It's been a couple of months since our last update. Lots of exciting changes, let's get to it.
You may have noticed we've done a Steam page refresh, adding new screenshots and a trailer that shows off more gameplay and the new UI. We're really excited about all the fresh content and feature changes.
To get some additional player feedback and show off all the latest content we've also launched a public playtest in preparation for our full demo release. If you're interested in playing please click on request access and you'll be immediately accepted in to the playtest.
We're looking forward to getting a lot of feedback to help make the game as good as possible so don't be shy about sharing your thoughts, or telling your friends about the playtest. Feedback can be submitted directly in game from the pause menu feedback option.
We've also applied to be in several game festivals this year, so hopefully you'll see us at some of your favourites. We're planning special content and some additional announcements for these, so keep an eye out for us.

Hello! We’re excited to showcase some new images for our playable character Vert and Miyabi.
• Neptunia™ x SENRAN KAGURA: Ninja Wars is an Action RPG/Hack n' Slash. You play as a ninja girl who happens to be a personified game console that is fighting to determine who has the strongest ninja arts.
Many obstacles awaits the player, but by training for new skills, crafting new weapons, and gaining new ninja partners you will be able to discover the true ways of the ninja arts and defeat the evil that lurks behind the scenes.
- Fixed issue where savegames of people who sequence-broke chapter 3 hubs would be blocked. - Fixed issue where savegames of people who quit the game during the level end sequence in chapter 3 hubs would be blocked. - Fixed issue where level end gates that shouldn't be reachable in chapter 3 hubs wouldn't be removed. - Fixed issue where ledge grab could make you pass overhead obstacles and get stuck. - Fixed sequence skip by grappling over cubes in open levels. - Added a save at the end of arena rounds. - Removed periodic garbage collecting task in order to diagnose performance issues.
Champ Stance Skill Bonuses can now trigger up to 3 times, refreshing when you switch Stances. There is a new dedicated UI to showcase this effect, replacing the former Stance Helper UI. Cards that state 'trigger skill bonus' do not trigger nor are restricted by this limit.
Removed the 'crossed swords' and 'fist' icon in the top of Champ stance opener and finisher cards.
Fixed Champ stance-opening Skills (like Berserker Shout) triggering a Skill bonus if the Champ was not in a stance already.
Champ's Arena Preparation can't generate itself.
Clean Code costs 1, but removes the next 3 Compile Errors rather than fully cleaning the next 3 functions, the same wording Overheat uses. Once again upgrades to gain Innate.
Buffed Dazing Pulse and Spike (from the Automaton Shape Factory event)
Automaton's Minor Beam+ - damage increased to 7 (up from 6, which was just +1 damage before.)
Automaton's Format - -1 damage/block
Automaton's Thunder Wave - Now costs 3, damage increased.
Automaton's Undervolt - Strength down increased by 1.
Fixed Awaken (boss card) not actually healing at the end of combat.
Hexaghost's Catch Up - Now triggers the previous flame 2(3) times.
Hexaghost's Heat Metal - Damage increased.
Hexaghost's Phantom Fireball - Damage reduced, but now costs 0.
Guardian's Ancient Construct now costs 3.
Guardian's Construction Form grants 1 Buffer (down from 2).
Guardian's Fierce Bash damage slightly reduced.
Fixed Snecko's Sleeved Ace relic still referring to Pure Luck's previous name.
Fixed Prepare Crush (boss card) being duplicated by Slime Boss's Duplicating Form
Yes, you saw that right! The decision has been made to make Lareissa Everbright available to all users on Steam as a Free to Play title. It has been quite some time since Gwenaelle rode out into the world, and if you're reading this before the change has been made, I thank you for supporting the game thus far.
The truth of the matter is, there has so far been a very small amount of people who have experienced Lareissa Everbright, and at the end of the day the desire for this project is to be played by as many people as possible.
And so here we are. Lareissa Everbright will be left as a free to play game for the remainder of its lifetime on Steam, with the hope that players will stumble upon it and have a good old time playing through it.
Mabinogi will have a scheduled maintenance on April 7. During this time, the game will be unavailable. Maintenance is expected to begin at 7:00 AM PDT and last approximately 3 hours.
Please note that the estimated length of time for each maintenance is subject to change without notification.
