Hey, everyone! This small patch fixes game-crashing bugs and adds more variety to the Witch boss fight!
Our next patch is planned to include a new Capstone Talent for the Clockwork talent tree and a small rework for the Sloth Sin!
With Cepheus active, the Witch now may appear outside Odyle's back, throwing Witchbombs around;
Added missing credits;
Game crashing when deflecting the Star of Yesteryear with the Mirrorfold Talent;
Heal Statues not reloading other Heal Statues on activation (leading to a hard lock during the tutorial);
Weird particles appearing in Compatibility mode;

We’ve just rolled out a wave of updates for the Tidal Rush Demo, and this one’s packed with big new features, smarter systems, and plenty of visual sparkle. Whether you’re mastering tight corners or blasting rivals with a well-timed missile, everything should now feel smoother, fairer, and splashier than ever!
Grand Prix / Tournament Mode is now live! Race across multiple tracks in a cup and rack up points.
Engage in our new Meteor Cup and enjoy our brand new tracks Mangrove Marsh and Timberfall Peak.

Item distribution rebalanced – fewer blue missiles near the front, better item variety in early ranks.
Weapon and collision fixes: proper scaling resets, smarter drift logic, and cleaner player-to-player hits.
Buoys & hazards now behave better on sloped surfaces, and unnecessary collisions have been turned off.
Invulnerability VFX improved — now consistent and correctly aligned.
Lobby fixes: smoother joining animations, correct lap/CC displays, and support for up to 16 players in custom games!
Text boxes resized and improved for German localization (no more cut-off text!).
About screen now includes additional information: About Tidal Rush, Credits, and Special Thanks.
General layout and font tweaks across the frontend and results screens.
New SFX for impacts and environments.
Music volume rebalanced for a more energetic race vibe.
Added player join sounds and refined impact audio for different materials (rock, wood, crystal, metal).
New Soundtrack for Mangrove Marsh.
Tons of technical improvements to shaders, flowmap generation, and the Unity backend.
Cleaned up addressables, improved build stability, and streamlined the asset pipeline.

A new Open Beta patch for PCM 25 (version 01.08.01) is now available on Steam! This update focuses on Career Mode fixes, AI improvements, and balancing adjustments for flat & hilly stages.
Open Steam > Go to your Library
Right-click on Pro Cycling Manager 25 > Click Properties
Go to the Betas tab and select open-beta from the dropdown
If you encounter any bugs or want to share feedback, please add \[OPEN BETA] in your message title so we can track it more easily!
Improved AI for flat/hilly stages with a small climb near the end: the player could too easily win or even monopolize the top positions in the stage.
Newgens: Improved limit/potential calculations to ensure riders develop more balanced attributes over multiple seasons.
Sponsors: Fixed a rare case where a sponsor offer could be invalid (showing a “label error” and an offer of €0).
Form: Fixed form peaks that could disappear after quitting and relaunching the game.
The newgen fix only applies to riders generated after the update. In the 2025 season, riders born in 2007 are generated on January 1st. Therefore, if you are in a game in February 2025, those riders will not benefit from the changes. However, riders born in 2008 (generated on January 1st, 2026) will.
-> On already started saves, expect a progressive rebalancing over time.
Regarding flat and hilly stages: even though the improvements are significant, more work will be needed in the future. This is a complex topic requiring deeper changes, which were not possible to include in this patch or in the short term. At this stage, we cannot confirm whether a future patch will address this specifically, further evaluation is ongoing.
About the occasional stuck animations: this issue is being looked into, but we cannot confirm with 100% certainty. It will not be fixed in patch 1.08.1.
