Wouldn’t it be great to have more new avatar items to match your style and find a unique look that suits you? We are going to expand the avatar wardrobe tremendously!

<b>How to obtain new Avatar Items?</b>
You may be receiving avatar items in your Mystery Packs and as a reward for leveling up (some avatar items would only be available later in the game). Some quests could provide new avatar items as well. Of course, several unique items could be available in the Black Market as well. Even more items to hunt for!

<b>The Perfect Look</b>
To finish off with the final touches we aim to provide more themed avatar items, just like the Halloween and Christmas items you might have seen already. The themed avatar items are only available for a very limited time, which makes them even fancier! Afterwards, the items are still available to equip for the players that purchased them, but no longer purchasable by the ones who haven’t.

Some developing news from the Steam Elves Workshop. Holiday Elf Weaverbird has been so busy getting all of the gifts ready that I think he has forgotten to take time out for sleep. I do believe that he is now hallucinating. I just found him singing show tunes in the hallway while dancing with a poster of Chell. It was a little awkward, when he saw me he threw down the poster and ran away.

While we make sure Holiday Elf Weaverbird is getting the proper care please remember that show tunes are fine but carols are better. We especially liked 2point4’s heavy metal rendition of Silver Bells. Just Classic.

What a year this has been. It started with the madness of development, and the culmination of three years of work. Nuclear Dawn's release, the patches and fixes, and finally the free weekend on Steam last week.

Bells are jingling, and reindeer are pulling jolly old men through the sky, though, and we're going to take the chance to sit back and enjoy our families and loved ones.

Fret not, however, we'll be back in full swing come the next year, to regroup, and get right back to the awesome business of making games!

In the meantime we can tell you that we have sold over 50.000 copies so far and have something coming for all of you this week! So stay tuned for more soon!

We tried to set up a little caroling group today but things did not go as we had planned. We unwittingly put two guys who have the same propensity to smash things with hammers into the same group. Unfortunately they started talking about the best way to destroy things and one thing led to another. The next thing we knew Holiday Lane looked a little worse for wear.

Hello Friends,

The night before Christmas is finally here. I hope all of you have been on your best behavior because its too late to change what’s written in the big book. Remember to go to bed early or Sir Roderick may not stop by with your next round of daily deals. On a side note, we recently upgraded from reindeer pulling the sleigh to something else entirely. We think that it will help us get the gifts delivered in record time this year. There are a couple draw backs to the new mode of transportation but we learned that if we keep fire extinguishers handy it all goes well enough.
