STORROR Parkour Pro - Hole In The Sleeve

Hello everyone, here's the first (of many!) weekly bulletin development updates that we will be publishing through our Early Access to Official 1.0 release journey.

Without further ado, this is what the team has been working on this week:

  • New STORROR signature mission, Sacha's "don't get wet".

  • New hook's physics.

  • New shortcuts on east/west plaza.

  • Started: localisation, working on French, German, Italian, Portuguese, to come Chinese, Japanese, Korean.

  • New "precision mode" to help you navigate small/tight spaces a lot more accurately.

  • \[BUG-FIX] A range of glitchy physics behaviours.

  • \[BUG-FIX] Stopping the character after climbing up thin ledges, instead of taking that extra step!

  • Always worked on: general performance optimisations, aim is to get a solid frame rate on SteamDeck.

Haunted Harvest!

Introducing the first annual Haunted Harvest in-game event! This limited-time seasonal event runs from 11th October to 31st of October each year to help get you in the spooky Halloween spirit!

Just like you Coloring Pixels veterans are used to this time of year, we are giving you a darker colour palette, decorations lying around, and some evil fire, but this time all in 3D!

New Features
  • New "Seasonal Effects" setting (Default to On) - This setting allows you to disable the new seasonal effects that are implemented. Starting with this month's Haunted Harvest event, we intend to implement many others during events for winter and Easter, similar to those in our other games!

Bug Fixes and Misc
  • Nothing visible yet, but we have done a lot of backend work in preparation for Dark Mode, which we hope to deliver soon.

Halloween DLC

Our incredible Patreon members voted for this month's DLC to be Halloween-themed! Coming this Friday. So get ready to get spooked in this horror and trick-or-treat themed world!

Our artist, Jack, loves Halloween, so he has had a lot of fun making this one, and it really shows! You know the drill by now; wishlist the DLC here!

- Added a new sensitivity option in the keyboard settings menu (also affects controller input).
- Fixed a bug causing duplicate versions of the final boss to appear during its intro cinematic.

  • Reduced the drop rate of items from the card system.

  • Fixed collision issues on: Dark Seal, Mausoleum, and Statue.

  • Fixed Exorcist auto-aim behavior.

  • Fixed a bug that prevented rehosting a match while paused.

  • Fixed stat system; stats should now work correctly.

  • Fixed blessings system; blessings should now apply properly.

  • Nanite Skeletons have been enabled.

  • Improved performance for landscapes and heroes.

  • Updated materials for mini-bosses and enemies.

  • Game timer now properly clears when the match ends.

Our goal with this update is to encourage exploration — destroying Dark Seals as you prepare to face powerful mini-bosses.

Hello everyone! We've added the following updates to the game:

1. Added a new item—the Gas Canister Smoke Bomb. After equipping it, you can hold down the right mouse button, aim, and then press the left mouse button to throw it. When it lands, it creates a massive cloud of smoke! Hitting a boss will knock them down.

2. There are now two tractors and two key boxes on the map for players to use, preventing bosses from ambushing them.

Sabotage 90 has received several quality-of-life improvements to make gameplay smoother.

Sabotage 90 Hospital Points reward has been reworked. It now costs 1 Hospital Point to enter the mode, but if you win, you’ll get your point back plus one extra as a reward.

The inventory page no longer reloads itself when interacting with buttons.

Added a new pathway after defeat. If you beat it, you’ll return to your previous Stage-Level.

Enemies now play a bit more strategically and can make small predictions during battle.

Thank you for playing Station Master RPG!

This update took a bit longer since I have been ill for the last three weeks (yes, weeks). However, I'm slowly recovering now and am therefore able to publish this update. Here's what's new:

  • Completely rewritten the character rendering code, which should bring a huge performance improvement (Please note that loading an old savegame will take a few minutes (about 5 to 15, depending on the amount of passengers) because the game has to convert all passengers to the new structure)

  • Removed passengers from the minimap, which should also help with performance (May be re-added in a future update)

  • Temporarily removed the side walls of ground holes for another performance boost (which means that one can see through the ground there). This is a stop-gap measure until I get to rewrite the ground hole system.
