# END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
By downloading, installing, or playing Wings And Torrent, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement. The Software is licensed, not sold.
This software and its source assets are protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use this software for individual, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to the terms below.
## 1. COMMUNITY MODDING AND CREATIVE WORKS
DragonWithKnife permits users to create, develop, and use custom content and modifications for Wings And Torrent, including but not limited to:
- Custom textures, texture packs, and visual modifications.
- Mods, skins, character modifications, and custom models.
- Gameplay modifications, scripts, and other user-created extensions.
- Fan art and other creative works inspired by the game.
Users may access, extract, unpack, and modify game data and assets to the extent reasonably necessary to create such content, provided that these activities do not involve unauthorized redistribution of the original game's assets, malicious activities, or violations of the restrictions outlined in this agreement.
Users may also share and distribute their independently created modifications and creative works, including through community websites and mod-sharing platforms, provided that:
1. The distributed content does not include the original game's source assets, or substantial copies or reproductions of those assets.
2. The content does not redistribute, mirror, or otherwise provide unauthorized access to the original game or its software components.
3. The content is not created or distributed for malicious purposes, including introducing malware, compromising systems, disrupting services, or infringing upon the rights of others.
4. The content is not presented as official content or endorsed by DragonWithKnife without explicit permission.
5. The content is not sold or commercially exploited without explicit written permission from DragonWithKnife.
Mod creators should distribute modifications in a format that requires users to obtain the original game and its assets independently, such as patch files or other modification packages that do not contain redistributed original assets.
DragonWithKnife retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the original game and its assets. Permission to create modifications does not transfer ownership of any original game content to the creator.
## 2. RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not, under any circumstances:
1. Redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly host, or otherwise distribute the original game or its source assets, including but not limited to original 3D models, animation files, music, sound effects, scripts, textures, and character portraits, except where explicitly permitted under Section 1.
2. Decompile, decrypt, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the game's compiled source code or software components, except to the extent expressly permitted under Section 1 or applicable law.
3. Create or distribute modifications or derivative works that are intended to facilitate malicious activities, compromise the security of other users, damage systems, disrupt services, or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Misrepresent unofficial modifications, fan-made content, or derivative works as official products, releases, or endorsements of DragonWithKnife.
5. Use the game's original assets or intellectual property for unauthorized commercial purposes, including selling or commercially licensing copies or derivatives of those assets.
## 3. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original game content, including its software, source assets, artwork, characters, music, sound effects, and narrative content, remains the exclusive intellectual property of DragonWithKnife or its respective licensors.
Nothing in this agreement grants users ownership of the original game's intellectual property.
Users retain ownership of their independently created original contributions, subject to any applicable rights DragonWithKnife or its licensors hold in the underlying game content.
## 4. TERMINATION AND ENFORCEMENT
Any violation of this agreement may result in immediate termination of the license to use the Software.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or malicious use of the game's intellectual property may result in legal action and other remedies available under applicable laws.
## 5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
DragonWithKnife reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
