We're so happy to announce some major changes to the Dark Tides demo - live and available to you right now! These updates have been a few months in the making and include improved character and level design, bug fixes and upgraded cutscenes. Hello Raiders!
This month, Void Raider received several important updates, new systems, visual improvements and key bug fixes. Thank you for your continued support — here’s everything we’ve prepared for you 👇
The first phase of the character upgrade system is now live. You can start enhancing your Raider’s abilities — and more upgrades are coming soon.
The Bunker now feels more dynamic and rewarding with new crates to discover during your runs.
Weapon effects, grenades, explosions and several interactions have been enhanced.
A new visual element has been added to enrich the atmosphere.
More accurate when aiming
Less accurate when hip-firing
Gunfights now feel more tactical and precise.
A confirmation message now appears when making purchases.
A simple, clean reset option for all your progress.
Several weapon and item animations were improved or corrected.
Fixed the medkit not triggering correctly.
Fixed animation issues and spammable interactions.
Fixed a bug where the pistol could shoot held objects.
Minor optimizations and stability improvements.
Your feedback helps us shape Void Raider and push it forward.

FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS
Fixed an issue with the server-side NPC handling computer purchases. All computer buys are now processed correctly and reliably.
Added a new in-game Help / Hint system that will be expanded with every new feature we add. This is a major system update aimed at making complex mechanics easier to understand.
Over time we will keep adding contextual hints to guide players toward a better understanding of the game’s systems, especially those that are currently confusing.
