We released a hotfix patch today that fixes the awarding of Achievements for completing the following DLC:
Street Demonz
Gangland Express
Rough Justice
Joy Ride
If you’ve already hit 33 stars for the Street Demonz, Gangland Express, and Joy Ride achievements, you will only need to complete one more race within these AR Challenges in order for the achievement to unlock. You do not need to earn 33 stars again.
If you’ve already fulfilled the requirements for Rough Justice, you’ll need to reload your 100% GCPD Lockdown save point. This will load you in near the end of the story, and all you’ll need to do is trigger the final cinematic to unlock the achievement. If you’ve already restarted the DLC and made a new save point, you’ll need to play through to the end in order to unlock it.
Please note that some players may have to restart their Steam client in order for the changes to take effect.

As promised, here’s the list of bug fixes that have gone in to the PC version of Arkham Knight.

Reduced frame rate hitches
Optimizations for system memory and VRAM usage
Improved performance on all GPUs (requires the latest drivers)
More Comprehensive In-Game Settings
Fixed low resolution texture bugs
Fixed hitches when running on mechanical hard drives (HDD)
Our October patch was focused on a large number of functional and stability-related bug fixes, including issues reported by the community. Outside of adding PC support for the Season Pass DLC & Photo Mode features, the following noteworthy PC bugs were addressed:
Fixed high GPU usage / memory leak when the title is minimized
Fixed hitch that occurs during some autosaves
Fixed hitch that occurs when unlocking an achievement

Fixed miscellaneous hangs or crashes causes by Alt-Tabbing in specific scenarios
Fixed rendering bug where the screen could have a bright white flash while grappling or dive bombing

Changed the number of backbuffers that we allocate in the swap chain from 2 to 1 to save on VRAM
Fixed a crash in windowed mode that would occur if the window was closed during video forensics sequences
Fixed an issue where some keys could not be bound with an Alt modifier
Fixed a bug where Batman’s glide would glitch causing him to flip upside down due to negative numbers in glide speed calculations – shout out to uns3en and ID_Daemon
Fixed corrupted smoke pellet aiming line when FPS is 60 or above
Fixed a render thread crash on the R9 280 when gliding in a specific location
Fixed a MipMap crash during some cutscenes due to level streaming in the background
