ChipWits - ChipWits

Your Mission

Master the Old Windmill puzzle. Devise the most efficient widget reorganization. Every chip counts, so think smart and optimize your design for that low-chip masterpiece while avoiding any unfortunate tumbles.

To participate, simply load ChipWits and tackle the puzzle. Your best score (lowest chip count) will automatically be recorded on the special challenge leaderboard.

Witches' Hand - Wagon Fish
Short Story

As previously stated, this game is very inspired by Old Maid. Especially the parts where your friends try to nudge you to pick a certain card by putting in awkward places. It's a fun party game you can do when have playing cards.

Eventually I had a school project that required me to make a neat little game in a couple months. So I decided to take the parts I like from Old Maid and put it into Witches' Hand. Then take the concept of wild cards from UNO! and I have something fun I would play with some friends and I.

Old Stuff

Here's some cards that never made it to this version of Witches' Hand. Which you can find what it does in the manual below, but overall had something to do with changing a players' hand. Which were difficult to implement into my game since this is my first multiplayer game. However, were very funny cards.

Fast Forward Feature

Toggle ~ Clicking the UI Change the phase permanently

Hold Space or Hold Mouse right button ~ Temporary fast forward.

 
This feature is added for more control and enhances experience by being able to do strategies better and make the phasing much faster.

Hand Limit

Hand limit is not indicated before and leads to confusing gameplay.

Now it’s set to Maximum of 6 cards on hand.

Adjusting Gameplay Stats

-Remove the default 50% Action meter at the start of the encounter.

-Remove Extra Draw after shuffling

Fix Action Meter lagging now much more smoother.

  • Fixed incorrect display scaling for raw materials in a Large Storage Box.

  • Fixed certain sound effects not being affected by volume settings.

  • Blast Potion recipe moved to Advanced Assembler (craft time: 5s)

  • Increased Linen sell price: 138 → 185.

Vietnam War - thoriumgamelab
* Attempt to prevent player flying of hilltops and getting thrown far away from force of explosions (since movement was updated) has been added.

* Soldiers should now also be prevented from gaining unrealistic speeds sometimes right after climbing hills or obstacles.

* All soldiers should now be able to target all enemy airplanes and helicopters if they have appropriate weapon.

* U.S. Player can now spot aircraft for squad and nearby soldiers.

* All MG in land vehicles operated by AI should now stop firing if vehicle is destroyed.

* Machine gunners in vehicles have now been told not to shoot unarmed civilians.

* ZU23 nerfed vs ground units: now has reduced detection range, slower rate of fire 60% of the time, and is way less accurate.

* Swimming skill added (swim faster).

* Soldiers will no longer shoot at target dummies (I might bring it back in other form later).

* Player ability to XP farm the target dummies with helmets is now reduced.
