Entry open to any user holding a Steam account in good standing with at least ten (10) games in the account’s Wishlist. No payment is required; a Steam account may be established without purchase. One entry per user per Day, one Steam account per entrant, and one win per user. Employees of Sponsor (including directors and officers) and their immediate families or affiliates are not eligible.Entry. Entries are open from 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time on December 1, 2011, to 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time on the date that Valve starts its 2011 Holiday Sale, as announced by Valve at http://store.steampowered.com/ (the “Giveaway Period”). During the Giveaway Period, a “Day” will begin at 10 Pacific Standard Time on one calendar day, and end at 9:59:59 am on the next calendar day. For each Day during the Giveaway Period, Sponsor will announce at http://store.steampowered.com/ a “Daily Deal,” which will indicate a game or item offered for sale on a particular game page within the Steam service and/or on the Steam web site (the “Daily Deal Page”). To enter, each eligible entrant must (i) visit the Daily Deal Page for that Day, while (ii) the entrant is logged in to Steam via the Steam client or the Steam web site. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems that may limit or affect a person’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible.Winners. Sponsor will select ten (10) winners from eligible entrants each Day by random drawing conducted within forty-eight (48) hours of the end of the applicable Day. Sponsor will contact each winner via email to the address registered to the winning Steam account. The decision of the Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters.Prizes. The winners will each receive the top ten (10) games on their Steam Wishlist at the time of the drawing. Unreleased games will be delivered to the winner at the time of their release. Prize value is the purchase price of those games at the time of the drawing. Prizes are not assignable or transferable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes applicable to the prizes.Release. By entering into the Daily Wishlist Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, taxes, expenses or damages of any kind, either at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes, including the possession, use or inability to use any prize. If chosen as a winner, each entrant hereby consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, photograph in any and all media for promotional purposes in any manner by Sponsor, its designees and its advertising and promotion agencies without further compensation or notification, except where prohibited by law.General. Sponsor shall not be liable for (i) lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or late entries, (ii) any conditions beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the contest to be disrupted, or (iii) any losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from acceptance or use of any prizes awarded in this contest or for participation in this contest. No substitutions by the winners will be permitted, but Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
