END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the game The Hidden Index ("Game").
By installing, copying, downloading, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and play a copy of The Hidden Index solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The Game The Hidden Index, including without limitation all source code, visual elements, graphics, artwork, concepts, trademarks, user interfaces, sound effects, musical compositions, text, and narrative, is the exclusive property of the Licensor and is protected by national and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved exclusively by the Licensor.
3. Restrictions of Use
You explicitly agree NOT to:
Copy, redistribute, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, or sell The Hidden Index or any part thereof;
Modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game (except to the extent permitted by applicable law);
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in or on the Game;
Use the Game for any unauthorized commercial purpose, unlawful purpose, or in any manner that violates the rights of third parties.
4. Streaming, Videos, and Fan-Created Content
Streaming and Video Permission: The Licensor authorizes and encourages content creation, live streaming, and video recording featuring gameplay of The Hidden Index on video sharing and streaming platforms (including, but not limited to, Twitch, YouTube, and Kick).
Monetization: Monetization of such videos and streams through the official ad programs and partner networks of these platforms is explicitly permitted.
Reservation of Rights: This authorization does not transfer any ownership rights or intellectual property of the assets, trademarks, or content of The Hidden Index to content creators.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game The Hidden Index is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor does not warrant that the operation of the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with all hardware configurations, operating systems, or third-party software.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, lost profits, system failure, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use The Hidden Index.
7. Updates and Modifications
The Licensor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deploy updates, patches, modifications, or alterations to The Hidden Index. You acknowledge and accept that such updates may alter features, mechanics, or other aspects of the software.
8. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and uninstall/destroy all copies in your possession.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes or controversies arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Licensor's principal place of business.
