Hi everyone! I'm Lacosta from Hot Forge Games, and I'm super excited to finally show you something I've been working on for the last two years!
It's a visual novel set in an elite arts academy, full of unique characters and engaging stories. You'll dive into a world where art isn't just about paintings or sculptures — it's about building relationships, exploring emotions, and appreciating the beauty around you, especially when it comes to captivating heroines. Each choice you make shapes your own personal journey.
The game is actively in development, and there's still lots of work to do until at least the end of 2025. I'd be really happy if you'd join me along the way and help make something genuinely special.

Adjusted the position of matchmaking information display when starting Training or Challenge during matchmaking
Matchmaking timer is now displayed even when players are outside the lobby
Bug Fix
Issue where NPCs would not be added after a certain amount of time had passed in matchmaking.
Issue where non-leaders could not select Challenge Mode during matchmaking
Fixed a bug where selecting Survival Mode from a private lobby would send players to a public lobby after the match
Issue where the team leader could not press the start button on the main console after returning from a match
Fixed a bug where the main console would not display correctly after returning from a match
Fixed a bug where, after a team disbanded during matchmaking, players could no longer select any mode except Target Challenge
Issue where starting Target Challenge as a team member during matchmaking could cause the team to disband
The Soulglass now has health bar. It is tied to the same game mechanics as metrics (balance and flow), but is more of an active reflection of your performance so far. If health reaches zero, the contract instantly fails and you receive a STRIKE on your contract timeline. The health bar take damage when:
The Soulglass becomes completely unbalanced.
If sand flow slows down beyond one of the metric thresholds (eg: 400 to 300 grains per minute).
Catching Lifts will heal the health bar by a small percentage
Game Over
Each failed contract (two Stars, forfeited, or health reaching zero) now counts towards a total count of STRIKES. Once you reach three STRIKES, the game is over and you must begin again with a new set of abilities.

Tooltips added for meters, health bar added next to progress, and some colors adjusted for clarity.
