Just posted another update removing two of the bugs associated with hunting.
Thats it till January now we will be back in the new year.

Hi all

Included today is as follows.

- New resources now save

- Moved the UI elements so that it should work with all resolutions mentioned

- Camera movement can now me done with the arrow keys as well as W,A,S,D

- Raised the possibility of killing a deer slightly

- Some work done on animations

- You can now click on characters and get a message regarding name and energy.

There will be another update before the end of the week.

Ok this update is partially implemented, there were not enough hours in the day to get it all fully working so its halfway!

We now have 3 extra resources, Plant fibre, Leather hides and berries, at the moment when you eat you will be still eating meat even if you have berries as I couldn't get it all done.

If you have 3 berries and 1 meat it will only allow 3 people to eat it will take the 3 berries and if you try again the last person should be able to eat.

Leather comes from the deer, you will need leather to construct the huts and will be for clothing in the near future.

Plant fibre is used for constructing some tools and the hunting station and the hut.

I added a load button on the start page eventuallly...............

The mac version should be up later this evening.
Changed the edge screen movement so if you touch the buttons it wont move the screen.

The Russian translation was not ready for today so couldn't get it in as I promised.

I will begin switching the animations next week so people only eat meat or berries not meaty berries...

Hello All

During the last week I have been working on translations, It took me all week to program it but we now have the capability to support more languages!

I added Chinese first, We have the translations ready for the German, Spanish and Russian versions as well. The hard work is done so just putting the other languages in will be a quick job, so they should all be added next week.

Also fixed an issue with the tool station classing itself as built if you cancelled before placing it.

Hello All

We have been busy getting the game launched on some other platforms recently so have been a bit quiet.

We have an update out today with some slight UI changes and there is a new animal roaming the land.

We are currently preparing some new maps for the inclusion of seasons and migration.

We will be putting out another update or two this week as well.

Just done some FPS tweaks see if I can't alleviate the fps issues as reported yesterday.

Hi all

I have fixed the woman getting stuck in the sitting animation and surfing around on her backside and also fixed an issue with an invalid name being assigned to the characters.

Hello All

A few minor and major bugs dealt with, The hut is now saving properly after you shut down the program and restart, this will invalidate any old saves though.

We have done some work with the tree falling speeds so they should be much quicker now, some animation speeds have been fixed as well.

The wood pile no longer has physics so it won't bounce around the map anymore.

If you have any issues let us know otherwise we are going to me implementing the wolf as promised a week or so ago!.

Hi

I just altered the way the gather function works, now you can select everyone and then click one button and send them all off together rather than keep having to send them individually. (I will try to set the eating system up like this tomorrow aswell)

Also fixed two issues with deer hunting that I missed from the earlier update!, thanks to vic_4 for alerting me to that.

Now everything should work, unless someone tells me otherwise ːsteamfacepalmː
