The first release of the demo for "THE KING IN THE SHADES" is now available for everyone to play!
Once I am satisfied with the state of the demo and ready to move on to the next level and the comercial release of the game, the demo will likely be removed after a period of 1 week to a month.
Until then I will keep updating it with new content, any feedback I can receive will be more than welcomed!

But Dreaming Door Studios was not made to tell just one tale, and The Great Green was never intended to be a lone ship at sea, but instead a harbor. It was a starting point from which even more new and wonderful stories can be told, art can be crafted and shared, and the story of the Draak-Kin People, spanning Time and Space without boundary, can be continued. Announcing Golden Treasure 2: Hierophant!
The next chapter in the Golden Treasure saga will be like the last, but also very different. A young dragon awakens on a fascinating world far from Earth and Sun. Forced at birth into the powerful role of Hierophant, ruler and guide of an entire sentient species, they will very quickly learn that power is both a fang and a chain. With massive resources and thousands of lives at their disposal, the infant Draak-Kin begins to explore a world even more vast and varied than Old Earth, but this time, not at all alone. A grand symphony of discovery, intrigue, diplomacy, conflict and transformation begins. The dragons of Earth will take on new forms, and face a threat far more dangerous than the one that drove them to the stars.
Like the Great Green, Hierophant will combine thoughtful writing, creative ideas, beautiful handmade art and outside-the-box philosophy to create something we believe will be original and wonderful. The Story Creator - Out Now!
In 2019, we announced that we were working on the “Infinite Green” project, a way of allowing Golden Treasure players to customize their Great Green experience, add to it, or even write whole new stories using the game engine. Though it took three and a half years and a tremendous amount of work, we are at least ready to release the Story Creator to the general public. Alter text and data within the game, add new events to any one of the three main maps, use and manage user-created mods, or even write your own saga with the easy-to-use tools that make crafting choice-based interactive fiction a (relative) breeze. Check out the Dreaming Door website for more information on the Story Creator, and download it from Steam, itch, or moddb.
There is much more to share. Quite a few things have been patched. A new profile system has been introduced, so you can have more than one playthrough file and others can play on your system without messing up your data. We are hard at work on Spanish and Chinese versions of GT1 (let us know if you’re a native speaker of a particular language and would like to help translate!) so that more people can enjoy the feeling of the high cold wind on their feathers at first flight. Much has already been done in preparation for Dreaming Door’s reemergence from slumber. We hope that you will join us in the continuing Dream.
Recently there was a lot of progress made in the game's development process. We've added more exciting mechanics than planned, some content and core features etc. As we keep working on the game, our vision changes, and we develop new ideas; we also get many suggestions from testers and the audience. Although we can't implement all the concepts, considering the development is going faster than planned, we've decided to increase the game's scope and add more stuff before releasing it into early access. For you, it means a more extensive, nicer-looking and more polished game. But considering the amount of content planned, it is likely that the early access release is expected to be moved further in time. We're still hoping to deliver the game in August, as promised, but if we decide to move the release date - we will make another post about it. I bring some news today if you haven't been following along with us on Discord, Twitter, Ci-en or SubscribeStar! If you haven't noticed, the game have been updated almost daily in the last few weeks. Along with bug fixes, improvements and a small new feature, we have been working behind the scene implementing H Cups into the game for Karryn. Basically, once it's finished, you will be able to change Karryn's boob size from her current K Cups (really big), to H Cups (big) if you want, H Cup being smaller than her default K Cup but still pretty big. This will happen free of charge, so you don't need to pay for a DLC or anything like that! ːgoblinInmateː
The main reason for adding an optional Boob Size into the game is because we always felt that it was too much of a shame when people skip Karryn's Prison because her default, purposely oversized and oversexualized breasts were just too much. ːtonkinBulliedː While reducing down to H Cup will hardly bring all those people to give the game a chance since H Cup is still really big, we believe having more options isn't a bad thing. There certainly are players currently who play but feel like Karryn's Karryns are a bit too big and would enjoy the game better if they were a bit smaller.ːkarrynGlassesː
In addition, after we finish the H Cup variations, there is a possibility that we add a third Boob Size option, even BIGGER breasts compared to Karryn's default K Cups. It will all depend on how we feel after implementing the H Cups! ːkarrynFanː

Howdy folks!
We've got the small start to the Update 111 cycle this week. Apologies for the lack of a Steam post for U110 going live last week. I must admit I was so fixated on Baldur's Gate 3 I totally forgot to make one to go with the build....
This next cycle is all going to be about Take & Hold as we ramp up to the new Level's launch. We jumped back to the Experimental branch as I need to make some breaking changes to scoring, and other state tracking that will at times make top-scoring on the boards in the Hallway level impossible (while I work on things) and so didn't want folks to be stuck with that until its done.
Until then though, enjoy the new set of toys this week, and hopefully we'll have some of the new Take & Hold encryption challenges migrated into character for you all to field test next Friday!
