We are aware of the saving issues and are slowly trying to figure out where to look for a problem. This is not a simple bug to just sit down and fix, we have no idea of why it happens and we have a hard time reproducing it in order to find a pattern. In other words it has never happened to anyone from our dev team which makes it even harder to "fix something that doesnt seem to be broken" even if its broken.
So please be patient and give us some time to fix this. It might have something to do with specific accounts, slowly starting to figuring out some kind of fraction of a pattern due to player reports, but nothing too specific yet.
Making a new account is told to work, so try that in the meanwhile.

So we set the release date a week ago and its still "for review", so in other words it's in STEAM's hands when its coming out. I have e-mailed our steam contact in order to get this done. All we can do now is wait, sorry.
