we are micro dev team that has only 3 persons.And we do not know how to find specialist person to make translation for us. So we think of a way like this, find them from the players.
Here is the plan, we need Germany French Italian Japanese Korea Turkish Spanish-spain, while Russian and Portgal-brazil has chosen one.
You will receive 5% the game developer's first month revenue after deducting Steam credits and refunds, regional income is the revenue for the language region, for example, Germany means only Germany. Well, steam has a report of revenue by region.
you get : 5%*Steam first month gross regional income(=Regional income - refund - Steam 30% Share)
So what you need to do , we will give the files of language localization files, and tutorial , those translation already translated by AI , you just need to check it ,revise some words that are not very locative expression, we assume that only cost your 4 hours.
But we need to warn you this still need basic stardard that:1. you must know english well, because we provide the english as original language, 2. well good game career and know your native expression well.
3.must can use Excel and ambitious. for streamers, like you have a channel, Twitch, that's better.
But we still need some work procedures to ensure that the interests of both parties can be effectively guaranteed. Our concern is that you may not have been diligent or enthusiastic in completing this task, and we assume your concern is that we may not make the payment afterwards.

2. After the game is released, we will provide you with screenshots of the revenue from the Steam backend one month later. I mean the revenue from each region, so you can rest assured that we will not tamper with the numbers, conceal the revenue, or affect your income. Secondly, you can also multiply the comment section by a number to compare and determine if we have concealed anything from you. Then the first point comes into effect. From 21.10 (12:00 server time) to 18.11 (23:59 server time), the "Veles Night" event will begin on all project servers!
You can find out the time on your server by entering the /time command in chat.
During the event, all animals and mutants, when searched or butchered, have a chance to contain a Dead Apple. You can also earn them by participating in the open-world event and the new PvP mode on the Bulletin Board.
Apples can be exchanged for valuable rewards with Priest (E6-4), in Liubech Outskirts.
Note: Exchange with Priest will be available after the server restart on 21.10.
