Rebel Duet - ionDivvy

Development for v0.14 is progressing nicely. Though it's still a bit too early to announce a release date, it should follow the usual schedule, with a release planned between December to January.

The new story content will be divided into two main parts: the flashback of the MC's past, and a direct continuation of what happened in v0.13. There will also be a new scene added to Act 1, as well as new positions and improvements to the training system.

The flashback shows events from nine years ago, with the MC in their early twenties. This is a very important part of the overall story and the MC's growth as a character. It will also touch on some philosophical and moral questions, which I think are important for a dark fantasy game.

After the flashback, the story will return to the present with the MC and Valerie in the forest. The rest of the update will set things up for v0.15, which will conclude Act 3 and kick off Act 4.

v0.14 adds plenty of new training positions, including a proper scissoring position for female playthroughs. Some players weren't a huge fan of the original scissoring position, so this version should be far more appealing.

Though the new training positions are still a work in progress, you can expect a nice variety in what's added.

I've also added a short scene to the start of Act 1. After the MC helps Lucius for the first time, the MC will find themselves robbed of their precious gold coin. The way the MC handles the situation will be determined by your personality type (diplomacy, reasoning, or intimidation). This should improve the pacing of the early game, which otherwise was a bit slow for some players.

Anyway, that's a small teaser of what you can expect from v0.14.

No Time For Pants - PixelPushInc

Earlier I pushed an update to 1.0.3.2.

Someone commented that they lost their progress as a result of the update, which is not supposed to happen. In order to prevent this from happening to anyone else, I immediately rolled back the version to release version which was actually v1.0.3.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Bewitching Sinners - Miss Xero

Bewitching Sinners sequel, Bewitching Sinners Royal Blood demo is now available on itch!

The demo will be on steam perhaps next year and full game probably in 2027 or 2028, depending on my health as I got a frozen shoulder which hindered the progress of this demo significantly. Especially for steam as I need to update the renpy build, create the art assets, etc which is a bit too much for my current health and pain tolerance.

If you guys wanna wait, then I will probably bring more news next year, but if not, go check the demo out on itch!

November tournament announced!

Our next monthly tournament draws closer, on the 1st of November at 5:00PM (PST) hosted by ProfWisteria!

Tune into the Sanctuary Social next weekend, live on https://www.twitch.tv/infinitywarstcg to see the action, it's a best-of-three Swiss tournament with Infinity-border cards on the table, and a non-tradable godpack just for participating!

To Play:
  1. Register for the tournament in advance on Challonge.

  2. Join the Infinity Wars Discord.

  3. Direct Message your Deck and 12-card Sideboard lists to ProfWisteria on Discord before the check in period begins (5:00PM PST). Deck lists will remain hidden until after the first round has concluded, then will be posted for everyone to see. Include your Discord and Infinity Wars usernames in your message.

  4. During the check in period (5:00PM - 5:30PM PST), Check In on Challonge and go to the #community-tourneys channel on the Discord to receive instructions for each round.

Sideboards:
  • Sideboards will remain hidden until the tournament concludes.

  • You will have a three minute period between games to sideboard in cards.

  • Sideboarded cards may be added without removing another card, as long as the deck is still legal.

  • You may not sideboard your commanders.

  • The first game of each round must be played un-sideboarded.

  • We suggest sideboarding by duplicating your deck first, then editing, to avoid errors in un-sideboarding.

A minimum of 4 players must be registered to award the Infinity-border card prize. Otherwise, an additional godpack will be given for first place instead.

Additional Infinity-border prize support will be added at 10 players (2x/1x) and 16 players (3x/2x/1x). Infinity-border cards are never tradeable.


What are Sanctuary Socials?

Sanctuary Socials are weekly in-game community events designed to bring players together for fun, rewards, and connection. During each Sanctuary Social, matchmaking is highly active, ensuring players can always find a game.

The event also features a community livestream on https://www.twitch.tv/infinitywarstcg, awards participants a free stamped card, enables a Mutator Mode, and provides double experience points for playing.

It’s a dedicated time to jump in, enjoy some chaos, and engage with the wider player base!

Early Access Update #5 - 0.8 Notes

It's time, folks! Our latest update is out now.

Major New Features
  • Added a new starting pair, Hao and Mei.

  • Added Survivor Missions for Kayla, Sebastian and Hao. 

  • Added the ability to save multiple runs

If you're a returning player and want to jump straight into the new Survivor Missions, make sure you've finished the tutorial and then:

  • For Sebastian: Head to The Hitchpost as Sebastian and interact with the flyer.

  • For Kayla: Hector must be alive. Move to a shelter in the Downtown district.

  • For Hao: Mei must be alive. Use the Vantage Points at Aunty Mae's Truck Stop Diner or Texway Gas Hart St to unlock the Abandoned Kosyaire Factory in Buckland Yards. Head to the factory as Hao and talk to the NPC.


Other New Content
  • Added two new locations, the Abandoned Kosyaire Factory and Bowen St Construction Site.

  • Added four new NPCs.

  • Added new curveballs for Hao and Mei.

  • Updated survivor recruitment. When players recruit a new survivor, there will now be variations between runs to their starting health, needs and states. They will also bring items with them when they join.


Adjustments
  • Removed a loot point in Wash and Dry Laundromat that was in a spot players couldn't reach.

  • Removed the orange Hazmat Suit from Briarwood Motel.

  • Improvements to the firecracker audio to be less mechanical.

  • Improvements to explosion optimization, so there is less stuttering when throwable explosives explode.

  • A survivor's ledge teeter can now be interrupted. When they stumble close to the edge, the stumble animation can be interrupted so they can immediately go into a ledge hang or go up/down ladders without a delay.

  • Eva will now die if hit by a brick during her chase sequence. This fixes an issue where hitting her with a brick broke her chase sequence.

  • Updated the in-game logo.


Fixes
  • Fixed an issue where survivors would get stuck floating/falling when they were knocked off or punched close to a ledge.

  • Fixed an issue where human NPCs would jump down and get stuck in Pioneer Motor Company and Wash and Dry Laundry.

  • Fixed an issue where time-based states would not resolve at the right time if a character had multiple states applied.

  • Fixed the icon for the F300 Carbine (previously showing the M5 Cuthbert icon).

  • Fixed an issue where zombies would get stuck at the bottom of the staircase at Pogo's Greenhaven.

  • Fixed an issue where survivors could run away from the explosion in Nora's ending for Spill Zone and then not get the proper ending.

  • Fixed a shelter event not occurring when survivors moved into the Chiefways Operations Center while following Otto's path in the Spill Zone plan.

  • Fixed an issue where the survivors in the Chiefways Operations Center shelter would sometimes get stuck walking in place.

  • Fixed an issue where the objective to get a Hazmat Suit from Skip’s Scoops would not appear as failed when players could no longer obtain it.

  • Fixed missing audio in the Chiefways Transport Depot when Nora appears.

  • Fixed an audio bug where the "turning" audio of a zombified survivor would keep playing in future scavenges if survivors killed the zombified survivor as they turned.

  • Fixed an issue where rogue shadows could appear e.g. a floating weapon shadow in Old Ballard.

  • Fixed an issue where the zombie on the other side of the interrogation room window was not seeing the player and breaking the window like it was supposed to.

  • Fixed an issue where switching sides while in double-sided cover would cause zombies to forget survivors were there.
