• Fixed the bindings to start the Back Off Barbarian level. It no longer says "Press Something" as that was causing confusion with so many options on the keyboard. It will now say "Enter" or "A Button" if you're playing on the keyboard or controller, respectively. Once you press the key or button, then the screen will be dismissed and the B.O.B. level will start.
  
  
• Added in a new graphic on the main menu to take players directly to our merch store in a browser.

Just a lil quick fix, folks! This latest update addresses the desync that occurs when playing multiple online games of Back Off Barbarian.

A quick update to the update. Actually, it’s the second update to the update. Last week we swiftly fixed a weird thing with the mouse buttons. Sorry about that and a gi-hugic thanks to the community for bringing that to our attention. As for other things that have now been brought to our attention, well, that’s what we’re doing right now :)

Here’s the deal. Barbarian Makeover Update 2.2 is now live and will hopefully bring everybody’s quality of life up… errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr 20%?

Things in the update:

- Fixed issue with Alt-Tab causing a crash. Now it doesn’t crash. We did it!
- Fixed various button prompt and text issues. Everything is more better!
- You can now bind the movement keys in Back Off Barbarian… now the world is your oyster!
- Adjusted weapons and animal orb attributes to match Remastered version.
- Updates to menu layout.

Fixed: Mouse button bindings now working as intended.

The Barbarians have taken over Castle Crashers Steam with the Barbarian Makeover update! We built a new, fast-paced multiplayer minigame just for you and your friends! Play “Back Off Barbarian” in Castle Crashers Steam and check out all the new improvements that were added in with this latest update:

• New mini game: Back Off Barbarian*
  
• Uncapped frame rate (FPS)
  
• Ultra mode: high quality textures**
  
• Updates to UI flow
  
• Russian language support added
  
• General bug fixes and improvements

Our new mini game, Back off Barbarian, has replaced the previous mini game in Castle Crashers Steam edition. If you’d like to read up on our reason for why we replaced All You Can Quaff, check out this page here.

A new optional texture quality setting located in the Game Settings Menu. Once the game has been updated, this mode will not be on by default. Players must go to the Game Settings menu and manually toggle it on. Please note, this setting will not perform the same on all systems. It is intended for use on high spec gaming systems and requires a 64-bit OS. So use at your own risk!
