Hello community and survivors!

Today I want to show you a very short pre-alpha gameplay. It's just a quick glimpse, but I want to show you where we're headed.

I'm currently developing a lot of cool little techniques; you'll see some small details in the video. From driving physics to character movement.

There will be more videos to come with cool stuff and lots of emphasis on the details that are supposed to happen, as well as images to get you more involved in the development. I hope you enjoy this short video.

🛠 Dust Raiders v1.0.4 – Update & Vehicle System Rework

Hey Raiders!
Update v1.0.4 is here, bringing a major overhaul to how destroyed vehicles work, along with some gameplay improvements and important bug fixes. Here’s what’s new:


🚗 Reworked Destroyed Vehicle Mechanics:
  • Destroyed vehicles are no longer permanently lost – they now remain in your caravan as broken.

  • However, there's still a chance you’ll lose some equipment from them.

  • Broken vehicles cannot participate in encounters and don’t increase your cargo limit.

  • You can repair them at Service Stations or sell them at Workshops.

  • Any lost cargo is now stored in the caravan wreckage, so it can still be recovered.


⚙️ Gameplay Improvements:
  • Goods transferred from factories now go directly to your Cargo, instead of the enclave Warehouse.

  • There is now a chance to earn fuel as a reward for winning encounters – every drop counts in the wasteland!


🐞 Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed an issue where fog of war progress was lost after changing scenes without saving.

  • Fixed several bugs that could cause combat to get stuck.

Oddsparks: An Automation Adventure - hgpn

Music Lovers, Instrument Makers, and Composers,

Today’s update includes bugfixes, hats for your Sparks, and a brand-new DLC!

Music is in the Aether…

There is one optional but cool feature we’ve always wanted to see in the game: Using automation and logic to make music with your Sparks. Whether you want to play little jingles when a train arrives with eagerly awaited resources or compose a song for your Sparks to play, this new DLC now offers the tools you need to include music in your automation.

  • You can build notes and octave markers in the new Musical Workstation.

  • You can build 4 different toy instruments in the Sawbench.

  • Musical Pressure Plates can contain instruments (or any item), a note, and an octave marker to play back a specific tone.

  • Metronomes slightly slow down your Sparks to keep them in perfect sync with the music.

  • Musical Speakers can be triggered by logic and play up to 4 notes in quick succession.

  • A new Spark showcase lets you create your own band of Sparks.

Hats for Sparks

Besides the music features, we’ve also been working on something different that will allow you to customize your Sparks. Their new hats don’t just look great, but also allow you to use them in more intricate setups: Imagine you want to let Sparks share a path to bring different items to a target. But on their way back, you want to filter the now empty-handed Sparks to different places to pick up more items?

Just give them different hats and use Spark Filters to split them up!

This new update just includes a sneak peek of what’s to come. You can now buy two different hats from the Tailor and equip your Sparks with them in a nearby tent.

Bugfixes

The new patch also fixes some issues:

  • Fixed an issue that would prevent items from stacking reliably in your inventory.

  • Fixed achievement progress not being saved for clients in multiplayer.

  • Fixed the fuel rate in the notebook not being displayed correctly in languages other than English.

  • Fixed the scroll areas in the build menu being too small.

  • Fixed heavy lagging for some Spark Thrower setups.

Temtem: Swarm - Tsukki
Hello, Tamers!

We hope you're doing great in the intense summer temperatures. One day more, we gather here to talk about the upcoming future for Temtem: Swarm, as we've been doing after every big update.

Endless Inferno has been a fierce patch, with our first-ever Fire Tem, Raiber, the Kisiwa arena and the endless (hehe) entertainment that are the Hacking Levels. With the blazes of 0.7 and it's companion, 0.7.1, still burning bright, we can pause and take a look into our next big content update, 0.8, and further! So here's a recap of the more substantial changes coming to your Swarms in the near future.

As usual, remember that, while we're posting it and it is totally official, everything here is still subject to change, be replaced or be rescheduled.

If you're familiar with us and our future plans, you know we don't include any sort of dates, and we try to keep things open to possible changes. But if you're familiar with our vibes, you know there'll be many spoilers as the time gets closer!

We don't have a name for the next update just yet, but we'd love to hear your wild guesses on it! What Arena and new playable Tem do you guess the 0.8 version will contain? We'll be checking your replies in our social media and Discord server.

As usual, there will be new Techniques, Synergies and Gears, but there will also be more and better Hacking Levels to explore and conquer! Plus new Glitches to really put yourself to the test.

We're really paying attention to issues brought up by our community (you!) in previous patches, so there's a focus on addressing areas that were mentioned by the community. You can identify all the community-suggested changes thanks to the little 👥 icon! Kudos are getting improved and revamped, with new in-game tracking for them and a complete overhaul of the Kudos section to improve legibility and accessibility. The Floor is Lava, a spot that has been often brought up as hard to see, is also getting improved to tackle this issue players have. And, in the same vein of making the game as pleasing and comfortable for players as possible, we'll be creating settings to customize your cursor in 0.8 too!

Remember Temtem: Swarm is still in Early Access, and as such, open to your feedback and suggestions! Please let us know your ideas and suggestions through our Discord server; please search around first to see if someone else has proposed the same thing. We do our best to read everything, even though we cannot reply to the majority of it, and it helps us shape Temtem: Swarm into a fantastic game. Thank you for your energy and help!
