Dear tinkerers,

the fifth Early Access content update just hit, this time back to camp, where we've introduced two new buildings to streamline your mid-game runs. Also some bugfixes.

CAMP STRUCTURES:
  • [New] Gradar Beacon - Replaces the first battle with a free rare loot drop
  • [New] Scrap Yard - Allows loadout modules to be destroyed and transmogrified. Players have asked for this to remove loadout modules that quickly become obsolete.
  • [Removed] Power Plant- Merged with Refinery
  • [Rework] Refinery - Now allows either upgrading a passthrough, fully charging a storage module or charging a cracked storage module with 1 energy. Potentially more upgrades in the future.
MODULES:
  • Med-Kit moved from rare to uncommon
UI:
  • Loot Screen now shows battle rating, module rarity and how the time for the next special loot gets adjusted depending on your rating
BUGFIXES:
  • Fixed a bug with status effects on modules instantly getting removed
  • Fixed a hard lock in the tutorial if you ignored the instructions
  • Fixed a bug in which using a transmogrifier caused a hard lock
  • Fixed a bug in which modules received too many lock statuses.
KNOWN BUGS (that I still couldn't fix this week):
  • Controller and Steam Deck support is broken. Sorry about that. We're doing our best to bring it back with the next update.
  • Saving in camp rerolls jack colors in shop.
  • Sometimes a module's tooltip doesn't disappear normally
  • Steam Achievements are still a bit messy
  • Sometimes the collider of a collector module gets deactivated so you can't click it to wire
  • Game crashes when exiting after a longer playsession
  • Storage inductor putting energy only after the regeneration cell already fired

METAL SLUG ATTACK RELOADED - SNK8
Resolved an issue where save data was not being saved to Steam Cloud.

If you were playing on multiple devices with the same Steam account before the fix, the save data with less progress might be the one that initially gets saved to Steam Cloud. We're deeply sorry for this inconvenience.

Story Mode:
  • Fixed an issue where the dialogue bubble content was incorrect when Anling was dying.
  • Fixed issues related to cat behavior and achievements.

Kingdom Mode:

Experience Optimization:
  • Lowered the priority for NPCs to enter houses to avoid rain.
  • Optimized the mechanism so that NPCs can actively leave the house after waking up.
  • Optimized the issue where NPCs would stay idle for a long time after completing a task.

Issue Fixes:
  • Fixed an issue where in the construction and demolition mode, both demolition and movement interactions could take effect simultaneously, causing freezing.
  • Fixed an issue where having a dagger in the backpack would cause numerous errors when breaking free from a grapple and failing to actually break free.
  • Fixed an issue where NPCs would not perform other tasks when the target for planting behavior was already occupied.
  • Fixed the problem of NPCs crowding together when it rains.
  • Fixed a lag issue after it rains.
  • Fixed an error with removing refrigerators, where the second removal would cause them to disappear but get stuck in the construction interface and be unable to exit.
  • Fixed the slot number display error in the refrigerator interface.
  • Fixed the issue where NPCs would overlap when sitting at the Dining Table.
  • Fixed the issue where the Distribution Box switch function was ineffective.
  • Fixed a series of issues with removing blueprints.
  • Fixed the problem of being unable to abandon order tasks.
  • Fixed the issue where Cody could remotely execute the unlock command.

We just pushed version 1.1.6. All changes are under the hood, improving stability and performance of the game.

Greetings from the ASURAJANG Team.
The changes applied in this update are as follows.

Items
- Some attributes of the Holy Sword of Eight Gods have been adjusted.
- HP stat buff has been reduced from 500 to 300.
- Divine Judgment damage was reduced from 100 to 50 DMG.
- Divine Judgment now only applies 1 Lightning Element stack instead of 2.
- Divine Judgment cooldown time has been increased from 2 to 5 seconds.

Mimic Enemies
- The small mimic no longer performs its continuous biting attack.
- All mimics now drop slightly better items.

Training Zone
- The ‘Show Action Info’ option is now activated by default in the Training Zone.

Game Settings
- Hong Kong and Europe servers have been added to the Matchmaking Region options.

Issue Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the “Show Action Info” option was reset when players switched characters in the Training Zone.
- Fixed an issue where inputs were disabled after making inputs using multiple keys such as zooming in or using emotes
- Fixed an issue where matchmaking would automatically be canceled when pressing the ‘READY!’ button immediately after canceling matchmaking.
- Removed the character “|” from usernames due to an issue with players with “|” in their username not showing up on the Ranking Leaderboard.

I added a level set "Another Adventure" that contains 100 new levels. I carefully picked the game objects to use and crafted the levels to provide as good puzzle gameplay as I could.

There are also other small changes:
- added options for changing fullscreen scale and y offset
- added an option for moving the item display to the right
- fixed a crash bug with rocket tiles

Captain, allow us to introduce you to Alexa — a new commander! She offers to join your squad... for a price, of course.

Alexa is deadly in battle. When commanding a squad, she can use several key abilities:
  • Passive: Summons two block stims on random empty allied cells at the start of every turn — yes, this ability works from the start of the game and triggers at the start of every turn!
  • Turn 3: Summons two Cyberdogs with Splash — take control over the battle!
  • Turn 5: Sets ranged enemies' health to 1 HP — it's time to take out that trash!
Unlock Alexa now in the special event dedicated to her. This event will only last for one week, so hurry or you'll miss her!
