It’s update day Fighters!
We've got some awesome new weapon visuals, balance tweaks, and cool sound updates lined up for you. Don’t worry, there's plenty of other exciting stuff for you to explore! Let’s take a look at what’s on the horizon:
Brieftrager → Scoppietta facelift
Your beloved auto rocket launcher now has a new name and new visuals! Produced by Pistola Olivari, it is now called Scoppietta and features a brand new elegant Italian design with sleek lines. Check it out!
Zeus → Dynonova facelift
As for sniper rifles, the long-awaited visual update for Zeus, the electric one, has arrived. The new design from Raymor Inc. boasts an electric and modern look and comes with a new name Dynonova, so don't wait too long to bring this buzzing beauty to the battlefield.
Stratolauncher
Last but not least, the Stratolauncher, a unique rocket launcher that only Arx's Xavier robot suit can handle, has received a few changes. It now features exhaust flames with every shot and fancy, huge shells dropping on the ground to mark the spot of immense power!
Arx
- When Arx’s ability is activated he can’t pickup any items or packs including health, stamina and others
Well, it’s a lot to hear, so the best is just launch the game and make sure you sound is on, but let’s list what’s new or changed here anyway.
- New music theme for match search
- New effects for buttons and actions around and during matchmaking
- Footsteps are back, so no silent walking anymore
- Sprint sound effects
- When you run out of ammo with an automatic rifle and switch to a pistol, you will hear a special sound indicating that you need to start shooting
- Special kill confirmation sound effect
- New sound effects for movement abilities
- Ping indicator now has an update color scheme. Yellow from 100 to 200 ms, and red for everything above 200
- Hero tooltips now show Mastery level at the top
- You can now equip weapon directly from the inspection screen or from Inventory. Just be sure, that the weapon will be equipped to all supported heroes, or in case of a secondary to all heroes, so use it wisely
- In the Loadout you will now see a notification next to the Mastery widget if you have an unclaimed reward
- On the Main Screen though you will get a notification in the top bar about unopened cases if you have any
- Better filtering in the game chat
- In tutorial level you need to only destroy 3 targets to get past the first shooting room, also the amount of turret heals is slightly reduced
- [Feature preview] DANCES
- No Reconnection message appears before the start of the Tutorial level
- Sound volume slider now affects all sounds in the game properly. Earlier it didn’t include several effects
- On iPhones, the control buttons in battle should not be covered by the notch or Dynamic Island when the phone is rotated
- Fixed tooltip for Mastery when hero reaches the max level
