This version brings several optimizations and polish updates as we gear up for Steam Next Fest which begins October 13th.

This update focuses on improving immersion, exploration, and ensuring a smoother experience for all players ahead of the festival. We’ve also addressed some community feedback to make exploring the farm feel even better.

Update Highlights
  • Decreased outdoor character movement speed (Removed demo-specific speed increase. Movement speed in demo now matches speed in full game.)
