By installing this software you agree to abide and follow all and any provisions stated in this document. Installing this software means your full and undisputed understanding and acceptance of this End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading, installing, accessing or using Airport Master game (the Software), you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and all of its Terms and Provisions. If you do not agree, you may not download, install, access or use this Software.

2. POWER OF THIS EULA
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you (End User, further on Licensee) and STICLI Games (Software Developer, Copyright Holder further on Licensor), and supersedes any and all prior agreements, negotiations, or other communications between End User and STICLI Games, whether oral or written, with respect to your use of the Software. In the event that any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then: (a) such provision shall be deemed reformed to the extent strictly necessary to render such provision valid and enforceable, or if not capable of such reformation shall be deemed severed from this EULA; and (b) the validity and enforceability of all of the other provisions hereof, shall in no way be affected or impaired thereby. You may not assign this EULA without the prior written consent of Copyright Holder, whether expressly, by operation of law, or otherwise, including in connection with a merger or change of control, and any such attempted assignment shall be void and of no effect. STICLI Games may assign this EULA without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, this EULA shall be binding on the parties and their respective heirs, successors, and permitted assigns. The failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, a right, power or remedy provided in this EULA or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that right, power or remedy. The English language version of this EULA shall be the official and controlling version.
3. GRANT OF LIMITED LICENSE
3.1 Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA, STICLI Games (Licensor) grants you (Licensee) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use one copy of the Software as downloaded from STICLI Games website or any STICLI Games Partners, Agents or Distributors website, solely in compiled object code format and solely for your personal, non-commercial use for lawful purposes; the License is granted solely for private use.
3.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise use the Software, except with prior written permission by Licensor. Except and solely to the extent such a restriction is impermissible under applicable law, you may not: decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise access or attempt to access the source code for the Software, or make or attempt to make any modification to the Software or any portion thereof; interfere with or circumvent any feature of the Software. The User may not transfer, sell, resell, sublicense, rent or lease the Software to a third party. If you are prohibited under applicable law from using the Software, you may not use it.
4. TRADEMARKS AND RIGHTS TO THE SOFTWARE
The End User recognizes that all of the rights associated with the Software as well as the rights related to the trademarks, royalties and copyrights are the property of STICLI Games and are protected by international laws and treaties. Any use of Copyright Holder's trademarks, imagery content, videos, graphical elements, names, plot in any activity (including but not limited to: producing video content, electronic and on-paper publishing, creation of promotional content etc.) is only possible in compliance with International and Domestic copyright laws and with Licensee fully understanding and recognizing that trademarks and copyrights mentioned above are property of Licensor.
5. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ON END USER SIDE
By using the Software you agree that you have the necessary hardware, software and capability (including a suitable connection to the Internet) required for downloading and using this Software. Licensor accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure of your system to meet the technical requirements of this Software. By accepting this EULA you indicate that you understand that system requirements for this software are available in public access (on Licensor's website and\or on websites run by Licensor's Partners, Agents and\or Distributors).
6. EPILEPSY WARNING
Certain people are susceptible to epileptic seizures or loss of consciousness when exposed to certain flashing lights or light patterns in everyday life. Such people may have a seizure while watching certain monitor images or playing certain video games. This may happen even if the person has no medical history of epilepsy or has never had any epileptic seizures. If you or anyone in your family has ever had symptoms related to epilepsy (seizures or loss of consciousness) when exposed to flashing lights, consult your doctor prior to playing. Parents should monitor the use of video games by their children. If you or your child experience any of the following symptoms: dizziness, blurred vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of consciousness, disorientation, any involuntary movement or convulsion, while playing a video game, IMMEDIATELY discontinue use of the video game and consult your physician.
7. END USER COMMUNICATION
The End User understands and accepts that the means of electronic communication with Licensor are subject to change without any prior warning and that Licensor established and maintains a website located at URL: http://sticli.com which lists currently applicable means of electronic communication with End User (if any). No specific time-of-response or guarantee-of-response are expressed or implied by the Licensor.
8. CHANGES TO THIS EULA
The Licensor may introduce changes to this End User License Agreement at any time without any prior warning. Any newer revision (based on rev.# and date of the EULA) supersedes previous versions (if any).
9. REFUNDS POLICIES SET BY THE LICENSOR AND ITS DISTRIBUTORS, PARTNERS OR AGENTS
9.1 Except when required by law, the Licensor shall be under no obligation to issue refunds under any circumstances. The Licensor may issue refunds basing on Licensor's own judgement and solely as a gesture of good will.
9.2 If the End User purchased a License to the Software from a Digital Distributor, Partner or Agent of the Licensor, said Digital Distributor, Partner or Agent may set and enforce its own refund policies and the End User shall follow the refund policies set by said Digital Distributor, Partner or Agent.
10. TERM AND TERMINATION OF EULA
This EULA will remain in effect until terminated. The EULA, and End User's rights and licenses hereunder, will terminate immediately upon any breach of the EULA, or any termination or suspension of End User's right to use the Software. Upon termination of this EULA, the End User must immediately cease use of the Software. Sections 1, 4 and 9 shall survive any termination of this EULA.
