We have taken note of some players’ feedback about having difficulty finding clues during gameplay.
We have updated the game to v1.1.0 for a smoother gameplay experience.
Added “Hint” Feature
(Click “Hint” in the in-game menu. This feature is recommended for when you are stuck on a puzzle.)
Added “Reset” Feature to Some Puzzles
(Click the “Reset” button on the left side of the puzzle to return it to its initial state.)

Hello, Commanders!
To comply with South Korea's mandatory game rating display laws, an age rating display will be added to the client in this patch.
Accordingly, Commanders using the Korean language setting will now see the age rating displayed when launching the game.
This display will not appear for Commanders using other language settings.

It's been a crazy couple of weeks and I'm still getting used to the whole having-your-own-Steam-page-to-maintain thing, so here are some updates I forgot to post here!
I can hardly believe it myself but yes, it's somehow nearly finished and it's coming out in one month.
Some of you might notice the lack of a specific date - I have a date in mind but am currently refraining from specifics, as it's quite likely I'll have something last-minute I'll need to scramble together that will affect the exact date.
Once everything is 100% ready to go, I'll make a post letting you know the final release date! Expect mid-to-late November though :).
This was a really amazing (if exhausting) experience and I'm glad to have seen and talked to so many people playing the game for the first time.
At PAX you might have missed me as I was only a teeeensy little blip as part of my university game development club's booth, but at SXSW I had my own whole-ass booth and that was even more betterer and epic-er.
It's always great to see more people try the game and fall in love with it, and it's also a great time for me to find stupid bugs that somehow are still in there (sorry for everyone on the first day of PAX who had the game crash every time they died). And even watching people who maybe aren't totally into it teaches me a lot about how to make sure I get the early communication right. Anyway, game design tings innit.
tldr thanks all the epic gamers i saw at pax and sxsw; enjoy your unique one-of-a-kind i-definitely-haven't-blacked-out-the-date-with-a-sharpie bookmarks!

Hauntrick will be changing from paid to free very soon. If it's on your wishlist or you're thinking of purchasing, please hold off until the title is free. There will be no more updates after this change.
