Red Dead Redemption 2 was made by five million people working nine day weeks, but does it have a duck that collects your discarded throwing knives? Actually, I don t know, as it s not on PC. Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive - contact@rockpapershotgun.com (Alice O'Connor)

After a decade face-down in a dusty digital gulch with the buzzards fighting the lizards for its gizzards, the Desperados series will return to life next year. Desperados is a tip-top tactics ’em up about a rootin’ tootin’ squad of mercenaries combining their powers of distraction, evasion, exsanguination, and explosion on missions in the Wild West, similar to the Commandos games, and well worth a look – especially as it’s on sale now too.
