Hi guys,

Sorry to disturb your gameplay. Just wanted to let you know that we'll be doing a patch today, and the details are as follows.

Time: 00:00 PDT (May 1st)

Shop and Items
- Adjusted the balance of each item’s stats. (Adjusted stats that are too effective or too ineffective.)
- Adjusted the stats of high-tier Meceta items.
:High-tier Meceta items now give exactly the same effects as high-tier Gem items.
Now the only difference between these two is the type and the variety of stats.
Adjusted the meceta price for the meceta items according to this stat change.

Added new armor items for the following characters making it possible for them to equip items on all parts: Dic, Elrath, Gaspar, Danmei, Tiac, Cezanne, Sewon, and Ridika

- Now the server browser remembers your last filter info. (Eg. Active/Public/Available Room)
- Now when you filter the servers, the list of servers is sorted instead of refreshing.
- The filter n the Shop remains when you change the tab.

Match start conditions
The match start conditions have been adjusted for more balanced match.

Bug fixes
- Fixed Active Room filter not functioning in the server browser.
- Fixed the bug that left a black background image after the help popup displayed in the training.
- Fixed the bug that showed an incorrect message when an item or a cash item was purchased.
- Fixed the bug that didn’t knock up Renny when she was in Indiegogo costume.

Thank you for your time, and enjoy your game.

Greetings pilots!

On May 1, a new mech will be making its appearance on the battlefields of Illal! The second of our G2 mechs, the G2 Raider, will be released along with a number of balance changes, bug fixes and other general improvements. As with the G2 Assault that was released previously, players must have reached max rank with the Raider mech before being able to purchase it with HAWKEN Credits, but it can be purchased with Meteor Credits right away.

Check out the full patch notes here!

Patch Details:

Fixed an issue where the wrong Video Adapter could be chosen resulting in the game not launching or failing to detect a DirectX 11 capable card.

Daylight still requires DX11 to run as per the system requirements. If you are still having problems, please make sure you have visited the troubleshooting in this thread:

Patch Followup:

It seems that we have fixed some people with the patch that was sent out last night but we have noticed that from your reports it might have broken some players. If the patch has prevented you from playing the game, we have added a version of the game without the patch on it so you can still enjoy the experience.

To use Version 1.0 which is the version of the game before we applied the patch, please right click on Daylight in your Steam library, go to Properties > Betas and select Version 1.0 from the drop down list.

We are still investigating all issues so that we can have one version of the game for everyone but this is a workaround that we are providing so that you can continue to enjoy our game. Thank you for your patience.

Version was just released on the test branch.
It has a new screen for selecting and customizing a new game, but still just one scenario. In this update, different starting locations, number of camp members and amount of starting equipment can be customized. They can be selected or chosen randomly by difficulty.
We will continue to add more customizations, and more scenarios.

Other changes are:
-AI improved so that characters will be mindful of carrying weapons when they walk away from the “safety” of the camp. If no weapon is available, they will however do without.
-Reskinned some UI elements.
-Removed a crash that occurred during chases in the fog of war
-All tools being used are now displayed in the task panel instead of just one
-Solved an AI bug where hauling jobs were created on blocked positions, making those hauling jobs impossible to do.
-Solved an AI bug where the character tried to pick up an item inside a tent without trying to enter the tent, so got stuck in a loop walking back and forth.

Kataclysmic Confrontation!

Hordes of black kats are again raiding the Moorcroft Manor Archives’ collection of magical grimoires! These shadowy beasts hunger for arcane power and are making another attempt to execute their nefarious plans. It appears that illiteracy is still rampant among the black kat hordes, so they have once more taken to eating the pilfered pages rather than using them for arcane rituals.

The residents of Moorcroft Manor would like you to retrieve the Ancient Pages of the magical grimoires that quite likely reside in the stomachs of black kats. We'll leave you to figure out just how to recover them...

Collect Ancient Page tokens through the daily Prestige Mission, or as drops from black kat monsters in the Clockworks. Visit the Mysterious Crafting Machine in Haven or Montague in Moorcroft Manor to create kat gear. New for this event is the Black Kat Seraphynx. Purchase a Seraphynx pod from the Supply Depot and craft it into a Black Kat Seraphynx Pod. The Black Kat Seraphynx has the same skills and perks as a standard Seraphynx, but is made of shadows and dread.

If you have participated in a previous Kataclysmic Confrontation and still have Ancient Page tokens, those are still valid. Ancient Page Tokens do not expire. The event is available for knights rank 4-1 and up and will be available through May 12th.

Katastrophe Prize Boxes!
For this Kataclysmic event, Haven Treasury has created the Katastrophe Prize Box. Equip your knight with gear and accessories inspired by Seraphynx and Black Kats.

Items in this box include:

Shadow armors, helms and accessories

Prismatic Seraph'tenna, Seraph Wings, Dazzling Gems and Heavenly Halos

Dread Wings and Seals, and Dreadful Aura

Equally deadly to your enemies, will your knight dazzle or curse your foe?

Find a complete list of items, and all the details here.

Lastly, Knights, beware. Should you find any kind of whole ancient codex or grimoire from a black kat in the darkest depths of the Clockworks, you are NOT to give it to anyone who could use it for EVIL.

Howdy folks!

The problem has been resolved and Centration is now back in Early Access where we belong.

I have to admit that this was entirely my fault, I mis-read some information on our backend and hit the wrong button, which pushed us out of Early Access and into full release. This was NOT meant to happen, and luckily the Steam staff were quick on the ball and responded to our request to fix it very promptly.

I apologise for any confusion this might have caused.

In way of apology, subscribe to our Twitter feed @Centration and we'll be giving away some retail keys for Centration for you to use or to give to your friends/family!

Thanks and apologies!
