We are absolutely thrilled to announce that the first-ever public demo for Saint of Chains is playable RIGHT NOW as part of the official Steam Scream Fest!
This demo is your first chance to descend into the decaying halls of the abandoned building and experience the gritty, retro psychological horror we've been crafting. We've poured our hearts into capturing that classic early 2000s dread inspired by games like Silent Hill, Condemned: Criminal Origins, Cry of Fear, and Lost in Vivo.
What awaits you in the demo?
Atmospheric Exploration: Uncover clues in a decaying environment where reality itself feels unstable.
Desperate Combat: Face unsettling creatures with a mix of brutal melee and scarce ranged weapons. Every encounter matters.
Psychological Dread: Experience a world built on themes of guilt and obsession, designed to get under your skin.
We just finished a final round of Q&A testing where players really responded well to the horror and pacing, so we're incredibly excited (and maybe a little nervous!) for you all to finally play it.
Your Feedback is Crucial! After you play, please consider sharing your thoughts in Steam Discussions. Your feedback will be invaluable as we continue development towards the full release in early 2026.
And of course, if you enjoy the demo and want to follow the full game's development, please Add Saint of Chains to your Steam Wishlist!

Thank you so much for your support. Now, face your demons...

Today we finally get to write the sentence we’ve been working toward: Log Away launches on December 4, 2025. That feels so good to be finally able to reveal! We’ve spent a lot of late nights nudging details into place, and hitting “publish” on a date is one of those small studio moments your remember forever.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/3468400/Log_Away/
We’ve added a huge number of additional items and more ways to build and decorate across locations and seasons. Some are small touches, some change the mood of a space in a big way. We’ll keep some surprises for launch day, but if you’ve been following along (or have played the demo), you’ll notice so many improvements and changes the moment you start building and placing things. Also, the Coziness System is a new feature that wasn't available before, and a friendly Tutorial was a must that's been implemented only recently. As we move closer to the release date, we'll share more details about the features and content.

At launch the game will be $8.99 / €8.99 / £8.09. The price includes the 10% discount during the first week.

During the first week after release, we’re giving everyone a Christmas DLC— completely free! It includes a big number of Christmas‑themed items and a lovely holiday soundtrack to help you relax in a festive atmosphere.

From here it’s about polishing what’s already in, fixing what needs fixing, and resisting the urge to tinker forever. Thank you for the patience, the wishlists, and the emails/messages you’ve sent our way. Creating something like this is a long, silent journey, and it’s easier when you know people are waiting at the destination.
We’ll share more details as we move closer to December.

Just one page to go after this. Are you ready for art to bleed?

The reason for this strict control of what can be seen is sadly obvious. Artists and other creatives sell their souls to Infernals at a rate so high that a whole department of the circles of hell deal with them exclusively to prevent a bottleneck. The things they create are often tainted relics which can warp reality and the minds of the viewers, and so everything has to be scrutinised carefully. Externals too can bestow artistic excellence on cultists, although this is very rare.
Hey there everyone! Version 1.0.1 is now out and we've been working on fixing bugs so you can have a better experience :D
We are very thankful for everyone that played! We've been watching several streams, reading reviews, talking to the community and we're very happy to see so many people having fun! Thanks a lot for your support and enjoy version 1.0.1
